I’ve been slacking with yoga lately, but waking up early Saturday morning with my entire left calf in a tight knot of excruciating pain made me commit again. I only spend about 5 to 10 minutes stretching and doing different poses while I have my morning coffee, so there’s no excuse for me not to squeeze it in at the beginning of each day. I keep the poses easy and it’s a great way to wake up and feel energized for the rest of the day!
I utilized the Cactus Catnip Toys I posted the other day to keep the cats off the mat, which worked for a bit, but as usual.. Punk is a big turd and took over my mat before long. She’s basically a giant rollie pollie so I can roll her over to different parts of the mat to finish my routine.
And 17lb cats also come in handy for strength training..
