I'm only on week 3 of the process, which is a month long, but so far I've absolutely loved this nail strengthener! I've tried tons of other nail strengtheners, including a $25 one, and this is the best one I've used so far. It doesn't tint the tips of your nails or turn them yellow, and it has a very natural sheen–not too glossy. My nails are stronger than they've ever been. I have only chipped a nail once, and that was at my job during the first week of using this strengthener (I work a pretty hands on, physical job). Since then, I haven't broken or chipped a single nail. I plan on continuing to wear this as a base coat or just naturally on my nails once I'm done with the month. Long ago I gave up on my nails, trying to just handle them short to curtail their peeling and splitting tendencies. Last march I had a shellac mani to be fancy for a wedding and it ruined my already quite pathetic nails. After several months of trying to grow out a vertical split that had resulted I searched for something that would strengthen them enough to at least get back to normal shorties. Well, I saw this product and the reviews and thought i would give it a try. I did follow directions to the letter, which helped and it was at a vacation time for me so I could stay on track. After the first two weeks I had never seen my nails so 'non splitty' , and something in this is definitely fortifying them. After the initial two weeks I went into the 2 week every other day schedule, and I went ahead and purchased the soy remover as well. Pros: much 'cleaner' product line than any I see. Virtually no odor or strong smell, makes application pleasant. Products work better than any I ever used on my mid 50's nails! Cons: none yet, and I just ordered from the Labor day sale. Wow! This stuff works. My three year old daughter has been sucking her index and middle fingers since she was very little. I can see that her front teeth are moving forward and she talks with a lisp. I knew I had to do something because I knew if I didn't kick the habit now she could suck her fingers after her other set of teeth come in, and since I can't take her fingers away I didn't want her to have an overbite. I figured for $3 I’d give it a try, this stuff has a very bad taste which is good cause after just 1 week of wearing it i dont even want to put my fingers anywhere near my mouth anymore! Or if i ate doritoes and i went to lick the seasoning from my fingers i could taste it. Love these!! They aren’t super long so it’s not that big a deal if you want to file them down so they work perfectly. The only issue I had was getting the nails to look more symmetrical when I filed them down to almond shapes. When applying, you have to make sure you put nail glue on both your natural and fake nail to make it last! I painted it with regular nail polish and topped it with a gel glitter polish. The gel cure allowed the nails to be a lot stronger which I love. I also painted the nails before gluing it to prevent the mess. My only complaint is that the glue is very strong. Both a pro and a con. It sticks very well but can be messy. I love this stuff! I’ve always been a nail biter, I decided during covid I would try and break the habit and I succeeded! It tastes bad, and it makes me aware that my fingers are in my mouth. I used to bite all of my nails off and not even realize what I had done until it was too late. I’ve gone three months straight without biting and have actually been having to trim my nails for the first time in my life. This is a neutral review. I think it’s wrong to blame la product like this if you don’t successfully stop biting ur nails after using this. This isn’t the real problem. Truly take the time to ask yourself why you are biting your nails in the first place. I used to tell myself, “idk, out of boredom probably.” Which actually meant, “I might have an idea but I’m genuinely unsure and avoiding wanting to find out bc it could be an issue I’m not ready to face or deal with right now.” It’s a bad habit you formed yourself over time.. something that started off harmless then progressively got worse until you realize it’s a problem. for literal years, i have used the old fashioned tips that just infuriate me. they split, snap, and i fiddle with them constantly! and are NEVER RIGHT. no matter how long i shape them, they are just way to unforgiving… and i own equipment for this! just no. but THEEEESE nails! omg i have found a new life mate and its this exact brand, and shape of nails. i hated square nails particularly, they are so 90's and just cant hold up to the types of acrylic, gel paints, and builder gels that i use. being an ex nail tech. i have had to use plastic tips most of my teenage and adult life, and trust me when i say, they are not all created equal. my misery has finally ended and i can graduate to gel nails and gel sculpting with a lot more ease. the great thing about these is that i can use them as either a tip, or a full base nail if im having a lazy week. they adhere better especially with "kiss powerflex max adhesion nail glue" on a smooth buffed surface(this is important) and a good special priming or base coat (to prevent fungus, this is REALLY nescesary with this type of nail bc they have a high peak.) and then a good bonding agent before application. 5 STARS! just an added warning and prob. the only crucial thing about most clear nails like this is, you cant use an electric file tobuff the surface of the false nail. everything has to be gently hand buffed or they will fracture! otherwise they are strong and last wonderfully:)sprinkles91

I love the idea but extremely hard to get off of the polygel, they need some edges or peices out so you can pop it off easier. Loving the nail shape just not the struggle to get it off or how it toke half the polygel with it. Also may want to work a touch on the flexibility of the nail so it wouldn't be as hard. This product is definitely effective! I used it to help me stop biting my nails. It tastes horrible- like bitter acidic soap. I definitely did not want to put my fingers in my mouth and if I accidentally did I would know it for a good 15 minutes after. It does have a rather glossy finish which I like because it gives a clean polished look but might not be everyone’s cup of tea. My one negative is that the cap gathered a lot of product inside of it and eventually became dried out and stuck shut. I had to use hot water to loosen it up enough to open.liv.p

I bought this a few months ago and used it every single day numerous times a day after washing my hands and right before bed. They grew so quickly I was shocked. I’ve never had nails so long in my life. I’ve always had a problem with nail biting. Anyway I never leaves reviews but it absolutely worked for me. Remember to apply after every had wash and before bed. I also used a cuticle oil twice a day.
This stuff only works to discourage biting while it is wet. As soon as it dries it has no flavor obnoxious or otherwise and no or odor. I'm pretty sure this must be a better product than this or they could never sell it so I assume I got a bad bottle. I checked for an expiration date on the package and there was none so I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you just want cheap clear nail polish.forestja
