Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. I've had this wig over a year now (15-16 months). I absolutely love the look but even with caring for it and brushing it daily (the days I wore it) the very back gets severely tangled. I will still wear the wig, but only if I want to be bothered with brushing longer than usual. If you wear wigs often I recommend maybe switching wigs out, but either way this is a great wig for the price. Bought it on Amazon for $17 so I can't really complain. I absolutely love this hair. As far as texture, it looks and feels so natural. All I had to do to my leave out was a twistout using my loreal conditioner and my argon oil ecostyler gel. This hair is very pretty, I love the pattern of the curls, but beware, it is a lot of hair! It’s almost too much, I did have to cut it down to thin it out, I think this would have been better if it wasn’t so dense. Hair gets bigger with manipulation so keep that in mind.

I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango &amp; the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig &amp; requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg &amp; it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister&#39;s fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone &amp; later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours &amp; ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else&#39;s fone. Although I used my OWN email address &amp; Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank &amp; have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don&#39;t owe them &amp; have never ordered from them before &amp; was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I returned the same day I received it for a refund and I was told then it was a on sale and couldn't get a refund so not only poor quality, poor customer service. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture.
