The top and base coat bottles look identical to their gel polish color bottles except for the fact that the text on the bottle indicates which formula is which. Each bottle has a sticker on top of the cap that says "Base" and "No Wipe Top" so you can easily find them if you store your polishes inside a box. I used a 1 minute cure time with a UV/LED lamp for each layer of base, color, and top coat that was applied. Thin coats are key in getting the polish to last, as is doing the proper prep work to your nails (buffing and cleaning the surface) prior to any application of the formula.The base coat is slightly tacky after curing it, which helps to get the color coat to stick and not shrink. The top coat is a no wipe formula which leaves a smooth surface and a plump and glossy shine. As for the durability, a manicure done with this base and top coat along with an Aimeili color gel lasts for 14 days with minimal wear to the tips and hardly a chip in sight. Individually, the base and top coat sell for $6.99 each, but as a set, you will only pay $9.99. This is insanely cheap as you get 10 mL of polish in each bottle. Other gel top and base coats easily cost more than double that price for even less polish inside, and the ones from Aimeili are of an equal quality to them, if not better. The color is TC11 lime green with normal temp lawn green when cold. I love the transition of the colors because it mesmerizes some people when they notice the color change. I am not one to leave a review. I am a long time nail salon junkie and finally decided to "do my own" . I have done the dip and gel polish at home for a few years now and hate the time consumption of the dip and gel keep up. So I have decided to try another route again. I am now relishing in my natural nail beauty and have found this product to be a life saver! I start with an OPI Nail Envy nail strengthener, and then any polish of my choice, I currently am using OPI brand. I then seal with Big Dry top coat from Sally Hansen. This dries really fast. I then use the SALLY HANSEN MIRACLE GEL TOP COAT, it dries in about 5 minutes, and then I add one more coat of the Big Dry top coat.. and PERFECT AND LONG LASTING RESULTS! All I can say is I think it dries faster if you use the big dry top coat prior to just putting it directly onto the polish. Other than that this is fabulous and I will keep using this product with every polish change etc… LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!Amanda Cain

It’s also lasted longer than any of the other expensive polish brands I own (all the ones that promise no chips for two weeks and then they chip next day no matter how careful you are). I’ve gotten a bit less than a week’s wear out of it, but even now it’s only a couple chips on a few fingers, which is to be expected because I’m a mom of young kids, so I am constantly doing something with my hands and washing them. I see other reviewers mentioning how sheer applications are, which is true, but it just means you need a couple extra coats, which honestly isn’t a big deal; I find that most polishes, no matter how much coverage they give you, need additional coats anyways. I bought this last weekend and tried it this week, but the colour was really streaky and thin. I checked the website which says apply two coats and then allow to dry for 5 minutes. Not sure what I could've done wrong because I shook the bottle vigorously and allowed plenty of time between each coat, and it was as if the second coat of step 1 dissolved the first coat, and the brush was scraping back the last coat of colour when I applied the second coat of step 1. My natural nail was showing through the polish after a second coat. After I applied the top gel coat (step 2), it was still tacky the next day! The shine top coat also seemed to dissolve the pigment and drag it around as I brushed the top coat over the nail, so after the Step 2 coat it's left patches in my nails with no colour now. One of my nails weirdly turned out matte after I put the gloss coat on it. I have had much better results from cheap $2 brands but this was over $30 for the set of step 1 and 2 polishes, and it's so fussy and I can't do anything with my hands for hours after applying because it'll ruin the finish. Absolute ripoff. I want to return both polishes.Leesh

I recently ordered 5 colors through Kiara Sky and absolutely love all of them! I was told about this brand through my cousin who is a loyal customer of theirs. There are sooo many to choose from and it is very hard to not pick them all. I love glitter and they have a ton of glitter options. They also offer deals and have texting and email offers if you sign up which is nice to take advantage of. I enjoy using gel nail polish but have struggled in the past with cheaper brands lasting on my nails. My hands get pretty beat up as I am a vet technician and workout daily. My nails would often chip in a week despite follow gel polish ways of using. I have had on this color for a little over a week now and so far no chipping and it seems to be holding up very well! I'm excited to try the other colors I purchased. The only complaint I have is it took 3 weeks for delivery and I kept receiving misleading emails about where my package was and if it had even shipped or not. Otherwise, the colors came in a cute box with preventable measures for them not to break. I will most likely be ordering again if these colors continue to hold up well on my nails. I was excited to try Kiara Sky! My cousin told me about this brand and I decided to try it since other brands I have used in the past would chip. I have tried this color and it last two weeks. Which is amazing because usually my nails using other gel products wouldn't last a week without chipping. I love this color as purple is my favorite color. Hands down one of the best gel polishes out there! I love this color red – you almost don't need two coats the color is so great. It is stunning both matte as well as shiny. It goes on smoothly and is seriously a fabulous red. You couldn't ask for more. The price point is one of the best as well. This is my go to color! It’s absolutely the perfect shade of pale pink! the color build up is great, you can do light or more opaque. I’ve even done a French fade using this color alongside some white acrylic paint (youtubed it) and it turned out so so good. I cannot tell you how much I love this color! I got it in a set of 5 or 6 colours all within the neutral tones and this one is almost out. My manicures last about 10 days before they start to grow out.simone.r

This is my new favorite gel polish of all time. I love the color, the longevity, the price, the little sparkles in it. The color is a pretty light raspberry pink when they’re cold, and a milky/clear pearly white when they’re warm. I got my bottle off Amazon for $6.99 USD. When I don’t pick at my nails (which I have a bad habit of doing…) they last for a couple weeks. It’s not prone to chipping which is so nice. The glitter chunks are large. Personally I like that because the white of the color change is milky/clear and it gives it something to work with, but if you don’t like that you know now! The polish had a strong smell. This smell (after painting my nails) would eventually disappear in a couple of days. Experience using it: I painted the nails on both hands, using neither a base nor top coat – two thin coats on my left hand, and two thick coats on my right hand. The bristles of the brush fanned out readily, covering my whole nail (and more, for smaller nails) in one fell swoop. Thinner coats dried fairly quickly, while thick coats took forever (45 mins!) to dry. After drying, my left hand had semi-sheer paint (this made the colour look like the pinkish taupe on the website), while my right hand had opaque paint (purplish taupe). The polish was glossy enough to make me skip putting a top coat. The polish lasted for over a week, but the polish on the sides of my nails chipped away within 3-4 days of applying the polish. That said, this only happened to the nails of fingers I use the most; the polish on my ring fingers and pinkies remained completely intact (I'm still waiting for them to show signs of wear). Even while chipping/wearing away, the polish remained perfectly smooth and pearly on my nails. I received this as a #freeproduct from Top Box to review. I have used this nail polish before and its a great polish to use. It lasts a lot longer than other nail polish brands, so you're not always having to redo your nails. Normally I wouldn't use such a light color, I prefer brighter more bold colors, but this pink was pretty on my finger nails. I do recommend using a primer color under this pink (Gossamer Garments) unless you like the sheerness of light pink. This was a cute color for my toe nails. I did find the brush to be a little big for my nail bed, which would leave a little polish on the side of my toe, but nothing a q-tip and remover can't fix! This is my honest and authentic opinion, as a Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassador. I have several Deborah Lippmann polishes, mostly in her neutral nudes, reds, and purples. I was drawn to the shade Black Magic Woman because it wasn't a pure black nor charcoal grey creme polish. In the bottle, it looks like a gunmetal grey with silver shimmer. A lovely opaque finish can be achieved in just one coat, and it applies effortlessly, thanks to the wider brush and the quality of the polish. This polish is, as it names suggest, magical! A little goes a long way – in indoor, natural, regular lighting, without flash, one coat of the polish looks like a mid-tone charcoal grey with subtle shimmer; two coats give you a deeper gunmetal grey hue. With either one or two coats, in the right light (as seen with flash from the camera), the polish comes alive and shines. The shimmer is stunning and the sparkle from the polish is prismatic. It is magic, indeed! I have just one disappointment and it is with myself and not the polish – namely, that it took me so long to pick up a bottle. $20 per bottle seems like it might be on the high-end but it's actually less than the price for a bottle from luxury designer brands and the quality here is at a minimum, the same, but with most DL polishes, better. In the case of Black Magic Woman, it is much better, one of DL best polishes, in fact, and well worth the $20. I normally purchase my DL polishes during a sale, but having seen the splendor of Black Magic Woman in person and having worn it for a good week without chipping or fading, if I needed to repurchase this color, I would not hesitate to pay full price for this gorgeous shade. I have this in “wild orchid” which is not an option here. I LOVE this nail polish. It really looks and feels like a gel mani without having to cure it under UV. I only painted my nails last night so I can’t say too much about longevity, but I will say that with regular nail polish I do notice chipping as early as the first night. I haven’t had any chipping or incidents of the polish peeling off so far. My nails look so sleek and shiny, and this nail Polish dries faster than any that I’ve used! It has tiny rainbow holographic glitters scattered throughout that give a prismatic sheen when the light hits it. This is a beautiful polish – it looks pretty in the bottle but is even more stunning when worn. The wide brush makes application easy peasy; an opaque finish can be had with 2 coats. Dry down on this shade seemed faster than other Deborah Lippmann polishes I’ve used. At $20 regular price, it’s less expensive than luxury and designer brands. Quality is as good if not better. The shade Rule Breaker is spectacularly unique; a gorgeous standout. I’m super pleased I picked up a bottle and have an eye on grabbing a couple more for gifts. It’s a BUY, BUY, BUY for me! Metallic polishes have always been my go to colour since aged 12 when my older sister told me these were easier to apply without looking blotchy. Whether or not this is true I still do not know 15 odd years later, but my habit has been set! Game of Chromes is a beautiful colour. Normally I avoid a polish this gold out of fear of it looking tacky, but there are a number of subtones to the colour that tone it down and cause it to look a mixture of silver, bronze and gold depending on how the light shines. Very much a statement polish still, but one that looks like it has been chosen by an adult! The polish is opaque enough that one coat will give you sufficient coverage, but I opted for two to get that added sparkle. Note you need quite a long drying time in this case. I tend to only use polish on my toes, and therefore I can't provide helpful comments on how resistant the polish is to daily chores such as washing up and typing. However it has lasted amazingly well on my toes compared to previous polishes I have used. Two weeks later and, except for my nails having grown a little, looks like I applied it yesterday. To be picky, the brush was slightly too large for my nails. My little toe nails needed more of a dot than a stroke! Certainly I would have struggled to do an accurate job on my fingers. However, this is common for me and I would rather the brush spread too far than did not cover my whole nail as it's not that hard to pick off the bits that get on the skin if needed. The polish did go on smoothly and very streak free. As mentioned before, I did two layers and it took a while for the first one to dry enough to attempt the second coat so had to flap round the house wiggling my feet like a mad lady for a while. The top coat was very good and seemed to really meld with the colour polish. Note that you get best results using this in sunlight as that sets the polish in the same way a UV lamp does for normal gel nails. Not the easiest when you're doing this on your toenails and don't have a garden, but I managed! Overall I'm very happy with this polish and think it's great to not need to go to the salon for a long lasting finish.yelitza.s

This Deep Sea Diamonds polish shows up and then some! It not only has small glitter but bigger pieces as well which makes it super sparkly! I’m wearing it over a darker color but you can definitely wear this on its own. Two coats is all you need but you can get away with one. The formulation is on the thicker side which helps keep the glitter in tact. Add a quick dry top coat and you’re done! Highly recommend! If you follow me, I’d like to first say thank you so much! Love the idea of it and this colour is just gorgeous. However the brushes in this (maybe i got a dodgy one) but it left a lot of streaks and didn’t apply smoothly and did have a few straggler hairs which made a mess. Other than that the shape of the brush is great for around the cuticles. Not much product but I guess that’s the purpose for it to be travel friendly. I actually really like this and the colour is stunning in 2 coats (a little streaky because of the brush) I will keep buying and see if it’s a common thing but I really like it and they dry fast 2 coats polish 2 top coat 10 minutes fry time totalChels7777

I applied my first Miracle Gel, color 'Saturn it Up'. One week and absolutely no chips. It was even difficult to file with my Revlon file boards. My nails were destroyed 2 weeks ago when my Gel soak off polish would not come off after soaking my fingers for 15 minutes in acetone. I had to slowly peel them and then soak again to no avail. So with damaged and paper thin nails I tried the miracle. I did 3 coats but they were super thick. There was a little distortion under the top get. The top gel dried great but step one wasn't dry all the way. I'm going to do the process again even though I don't need to. I bought several other colors and have decided to give myself permission to change colors every week! I am thrilled after trying the gels. My nails can now grow out for several months and have some length and be beautiful. Now I just want to figure out how to do 'ombre' nails with this product.Betsy Bee

I bought rain-glow yesterday. I unwrapped the plastic, so I know it was brand new, and started to do step one. The first couple nails were challenging because the color seemed quite thick. It did not go on smooth. By the time I got to the third nail I realized there was something very wrong with the color and this was not going to go well. The color was mostly thick, chunky, and would not go on smooth. I tried out step two just to see if that side was also dried up, but that side was perfectly fine. Pretty bummed about this because it’s actually a really cool product.JoMc

I applied my first Miracle Gel, color 'Saturn it Up'. One week and absolutely no chips. It was even difficult to file with my Revlon file boards. My nails were destroyed 2 weeks ago when my Gel soak off polish would not come off after soaking my fingers for 15 minutes in acetone. I had to slowly peel them and then soak again to no avail. So with damaged and paper thin nails I tried the miracle. I did 3 coats but they were super thick. There was a little distortion under the top get. The top gel dried great but step one wasn't dry all the way. I'm going to do the process again even though I don't need to. I bought several other colors and have decided to give myself permission to change colors every week! I am thrilled after trying the gels. My nails can now grow out for several months and have some length and be beautiful. Now I just want to figure out how to do 'ombre' nails with this product.Betsy Bee

I bought rain-glow yesterday. I unwrapped the plastic, so I know it was brand new, and started to do step one. The first couple nails were challenging because the color seemed quite thick. It did not go on smooth. By the time I got to the third nail I realized there was something very wrong with the color and this was not going to go well. The color was mostly thick, chunky, and would not go on smooth. I tried out step two just to see if that side was also dried up, but that side was perfectly fine. Pretty bummed about this because it’s actually a really cool product.JoMc

I really like the pale pink shade. The shade, called Sweet Surrender, is soft and feminine. I love the brand: the nail polishes are always glossy and easy to apply. The reason I took away 1 star was because after 2 coats, the color was still weak and I needed to apply 3 coats to have the color really show. I don't usually like 3 coats of nail polish since it takes forever and lots of time to dry. Still, with lots of time and 3 coats, it is a pretty polish.beckah.m

I have been cruelty free with my makeup for 2+ years now, but I have not found a good nail polish line yet. I had high hopes for this brand because of the positive reviews on Ulta. I wish I tried a different top coat from Morgan Taylor. I find that this top coat, with any nail polish that I use, completely streaks. I have tried it with different color nail polishes. I have tried using a matte nail polish before going in with this top coat, but nothing has worked.Also, the wand is pretty big, especially for my small nails. I wish I knew that before purchasing this because I probably wouldn't have bought it. Lastly, I don't find that this causes less chipping than any other nail polish top coat that I have ever used.The only pro I have for this top coat is that it looks shiny and glossy. Other than that, I am pretty disappointed in this top coat.courtney.h

I’m not sure what this product actually does, but it’s thin (like water) and has a very strong odor like paint thinner. When applied it is matte and imperceptible. It was also difficult to apply the actual color polish over the base. It didn’t stick well and slipped off with just a second brush stroke of polish, leaving a thin, transparent layer of polish. Even a second and third spot-repair coat didn’t completely cover the nail. It still remained transparent in places. Also, the shipping took much longer than expected, nearly two weeks. I've only been doing my nails myself for a short time but the #1 thing I noticed is the consistency & thickness of these base/too coats. Its ease of application is ideal for a perfect manicure & not having to wipe the top coat with alcohol is a huge time saver! And, let's not forget the incredible price for this high quality kit! I used Time for a Selfie over the top of Pixie Pink! Absolutely love the way it came out. I put on 2 coats for extra sparkle. This is totally clear with the sparkle/glitter. Love the consistency and that the sparkles do not all bunch up when applying.Kathy M.

The color of this gel polish looks stunning in the preview images, but I don't think it delivers quite as vibrantly and as opaquely in practice. This could be a user error – I'm no professional! I expected the base gel to be more opaque or more black based on the preview photos, but it's more of a mid-tone burgundy and not nearly as dark. It feels like even with 2 layers, it's not as dark as it should be. Is it still stunning? Absolutely! It's a gorgeous, glittering red, it's just not what I expected.Darren H.

This color is a wonderful shade of olive green that doesn't cross into being too brown. The consistency and brush made use easy and smooth as I am not a professional and paint my own nails. I was happy with the coverage after 2 coats. The color printed on the bottle label is slightly off, but the actual paint color fits the color description. Hopefully the attached picture provides a good sense of the color (excuse my torn up fingers, I use gel extensions to make up for how rough I am on my hands).Abby K.
