Since this month has been mostly dedicated to Halloween-themed cocktails, I thought I would make a delicious kid-friendly smoothie! Using only fresh fruit and ice, I layered up the smoothie and topped the whole thing off with ‘monster eyeballs’ that I showed you how to make last Tuesday! The best part is that you can always make the grown-up version later and add a shot or two of your favorite spirit! 😉
Strawberry smoothies are one of my favorite things to make for breakfast! They’re easy, refreshing, and filling! Annnnd if you’re having a rough morning you can always spike it! Just kidding! Or am I….? ; ) Either way you’re going to love this!
Orange Strawberry Smoothie
I’m a girl that rarely skips her morning coffee.. it usually means a day of unpleasantness for myself and those around me, so I was surprised to find that after this smoothie, I didn’t need it! I felt energized and ready to take on anything! A threw in a handful of spinach to add some protein to the mix which makes it a great morning or after-workout drink! Try it out for yourselves!
Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie
I love getting the Naked Juice Smoothie drinks, but they add up quickly. I wanted to recreate the strawberry banana flavor, but give it my own spin by adding mango! I had a glass when I made it and then saved the rest for breakfast the next day! Much cheaper and far more delicious!
Tropical Fruit and Spinach Smoothie
It’s the middle of January. It’s cold and dreary and you’re probably wishing you were relaxing on a white sand beach with a fruity drink in hand. The odds of that happening right now are probably slim to none, so bring the tropical vibe to you! Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie
It’s resolution time! Everyone has vowed to stop smoking or drinking so much, to start hitting the gym or to eat healthier, or all of the above! It may sound good for a few days, but after a week of eating nothing but fresh greens and drinking gallons of water, for lack of a better expression: It sucks! It doesn’t always have to though! I tried out a fruit and spinach smoothie and loved it! There’s no dairy and you can’t taste the spinach at all!
