I usually like to finish a few bottles before leaving a review, but can truly say that these are a keeper! This brand/product is sooooooooo great! Love that they're in caps instead of a pill…no taste, easy to drink with whatever happens to be by me in the morning time. But…this stuff works. Sure, I can get my nails stronger if I eat gelatin every day, but my hair is the worst. The older I've gotten, the hairier the mouse in the shower drain, and the brighter the lights reflecting off my barren scalp. I've used this biotin supplement for a month. My nails no longer break just because I catch one on a table edge, and they are not splitting and brittle. My hair is the biggest notice! Using the laser cap now to grow more hair. Using their vitamins and have added this Biotin to my diet. According to my Doctor GP , to get the best results to use a minimum of 50,000 mcg per day. You cannot Over Dose on this vitamin. So I take five a day and my system is working. Excellent product and the Softgels are the only way to go. I am amazed at how fast these gummies worked! My nails have never been this healthy. For the first time in years I was able to grow them out and they did not break at all. I have suffered from brittle nails and even upon washing my hair they would break but not while taking these gummies. There are a few things that I dislike about the gummies – they stick inside the bottle making it impossible to retrieve them, so you have to give the bottle a beating to get them out. Also, the taste is a bit weird but I am ok with it as long as they're natural. I know in the future they'll get a better formula.User526

I've been taking this product for about 8 months. My nails grow like crazy, and they are harder. My hair seems to grow a little faster, also. No difference in hair health, though. The one concern is the formula containing Fo-Ti (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). While I've not experienced any adverse effects as of yet, I'd feel much more comfortable if the formula wouldn't contain this. I don't feel it necessary.Jennifer R.
