Bought this lamp in replacement for the old style. Because the old ones plugged in on the bottom the cord got ripped out.
Not a fan of the new model. It was expensive like the ones before but it is cheaply made. Feels very light and awkward to move. The base coat doesn't cure in 10sec like the old one. (Yes I use all CND products.). You cannot see through the back of this one which was a nice feature on the old one. Also clients are not sure how far to insert their hand because there isn’t a finger placement guide like the old one.

I bought 7 lamps but one is bab. I have 16 stations. I plan to replace all my old lamps from DND. I found beyond polish have the best deals on opi lamp GL903. So I replaced 7 new opi lamp GL903. All doing good except one is bad. I didn’t find out the bad one until my nail tech coming back from vacation. I contact and try to return through their return portal but it said my order was out of their time frame. I am very frustrated.Peter V.
I have tested different types of gel brands and so far NO issues at all on curing. It is sturdy and a littler heavy but perfect because doesn’t slide or move easily on the table. The length of adaptor cord is very nice. The interior of hand placement area is mirrored all over making the curing process more precise. Also I like all the buttons functions specially the convenience of Auto/Manual mode sensor activation. It fits perfectly under my arm rest. I am in LOVE with this Lamp.S.

The actual nail dryer works great. I had no issues with it drying my nail polish because I followed the proper steps according to the polish I bought. It is important to know that different polishes have different instructions. My biggest issue with the lamp was that it had a mini USB port in the back for it to plug into an electrical source. The port was not secured hardly at all, and after moving it from my desk to my bedside vanity, it popped out! My brother works on electronics and tried to repair it and said that it was barely fastened with the circuit board and could not be repaired. So if you buy it, don't move it! When I started lash extensions, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try and save some money by trying this out. I LOVE my gel polishes but didn't want to keep spending the money on them as I was adding to my beauty routine and budget. I picked up clearance polishes at Sally's and bought this online for under $15. I love it so much! and my only regret is not buying two. Here's why I love it….. *USB Power supply….good for taking on trips. in a pinch, I've plugged into a power bank. * It's motion sensor-ed so even if it's on my lap, if I want to go another round just a quick lift of the lamp or slide of the hand gets that light going again. * Minimal heat….I don't feel like i'm roasting under there as I've experienced in some salons. Some tips for newbies: *Go easy on the coats – 2 or 3 will go a long way. Make sure you're not laying it on thick either. *Clean your nails before application. *Polish and cure the tips of your nails to help prevent peeling. * Don't try to squeeze your thumb in there. Lamp works great! I want to speak to some of the things noted in the negative reviews. Timer/Blinking: The lamp is motion sensitive, so it blinks if it's not on a flat surface and you move your fingers from under it. It's convenient that you don't have to push a button to turn it on like other lamps! Other than that, it only blinks to let you know 30 seconds have passed. If you keep your fingers under it after the initial 30 seconds, it does an auto shut off after 30 more seconds. Perfect! Different Model: It's not the same model in the picture & there was no coupon for polish in my box, BUT it's a superior model, so no complaints here. Cleansing/Curing: You don't need to cure multiple times. If it feels sticky it's probably because you need to remove the final tacky layer. You don't need cleanser wipes to remove the tacky layer. You can wipe your nails with rubbing alcohol. (Just like they do at the nail shop!)Gina

If I could give this lamp more stars I would. Im currently doing my nails at home, specially with everything going on with corona virus. This lamp I was a bit skeptical about, I previously owned the essie led lamp but it died. This lamp dries the polish wonderfully and efficiently. It works as well as my previous 300 dollar lamp and is smaller . This lamp has been a life saver I have been able to do my gel nails at home with no problema whatsoever. It also brings two really cute comfort pads for hand placement while using and makes life easier. Great product, but if you're a beginner, look for explanations relating to uv and led. I just used it once, so I’m still wanting to see how it does long term. The packaging is very nice. I did A LOT of research before investing in this led light. It works sooo well and amazing! Keep in mind that you need to really know what your doing reguarding the polish or nothing is going to work for you. I use this on the 60 sec. I leave my hand in for the base coat 1 time, color polish 2 times each coat, and the top coat 3 times.nicole.m
