20 Best Nail Manicure Set (2024 Update)

I have the mini macaron individual nail lamp that actually looks like a macaron and comes with a full size polish in rose gold. I bought this set expecting similar success but I was a bit disappointed. First off the mini polishes are really hard to use. The brush is so short that it makes applying the polish incredibly difficult. I know what they were going for but the design is all wrong. A taller narrow bottle would have been better if they wanted to make minis. The shorter bottle is so frustrating that alone makes me want to return it. Secondly the lamp while aesthetically cute is not practical because you have to cure the thumb separately from the fingers. This feels like a huge design flaw. I want a salon quality gel manicure at home and I don’t see why a lamp this size won’t accommodate my whole hand. The other thing is that the lamp doesn’t seem to cure as well as the single finger lamp. Now to the pros, the colors are beautiful and limited edition. According to their website they can only be acquired through this deluxe set. But again the bottle brush are a pain. The bottom of the lamp is removable for pedicures but is difficult to slide the bottom of tray in and out. Overall it’s pretty but I feel like they leaned too hard into beauty and not enough into function.shakti.g

I have used this twice now and I love it! I feel like if you set your expectations properly, it’s a great product. The thing I hate most about painting my nails is that I never have time to let them dry properly so they always dent and chip. These cure right away in the machine so even if my kids interrupt me for something, I can get up and then come back to doing my nails. I’ve had mine on for 3 days now with very minimal chipping. With normal polish by day 3 it’s halfway gone. Keep the coats thin and do 2 coats, drying in between. Is it the same quality as a salon manicure? No. But I paid the same cost as a salon manicure to be able to do it whenever I want so this is a perfect filler to take away from having to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I compare this with o another that cost only 9 dollars and it is more powerful than this and this one 20 mins and this get hot and shut down and the cheapest not happen that so I prefer the cheap.dolphin32011

This is the second time I purchased this product. I thought I may not have properly used the product the first time it was purchased. Because QVC so highly recommends this product I decided I would purchase it again and try to use it as recommended. I have twice used this purchase as recommended and decided that this flat out is not worth the money. Nail polish purchased from drug stores and big box stores far exceed this product. Why are we hearing such false claims? After using the product twice as recommended, I found that it started coming off in less than a day. I did the auto ship so forgot to cancel after the first set. So received 2 different sets. The colors look pretty but the second set was basically all the same light pink color and go on clearish and took several coats. The polish doesn't go on smoothly and is just different from regular nail polish since it's some sort of Gel polish. It chipped off the same day, so don't let the Gel fool you, I think regular nail polish would stay on longer. The only thing I liked was how fast they seemed to dry. Other than that, I don't like this product at all. Gave it only 1 star for drying time. I may send back the second set, the first set is too late.pageRus

I was never a big fan of the pink gel coat, so when I saw this set with a clear and Ruby gel, I thought I’d give it a try. I’m prefer this Ruby shade and very happy with the other colors as well! The color trio is far superior to other Perfect Formula gel colors I’ve used. The others I’ve tried have been too opaque and went on unevenly and streaky. Not this trio! They are a little translucent and “gel” like in appearance, go on very smoothly and not streaky and are all wearable! I’m so surprised as I thought I’d only use the pale pink polish and was still pleased with the price, but will happily use all items in this set. Also, the size of the brushes in each bottle os wide and have an oval cut tip, which is my favorite. I recall the old Perfect formula brushes were thinner with very long squared-off bristles so I was not a huge fan of the brand for that reason. I see a lot of improvement and will continue to purchase PF now given the quality of this set. Also, the trio of color polishes come in a nice box together, which would make a great gift, so the entire set is a steal!MrsQ2022

This wonderful manicure/pedicure set was well thought-out to include just about everything you might need. It comes with a cloth zippered case and has form fitting places in the form of a plastic insert which holds the device and all of the accessories neatly. The plastic insert can be removed if you prefer. The case retains its shape if you remove the insert. The inside lid of the case has a mesh pocket where you can keep the power cord and the manual. The case does not have a handle. In the case: Power cord with a micro USB end to charge up the device, Dust shield, 10 attachments, and a User Guide. No plug for the cord. The attachments are: Sapphire cone – to remove dry skin and calluses from feet and manicures the toenails. Coarse Sapphire wheel – Files nails quickly Fine Sapphire wheel – Files nails. Finer than the coarse wheel to file more gently and slowly Felt cone – For buffing and polishing Cylindrical Grinder – Grinds and smooths toenails Pointed Grinder – Removes ingrown toenails. Small for precise use. Round Sapphire Grinder – Removes corns. Use carefully. Needle-shaped Cutter – Precision tool. Used on ingrown nails or parts of dead nails. It will flash red and green if it isn’t. It will flash with 3 blue lights if everything is OK. When the 3 blue lights are solid, it is charged. The power button on the device has 3 positions. Up, Middle, and Down. Down turns the attachment counter-clockwise and you will see a red light. Up turns the attachment clockwise and you will see a green light. The middle position is off. I thought I would not need to change the device from clockwise to counterclockwise and back again, but I found myself changing it while I was working to make it easier, so I see why this feature was included. The plus and minus buttons on the device control the speed. There are 3 speed settings. The instructions say to always start at the lowest speed and only increase the speed if needed. I never used it any faster. I thought the slowest setting was more than adequate. There is an automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. I like that the device is cordless, because I was holding it at all sorts of different angles to do my pedicure. Nail dust was flying everywhere so I attached the Dust Shield to keep it from flying up in my face. It worked great for that. It doesn’t catch the dust. It just protects it from getting it in your eyes or accidentally breathing it in. There is an LED light. If you use one of the larger attachments, it will block the light from shining where you are working. Also it was too difficult to try to always keep the light on the area I was working. I did use it though. I would stop for a second and shine the light on the spot to better see how it was looking. My First Pedicure with the Beurer: I started out using the coarse sapphire wheel on my toenails. That quickly got them filed down. I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. I love this product! I had to say goodbye to the nail salon during the past 18 months due to the pandemic, and I was in dire need of a new pedicure set. I used to own an electric nail care set and it was a good one that lasted for several years, but since it was powered by electricity, I always had to be tethered to the electrical outlet which was not always convenient. I literally buy many different types of pressure on nails, this item was good when I used it. The price isn't bad for them either. They stay on moderately good, but if I'm correct these don't have the sticky stuff on them already come off pretty fast. As long as they have the sticky stuff they stay on quite long and also use super glue they stay on longer.elizabeth.a

Great product for the money! I have tried other Kiss (as well as other brand) nail products before, and these are the best so far. They really are thicker, more like a salon acrylic. They have stayed secure and lasted longer so far as well. I planned to paint them, but they looked fine natural! As others have mentioned, in order to not get glue bubbles, you have to apply the glue to BOTH your real nail and the fake nail. I actually have gotten many compliments on these. My only complaint is that I wish the glue was easier to get out of the tube, but it's a $5ish product, and gets the job done!laurica

This kit is really great! You get everything you need to get started doing acrylic. I actually really like the brush that came inside of it too! I find that this kit is really the way to go when trying their products because you really get a bit of everything! I saw these originally on Instagram and looked at the reviews so I tried them out. They were easy to fit and easy to apply. My nails were extremely short and nowhere close to having a decent length since I had several of my real nails super short after breaking. These Static Nails were CHAMPS! They stayed on 16 days. I noticed slight lifting at the cuticle area around day 12, but they never came off or felt loose. I ended up gently peeling them off on day 16 because I was going out of town and wanted a fresh set. I used and reshaped the leftover ones that I hadn't used in the original package and was able to create a whole other set from them that look just as fabulous. If I can keep these looking as great as they did the first go round I will be done with going to the salon. Way cheaper and way less time consuming. Plus my nails were not destroyed underneath when I took the Static Nails off. I have been very pleased. Also I work in healthcare where I have to wash my hands numerous times per day and I also have to type a lot and these held up without issue at all. I never felt like they were coming off throughout the whole 2+ weeks. This is my honest review, I purchased this product with my own money. I am a licensed cosmetologist and usually do my own gel manicures, but after seeing countless social media ads for this brand & stumbling across them in-person at ULTA, I decided to give them a try. They are pretty basic press-ons, maybe slightly "thicker" than other brands that have existed on the market for decades. They aren't particularly stronger or better than any other brand of press-ons that I tried. I applied them on a Sunday and by Tuesday, 2 nails had cracked down the center, and the tip on one of them cracked off after simply turning off a light switch. I had to file them all down much shorter and put a dot of glue under the cracked areas to keep them from splitting further. I purchased the Static Nails glue even though I have other nail glues at home, because I was intrigued by this brand's "no damage" philosophy. I followed the instructions to the letter for max longevity of wearing the nails, and despite my careful application, after just 5 days almost every nail is lifting. I can assure that it was not because of a lack of glue or pressure applied to the curing nail because I really took my time to do it right. Because I am a cosmetologist, I do spend more time with my hands in shampoo bowls, in hand sanitizer, and other hair products. But even on Static's website it specifically mentions that even hairstylists can fully enjoy their product, too. While I haven't had any nails pop off entirely yet, I'm pretty disappointed at how quickly they cracked and a tip broke off, and how quickly they are lifting. I was hoping that these would be a big improvement on press-ons that we've all been using for years.Sara

I picked up a few sets of Static Nails over the holidays and have become such a huge fan! These have now replaced my twice a month salon visit, which has saved me so much money… which I'm now probably spending all on coffee… I've gotten much faster at putting them on since I first started. Both hands take me about 7 minutes start to finish. I've also gotten better at applying them. This is a semi sheer set so to look natural you have to ensure you apply them right, which means putting glue, and a good amount of it, on your natural nail and all over the back of the static nail just like they instruct. When you hold the nail down, just be sure to push out any air pockets if you have any and its looks really good! This is my favorite set. I think it looks chic and elegant. It lasted me just over 2 weeks, and yes, I am hard on my hands. I have tried their "like acrylic" long coffin nails too, so if you're someone that breaks acrylic nails I would stick with their long coffin sets as those are even more durable than actual acrylic nails, but as long as you're not breaking acrylic nails… you will be perfectly fine with these. I haven't had any issues with bending or breaking on any set, i think it is common sense that these nails will not last to your grave, no nail on this earth probably would, so that is my advice and I hope it helps! I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. I love this product! I had to say goodbye to the nail salon during the past 18 months due to the pandemic, and I was in dire need of a new pedicure set. I used to own an electric nail care set and it was a good one that lasted for several years, but since it was powered by electricity, I always had to be tethered to the electrical outlet which was not always convenient. This one is rechargeable and has many other nice features as well. One of the overall design features that I like the best is that the Nail Pro Premium by beurer of Germany comes in a nice zip case along with everything you need to groom your nails, whether you need a manicure or a pedicure. The product is of a high-quality design and comes with 10 different sapphire and felt attachments that seem to meet all needs for nail care of manicuring or pedicures. It comes with a dust shield that fits neatly over any of the attachments and has an LED light that illuminates during use. The Nail Pro Premium charges easily with a micro-USB cable and needs to be charged for three (3) hours before the first use. It seems to hold that charge quite well and last up to about two (2) hours of use for each three (3) hours of charge. There is a speed control of three (3) speeds, and a control to make the attachments rotate in either direction. The unit is ergonomic and fits well in the hand which makes it easier to control and do detail work. I thought these were cute, I bought them at Sally beauty around Christmas for a dinner party. I thought they looked nice, they just didn’t last very long. They are on the thinner side. I don’t think I would buy then again.kerri.e
