Ohh mimosas! You’re wonderfully bubbly and delicious and never make me feel guilty about drinking before noon! I decided to add a refreshing twist to this classic cocktail by adding ruby red grapefruits!
(makes 2 mimosas)
4 oz pink champagne (it’s okay to go for the cheap stuff! I <3 Andre!)
1 large ruby red grapefruit, juiced (I was able to get a little over 4 oz of juice)
Divide grapefruit juice between two champagne flutes and top with champagne. Garnish and serve!
