PROS: The color is gorgeous — it's the perfect highlighter yellow without being too green or too obnoxious. No white undies needed AND it doesn't dry matte! And the formula has that plasticized finish, where after it's dry, it doesn't chip. CONS: Upon first application, the formula was smooth and easy to work with. But as I kept painting, the formula just got harder and harder to manipulate. The more you dip in and out, the stickier and gloopier it gets, until you can hardly paint one good stroke without it being so thick that it won't dry or so thin that it drags the previous layer (this is also something I noticed with Synthetic Symphony to a milder degree). This kind of neon polish also requires careful top coating and maintenance. You can see every streak, smudge, and inconsistency. Overall, the painting experience and the aftercare was so laborious that this polish isn't worth it for me. I think you could augment the formula with some thinner and also roll the polish in between each stroke to help with consistency, but that's more work than I would like to put in.Cheny N.
Being a typical Celtic redhead I have very dry skin, hair and nails. My nails in particular break low down across the nail bed, snap off at the corners and flake from the free edge. They get especially dry after I use remover (always acetone-free), no matter which brand I use and I always have to apply nail oil and cuticle serum after removing varnish to prevent further dehydration. I've tried various nail treatments from Orly and other brands over the years, but with limited success. I've also tried not using strengthening treatments at all, and just applying oil and serum, but that hasn't made any long term difference either. When I saw the on-air presentation for this product I jumped at the chance to try it, as it's specifically targeted at dry nails. So….. I applied it for just 5 days Mon – Fri, as I like to wear colour on the weekend. When I removed it to do my manicure, I couldn't believe the difference in my nails: Every flake had been 'resealed', there wasn't a dry patch on my nails and they looked plumper, smoother, pinker and overall much healthier. Ive had extremely thin, brittle, dry fingernails for years and have tried just about every nail strengthening formula on the market, without seeing any improvement in the look or condition of my fingernails. I was therefore hesitant to spend money on yet another nail treatment, but having read consistently very good reviews of this one on various websites from people experiencing similar nail problems as myself, i thought I'd give it one final go at restoring my nails to a decent appearance and condition. Well, im so glad i did! Within a week of applying one coat daily to my nails, they felt and looked stronger. I continued this regime for another week as advised by the QVC Orly presenter for very problematic nails. A month later and my nails are now looking and feeling great! I'm going to continue regular use of this wonderful product and hope Orly never discontinue or reformulate it. Its also the only nail treatment or indeed, nail polish ive ever used which doesnt start peeling or cracking after my regular swimming sessions. So, its really helping to protect my nails from the damaging effects of chlorinated pool water too. Orly have really "nailed it" where my once-problematical fingernails are concerned – long may the results last!

Ho Ho holy moly! This is an AMAZING polish! Most glitter polishes (which is the version I’m reviewing) smear when you put them on or don’t show up at all. This Deep Sea Diamonds polish shows up and then some! It not only has small glitter but bigger pieces as well which makes it super sparkly! I’m wearing it over a darker color but you can definitely wear this on its own. Two coats is all you need but you can get away with one. This is probably one of my favourite nail polishes. I love the shade of green and the non-goopy application of it. It’s also lasted longer than any of the other expensive polish brands I own (all the ones that promise no chips for two weeks and then they chip next day no matter how careful you are). I’ve gotten a bit less than a week’s wear out of it, but even now it’s only a couple chips on a few fingers, which is to be expected because I’m a mom of young kids, so I am constantly doing something with my hands and washing them. I see other reviewers mentioning how sheer applications are, which is true, but it just means you need a couple extra coats, which honestly isn’t a big deal; I find that most polishes, no matter how much coverage they give you, need additional coats anyways. When I use this polish along with the Miracle Gel top coat, I get a solid week out of the nails before I get any chipping. Usually I only have to repaint them when the nails are growing out too much. Dries quickly, so apply quickly and carefully. This is a great middle ground between regular polish and real gel, meaning it is great for home use. You can get thick coverege that hides your ridges without needing to buff your nails if you do 2 color and 1 top coat. I'm in the process of replacing all my existing polishes with Miracle Gel versions.LH

I appreciate seeing larger companies like Revlon make beauty products a bit safer when it comes to the ingredients they use. The Ultra HD Snap Nail Polish is a vegan formula that claims users only need one coat. I did find this to be true and since painting my nails isn’t often something I spend time on, I appreciated this user friendly aspect of the polish. The color certainly has a snap to it and upon first using it, it seemed a bit too bright for me. Once it dried however, I found myself liking it. The other colors in the line are perfect for spring and summer so I may purchase a few others. I coated my Revlon polish with Essie’s Always Transparent from their expressie line which dries quickly and is also vegan. I then added a drop of Olive June’s Dry Drops to seal the polish. Overall, I enjoyed this nail polish and recommend it for anyone looking for an option that doesn’t require as much of a time investment as others.lauren.d
The nail polish itself is easy to use it’s a thicker formula so it doesn’t seem to move around once u coat the nail. I love that it’s a vegan formula and quick drying as it says. I love the shape of the brush it is perfect. I’m not the biggest fan of the cap it’s chunky and I don’t feel I get a good grip with it like the standard nail polish cap. I wasn’t a fan of the color I received it was a very light warm tone brown. I feel like this color would flatter medium-dark skin much better as a perfect nude. Overall I enjoyed the experience of doing my nails with this polish since revlon is not cruelty free I don’t think I will be picking up more shades but I would if they were cruelty free! First I want to start off by saying I LOVE the color I have an olive skin tone and this berry shade is beautiful and I think it would look great on any skin tones. I loved that I could swipe one time and you did not need another layer it is not opaque at all, but actually very pigmented and thicker than other nail formulas I’ve used. I used the nail kale base coat from Nails Inc. London (love this brand for gel like nails) then topped it with this revlon nail polish. I love using that base coat because it makes my nails look like gel without gel. I did do, two layers although I could’ve just done one, and then topped it with the clear Essie brand top coat. I did my ring finger with a different nails inc color, and that one has not chipped but within a day all of my revlon ones have chipped so this is not a long lasting nail polish at all. If that is your style then you may love this, but I don’t. I actually prefer the dashing diva sticker nails more than painting my nails because it’s easier, cuter designs, and less time. It is $8 which I feel is a reasonable price for nail polish and you can tell it’ll last a long time. It definitely quick dried! That was something I did like. It still had that strong nail polish smell though. It hasn’t damaged my nails and my nails do look glossy, and it has a really rich color so that’s nice. They have a wide arrange of colors up to 24 I think anyone could find a shade they’d like. I absolutely hate waiting for polish to dry. We all got stuff ta to you know? What's worse is waking up realizing that you've somehow smeared your polish that should have dried hours ago in your sleep. Can anyone relate? Well that was not happen with this polish. It dries so quickly that unless you're just not paying attention you can't mess it up. It goes on well too, as well as any polish I've tried and I don't buy the cheap stuff. Here's the cons. It chips easily if you do not wear gloves when doing work around the house or if you have to wash your hands a lot. It's also hard to remove. I scrub and scrub and the three kinds I have with shimmer in them, the glitter wants to hang on no matter what. Then there's the health of my nails. I'm pretty sure that this polish has made my nails peel at the tips so it's probably drying my nails. Ok so if you need a quick manicure this is the polish for you. If you hate waiting or just don't have time to wait this is the polish for you. This is some of the best nail polish I've tried, and I do home manis every week. The colors are on point, more unique than other brands which is one thing I love about this brand. This formula dries smooth and clear, and lasts. I wash my hands a lot and polish only lasts 2-3 days before I need a touch up, but it's easy to touch up and color blends smoothly. Best of all, it does dry quickly which is a huge selling point for me because I tend to paint my nails before bed while winding down and watching TV, and never seem to leave enough time for them to dry before I'm ready for bed! This was my first time trying Essie and I am extremely impressed. It's quick dry in about a minute meaning I can do right before bed and it's not wrecked in the morning. I was also impressed with my application because normally I 'colour outside the lines' lol. But it wasn't me- it's their first ever angled brush that makes applying with your non-dominant hand a breeze. It also has amazing staying power- one coat lasted over 10 days. This vegan formula is made without formaldehyde, toluene and a bunch of other chemicals or animal derived ingredients. I used good nail prep, a base coat, two coats of pure, and a top coat. I have been adding a top coat daily to try to get longer wear. I am on day 5 without any chips. My tips on my dominant hand are worn off but otherwise it is in great shape. It barely shows. It makes my nails look clean versus having a noticeable color. When I compared my painted and unpainted hand it was definitely noticeable.Me42
This nail polish is good when it's brand new but after having it even for a month or two, the quality is horrible. It's clumpy and impossible to apply smoothly. I don't think it's worth the money if you have to use it all right away. I don't have this same issue with other "17 free" polishes so I don't think it has anything to do with how it's stored. I bought this because I’m pregnant and trying to avoid all of the harmful chemicals I can. This polish is free from the 17 harmful chemicals found in all other types of polish, so I wasn’t expecting it to work very well. However, this might be the best nail polish I’ve ever used! It glides on perfectly, I only needed one coat, it dries fairly quickly and I didn’t notice a single chip until about a week later. This is my new favorite and even when no longer pregnant, I will continue to only buy this polish.Libby

My favorite nail polishes! Seriously! I've thrown all away my other nail polishes that went bad within months (*Cough* Essie). This version of Sally Hansen is a long lasting and fast drying that do not chip, in my experience. The flat rectangular brush allows me to better apply the nail polish with little to no mess which is a plus for me! Why? Because I am terrible at painting my nails with the regular brushes. Some colors only need one coat and you're set!! I finish it off with the top coat of Color Thearpy to give it a nice shine. For those wondering, I use Sally Hansen Hard as Nails as a base. I have been using this shade of nail polish (on my toenails) for years, and I hope Sally Hansen never stops making it. In clothing, I wear a lot of black with blues, greens, purples and pinks, but I occasionally wear brown and orange tones. This nail polish looks great with any of these colors. It will take on a pinkish cast with cool colors and somewhat cinnamon cast with warm colors. I am very picky when it comes to overall continuity in color, and this shade goes with everything. This is my first Target review which I had to write because this nail color is so rich, dries quickly, has a gel-like finish, lasts for days, and best of all: your nails are truly in better shape when you remove it. Prior to reading about the color "rosy quartz" on an obscure blog I always bought high end nail polishes and was skeptical of SH color. But I loved this blogger's nail color and she had a link, so I thought I'd give it a try… and now it is my go-to pink! I recently bought the red, and it is just as lovely. And, it didn't stain my nails like other reds do. I can remove it all with one pad unlike other polishes. The first week I wore the pink (my first color) I was shocked at how nice my nails looked after I removed the polish. Though I'm a former nail biter, and have nice and healthy nails now (thanks to years of vitamins, careful care, and treatments), the nails under this polish after wearing it for a few days are gorgeous and healthy looking in a way they've never been. The fine ridges have disappeared and I no longer have to buff prior to polishing. They have a nice look to them even after I take off the polish, almost like they've been heavily moisturized! And they are so strong I catch myself doing things with them I should like opening cans, etc, with zero breakage. I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! I was sick of the colours you would get from OPI or the drugstore that just felt a bit too childish – I love pink and purple but I don’t need my nails to look like a kids bedroom wall. This nail polish is what I’ve been looking for! Subtle and creamy this just looks expensive on and is definitely for that ballerina off duty aesthetic everyone’s into atm. I usually redo my nails weekly – this nail polish last for that time. It does chip after that but I don’t use a base or top coat. And the formula has that plasticized finish, where after it's dry, it doesn't chip. CONS: Upon first application, the formula was smooth and easy to work with. But as I kept painting, the formula just got harder and harder to manipulate. The more you dip in and out, the stickier and gloopier it gets, until you can hardly paint one good stroke without it being so thick that it won't dry or so thin that it drags the previous layer (this is also something I noticed with Synthetic Symphony to a milder degree). This kind of neon polish also requires careful top coating and maintenance. You can see every streak, smudge, and inconsistency. Overall, the painting experience and the aftercare was so laborious that this polish isn't worth it for me. I think you could augment the formula with some thinner and also roll the polish in between each stroke to help with consistency, but that's more work than I would like to put in.Cheny N.
Being a typical Celtic redhead I have very dry skin, hair and nails. My nails in particular break low down across the nail bed, snap off at the corners and flake from the free edge. They get especially dry after I use remover (always acetone-free), no matter which brand I use and I always have to apply nail oil and cuticle serum after removing varnish to prevent further dehydration. I've tried various nail treatments from Orly and other brands over the years, but with limited success. I've also tried not using strengthening treatments at all, and just applying oil and serum, but that hasn't made any long term difference either. When I saw the on-air presentation for this product I jumped at the chance to try it, as it's specifically targeted at dry nails. So….. I applied it for just 5 days Mon – Fri, as I like to wear colour on the weekend. When I removed it to do my manicure, I couldn't believe the difference in my nails: Every flake had been 'resealed', there wasn't a dry patch on my nails and they looked plumper, smoother, pinker and overall much healthier. I was therefore hesitant to spend money on yet another nail treatment, but having read consistently very good reviews of this one on various websites from people experiencing similar nail problems as myself, i thought I'd give it one final go at restoring my nails to a decent appearance and condition. Well, im so glad i did! Within a week of applying one coat daily to my nails, they felt and looked stronger. I continued this regime for another week as advised by the QVC Orly presenter for very problematic nails. A month later and my nails are now looking and feeling great! I'm going to continue regular use of this wonderful product and hope Orly never discontinue or reformulate it. Its also the only nail treatment or indeed, nail polish ive ever used which doesnt start peeling or cracking after my regular swimming sessions. So, its really helping to protect my nails from the damaging effects of chlorinated pool water too. Orly have really "nailed it" where my once-problematical fingernails are concerned – long may the results last!

I love that this OPI Nature Strong nail polish is vegan, naturally derived, and uses recycled materials for the container! I was a little bit skeptical at first but OPI is a great quality brand so I was happy to try the two colors. The light peachy polish went on a little streaky but I was able to do 3 coats and it looked fine. The pink one was fine. Both applied smoothly and dried pretty quickly, which I was very happy with. I used a base coat and top coat, expecting some chipping to happen pretty quickly as I get with most polishes, but surprisingly I went nearly 6 days with no chips! And the chip I did get was very small. Super durable despite gardening, doing dishes, etc. I'm excited to buy other colors! This is definitely my fave nail polish and is better than other brands I have tried. I really like the message behind this line of nail polishes. I try to be more eco conscious with my purchases so I feel really good about buying this line vs. other nail polishes. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for more sustainable nail polish options, but honestly even if you don't care about any of that this is a great nail polish!Awold
I love this color nail polish ! It's the perfect shade 💖 The name of this nail polish is cute It's called "Knowledge is Flower " 🌸 lol how cute is that! I like that the pigment is strong so with one coat if you do it right will cover the whole nail. I only went in with two coats of nail polish but I like that it didn't show any streaks. Also fun fact is this nail polish is vegan.. like whaaat ! That's really nice. Now I bought this as a set of two and I didn't really like the lighter shade that nail polish is called "A clay in the life " It is a lighter pink shade but because the pigment is as strong it's streaky. I recently got the opportunity to try two of OPI's new Nature Strong nail polish. This polish claims it's vegan, made with 75% natural GMO-free ingredients and 20% recycled plastic. I did not realize nail polish wasn't naturally vegan, but read that some of the pigments and thickening agents can come from animal sources! Naturally I was hesitant about a "natural" nail polish, but as per usual OPI continues to impress. I used Knowledge is Flower on most of my nails, a beautiful pink/light mauve polish. This color is classic, would look good with most skin tones and went on flawlessly and smooth! I could've gotten away with one coat, but I added a second to cover up some spots I missed. I did an accent nail of A Clay in the Life, which is an ivory nude color. This one seemed a little thinner, as some nudes do, and took two coats for mostly full coverage, but could've used a third. I'm naturally fair skinned with neutral undertones and thought A Clay in the Life worked well on me, but was a little disappointed by the coverage in 2 coats. The formula on both is smooth, consistent and dried as quickly as normal OPI polish. I would happily purchase more colors of this environmentally conscious nail polish and recommend it to friends! OPI claims this polish is long lasting with up to 7 days of wear. I wore both colors with Duri Rejuvacote as a base coat and Seche Vite on top (which kind of defeats the purpose of natural nail polish!) and I started to get a few small chips on my pointer fingers by day 3. This is pretty typical for me with regular nail polish, so not off putting. I love OPI polish and will definitely try more colors from this Nature Strong line.Whitney1

It's my own fault. I keep buying Sally Hansen products and 90% of the time, they disappoint me. This one is my biggest mistake. Like other reviewers have said, The Moonstone color looks much more appealing in the bottle. When I paint my nail, it's so thin and barely shows. I have to do three coats just to see anything. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like those cheap nail polishes meant for children. I figured it could be used as a cute top coat since it's so clear, but it goes on clumpy and somehow there's tiny air bubbles? The only positive is that it does dry within 60 seconds. I got this back in June from my local sallys beauty store, to paint my nails before I left for California. Never painted my nails until today. The bottle is not even 3 months old and omg it is horrible. The color is so beautiful but the application was applying like it is was a oldie. Streaks, very splotchy not at all impressed. Even with the double duty polish by sally hansen there is no saving this horrible nail polish. Air bubbles, smears so easily even though I waited 10 minutes to make sure it was dry. Nope not at all saveable. Will never use this company nail polish again. I will just keep using opi. So disappointedLaurenak89
It’s possible I got a bad batch, but my experience with this polish was terrible. I got the ‘My Ca-Banana’ colour. The first time I used it, I couldn’t get it to go on my nails evenly at all, it was extremely streaky and formed clumps that wouldn’t smooth out. I kept trying and ended up needing to do three and a half coats to get it opaque. I let each coat dry in front of a fan on high for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes after I had finished, I bumped my toe into the corner of a table and the polish came right off of that nail in one clump. I initially chocked this up to me not having painted my own nails in a very long time and maybe just doing too many coats so I took it all off and tried again.
I did two thin coats, drying for 10 minutes between, over 40 hours ago now and I can /still/ press my fingernail into it and leave an obvious dent. It was tacky up until about 24 hours after applying. Dont bother with this nail polish, any other cheap nail polish would be better.Onyx Cave

I tried the BLACK 565 POWERSLIDE; stayed on for a week or longer, depending on how often you wash your hands or use clean products without gloves. I found this color at WAL-MART. How to apply to last; put on a Sally Hards As Nail color first, let dry. Then put on 2 coats of this bling. Let dry between coats. More sparkles; more coats. 2 coats is perfect. I got this back in June from my local sallys beauty store, to paint my nails before I left for California. Never painted my nails until today. The bottle is not even 3 months old and omg it is horrible. The color is so beautiful but the application was applying like it is was a oldie. Streaks, very splotchy not at all impressed. I bought this on sale, so I'm happy with the value. It definitely dries faster than most regular polishes, but, of course, it doesn't fully set for about a day or so. There is a bit of an unpleasant odour when applying, but that's minor. My major complaint is that they started chipping the day after I applied. They mostly lasted for like 3-4 days with minor chipping (with the addition of a quick-dry top coat, different brand). Took 3 coats for full coverage, so not great opacity, and very thick on the nail. I am very happy with the price, and love the colour Pink Blink! It's just what I've been looking for, and I will continue to wear it.ash30

This was my first Nailberry product and my favourite, lasts for ages and looks chic! After years wearing THAT iconic black cherry shade from a French brand you all know, I'm so glad I found this. This was my first purchase from ORLY and I am IN LOVE. Love the formula, love the brush. At first I felt the brush didn't pick up product as it should, but the shape of the brush is the BEST I've used. I always struggle to cover the side edges of my nails with polish, but this brush is designed perfectly for that. It very easily spread over my nail and down to the edge WITHOUT straying onto my skin. As for coverage, the first coat didn't dry so quickly that I couldn't go back and fully cover the nail. Exactly what I wanted in a red! Bright and showy, yet elegant and gorgeous! Perfect for manis and pedis. Fun for going to the local festival on Saturday afternoon as well as sophisticated for dancing at an evening soiree. I have been searching for a true red that was not orange-y or too burgundy and this is the shade I wanted. I like the Breathable line. They seem to endure longer than most other polishes and make my somewhat soft nails stronger. FYI: I was NOT compensated for this review. I ordered online and the shipment was delayed by the carrier(s), but once I contacted Orly, their customer service followed up and shipment was expedited from where it had stalled. Problem resolved. All but one bottle I ordered was sealed. It so happened that the one without a seal was this Star Spangled. As the title says, this is such a fun topper! It reminds me a bit of a carnival with funnel cake and ring toss games haha. It's bright and colorful and is fairly easy to apply in terms of getting a perfect amount of all the different glitter pieces on your nail. I did dab once or twice with the brush after brushing it on to try to place a couple of the larger bits a little more strategically, and it worked like a charm. I'm attaching a photo with it Turn It Up over two coats of Here Comes the Sun. If you see micro bubbles in the clear portion of the polish, please ignore! That was due to the top coat I used (and have since stopped using lol) and not Turn It Up.AJ S.

I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! I was sick of the colours you would get from OPI or the drugstore that just felt a bit too childish – I love pink and purple but I don’t need my nails to look like a kids bedroom wall. This nail polish is what I’ve been looking for! Subtle and creamy this just looks expensive on and is definitely for that ballerina off duty aesthetic everyone’s into atm. I usually redo my nails weekly – this nail polish last for that time. It does chip after that but I don’t use a base or top coat.
