I used my favorite fruits to put together a refreshing and filling mix that’s both dairy and sugar-free, making this a GUILT-free treat to enjoy any time of the day!
Orange Strawberry Smoothie
I’m a girl that rarely skips her morning coffee.. it usually means a day of unpleasantness for myself and those around me, so I was surprised to find that after this smoothie, I didn’t need it! I felt energized and ready to take on anything! A threw in a handful of spinach to add some protein to the mix which makes it a great morning or after-workout drink! Try it out for yourselves!
