Based on the reviews of Rosy Future OPI nail lacquer I was excited and looking forward to receiving my new nail polish. Wow! What a shock it turned out to be. One coat looked good and I should have stopped right there. Thinking it would look even better with two coats I eagerly added a second as it was easy to apply. One coat gave a beautiful sheer iridescent shimmering look. Adding a second coat gave me neon nails that resembled fluorescent lights. I will continue to use the Rosy Future but only one coat. I am disappointed because I think a manicure with two coats of polish lasts longer. But, the look with one coat is acceptable with top coat layers. This polish is not the winner that I expected but at the same time it is not a total loss either. I would recommend the Rosy Future because of its versatility. For those who like a sheer iridescent look it’s a winner. For those who like neon nails it’s also a winner. Enjoy your new nail polish! The pictures show two coats of polish but do not depict how bright the color really is. 8-14-21 UPDATE: The more I use Rosy Future the more I like it. I have been using it for 2 years now. I absolutely love this top coat. I use it over Color Street Nails, but also for my daughter when she's painting her nails. It extends my manicure to 10 days, at least (I usually get sick of the color first and take it off). Dries very quick and gives a nice shiney coat. I don't usually need to reapply. Gives it a nice gel polish look and I get a ton of compliments all the time. Makes my nails feel much stronger. Definitely recommend. I received this nail polish complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I read a description of this which called it a "Barbie pink" and was immediately like "ugh great, bright pink!" I'm generally not a fan of pinks, but this one grew on me! I applied two coats of Two Timing the Zones over the OPI Natural Nail Base Coat, finishing it off with the OPI Top Coat. This polish bubbled, even after leaving 40+ minutes between coats, which was annoying! I ended up topping it with Essie's A Cut Above, which made already girly nails *even more* girly, and I actually liked it! This was again topped with another layer of the top coat. The polish chipped on my dominant hand within 3 days. Considering there's three layers on top, with the tips capped, that's pretty annoying! On my non-dominant hand, it chipped within 5. For me, it's not worth the price tag and I want far better longevity regardless of the price tag. It's around £15 in the UK, and I've got £1-2 Kiko polishes that perform better. Ho Ho holy moly! This is an AMAZING polish! Most glitter polishes (which is the version I’m reviewing) smear when you put them on or don’t show up at all. This Deep Sea Diamonds polish shows up and then some! It not only has small glitter but bigger pieces as well which makes it super sparkly! I’m wearing it over a darker color but you can definitely wear this on its own. Two coats is all you need but you can get away with one. The formulation is on the thicker side which helps keep the glitter in tact. Add a quick dry top coat and you’re done! Highly recommend! If you follow me, I’d like to first say thank you so much! This is probably one of my favourite nail polishes. I love the shade of green and the non-goopy application of it. It’s also lasted longer than any of the other expensive polish brands I own (all the ones that promise no chips for two weeks and then they chip next day no matter how careful you are). I’ve gotten a bit less than a week’s wear out of it, but even now it’s only a couple chips on a few fingers, which is to be expected because I’m a mom of young kids, so I am constantly doing something with my hands and washing them. I see other reviewers mentioning how sheer applications are, which is true, but it just means you need a couple extra coats, which honestly isn’t a big deal; I find that most polishes, no matter how much coverage they give you, need additional coats anyways. When I use this polish along with the Miracle Gel top coat, I get a solid week out of the nails before I get any chipping. Usually I only have to repaint them when the nails are growing out too much. Dries quickly, so apply quickly and carefully. This is a great middle ground between regular polish and real gel, meaning it is great for home use. You can get thick coverege that hides your ridges without needing to buff your nails if you do 2 color and 1 top coat. I'm in the process of replacing all my existing polishes with Miracle Gel versions.LH

The only reason this gel polish doesn't get a 5 star is because it is an absolute pain to get off. I can soak it and soak it for what seems like hours and I still have to file it off or scrape with an orange stick. The colours are beautiful, it is easy to apply for a beginner and it doesnt pool at the edges of your nail. Another great bonus is that the top coat does not require alcohol wiping, so for those with tight c curved nails, like me, you get much better coverage and top coat seal!kayla.m

Who knows when their overhead mechanism was made. I had the manual and that was no help. So the hardest part was finding the correct setup code [which I then wrote down]. But it does just exactly what it is supposed to do. But do keep your manual. Sometimes a power outage will require a reset. I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was sick of the colours you would get from OPI or the drugstore that just felt a bit too childish – I love pink and purple but I don’t need my nails to look like a kids bedroom wall. This was my first purchase from ORLY and I am IN LOVE. Love the formula, love the brush. At first I felt the brush didn't pick up product as it should, but the shape of the brush is the BEST I've used. I always struggle to cover the side edges of my nails with polish, but this brush is designed perfectly for that. As the title says, this is such a fun topper! It reminds me a bit of a carnival with funnel cake and ring toss games haha. It's bright and colorful and is fairly easy to apply in terms of getting a perfect amount of all the different glitter pieces on your nail. I did dab once or twice with the brush after brushing it on to try to place a couple of the larger bits a little more strategically, and it worked like a charm. I bought this because the box claims it makes nail polish (at least OPI nail polish) last much longer before chipping ("up to 11 days of gel-like wear and shine", actually). I work with my hands and I feel the act of painting/doing my nails is way too time consuming, so it is very important to me that my nail polish stay put and stay unchipped for as long as possible. I used this kit exactly as directed, applying multiple coats of each bottle, used my OPI brand Infinite Shine Long-Wear nail polish (the recommended nail polish to use with this kit, I used the gorgeous, sexy red shade "An Affair in Red Square"), and let dry completely. My nail polish WAS very shiny and pretty when it was done. However, in one or two days my nails were already chipping. I really hate spending half an hour to an hour (natural drying takes forever) doing my nails only to have them get messed up after one or two days at work. So I just wear my nails completely bare basically all the time. I only use nail polish and do my nails maybe once every few months. So does this nail kit make your nail polish shiny and pretty? I suppose so, even though nail polish is shiny as-is. It does make your polish look more gel-like. Does this nail kit prevent chipping for "up to 11 days"? Well I suppose TECHNICALLY yes, it was "up to" 11 days… But *I wouldn't use or recommend this kit to prevent chipping of nail polish if you work with your hands.* It simply doesn't work well for that. I have yet to find anything that will make any nail polish last longer than a day or two without chipping, while I hold a job in which I constantly use my hands. So if you want gel-like nail polish, I recommend this kit, and you should get that gel-like result with any nail polish you use with it. I've used OPI products since I was a little girl. It's long been a favorite nail care brand of my mother's. She went through many years where she would only wear I'm not really a waitress, I still associate that color with that ideal woman we always wanted to be when we grew up. So, when I was offered to participate in this cashback campaign, even though I had never used any of the infinite shine products, I knew I would love it. It's even better than I thought!!! Alpine Snow is an old favorite color of mine but the blue color: To Be Continued is new to me. TBC is a beautiful light baby blue that is mesmerizing! It would work in literally every season and I do think it would be beautiful on most skin tones. The OPI formula has always been a winner. Incentivized for the Opi infinite shine campaign on #influenster through #Ulta.com . I was glad to find all the shades I was looking for through the Ulta.com app but had a hiccup with customer service I had never encountered before that got me a little ruffled. It was quickly shipped but with excessively poor packing that damaged the chrome paint on the bottles. Which I am fortunate was the only issue cause the way they packed it could easily have broken everything in it. To which I wrote CS and they did not seem to care. So I expect nothing will change. I am not real happy with the downside I have seen shipping and handling customer care from Ulta lately. Onto the actual polish. It’s a lovely shade of light pink with no nude/ brown town to it. Just above ballet slipper. Though it looked a little more watery than I prefer, it did not run at all and I had good control with each layer. I tried a thin on and a thicker one to check coverage. You can get good coverage with one layer done thickly. If that is your preference. Dry time isn’t to long, either. By the time you get through coat one, you may be ready to do coat two. This was my first purchase from ORLY and I am IN LOVE. Love the formula, love the brush. At first I felt the brush didn't pick up product as it should, but the shape of the brush is the BEST I've used. I always struggle to cover the side edges of my nails with polish, but this brush is designed perfectly for that. It very easily spread over my nail and down to the edge WITHOUT straying onto my skin. As for coverage, the first coat didn't dry so quickly that I couldn't go back and fully cover the nail. Exactly what I wanted in a red! Bright and showy, yet elegant and gorgeous! Perfect for manis and pedis. Fun for going to the local festival on Saturday afternoon as well as sophisticated for dancing at an evening soiree. I have been searching for a true red that was not orange-y or too burgundy and this is the shade I wanted. I like the Breathable line. They seem to endure longer than most other polishes and make my somewhat soft nails stronger. FYI: I was NOT compensated for this review. I ordered online and the shipment was delayed by the carrier(s), but once I contacted Orly, their customer service followed up and shipment was expedited from where it had stalled. Problem resolved. As the title says, this is such a fun topper! It reminds me a bit of a carnival with funnel cake and ring toss games haha. It's bright and colorful and is fairly easy to apply in terms of getting a perfect amount of all the different glitter pieces on your nail. I did dab once or twice with the brush after brushing it on to try to place a couple of the larger bits a little more strategically, and it worked like a charm. I absolutely hate waiting for polish to dry. We all got stuff ta to you know? What's worse is waking up realizing that you've somehow smeared your polish that should have dried hours ago in your sleep. Can anyone relate? Well that was not happen with this polish. It dries so quickly that unless you're just not paying attention you can't mess it up. It goes on well too, as well as any polish I've tried and I don't buy the cheap stuff. Here's the cons. It chips easily if you do not wear gloves when doing work around the house or if you have to wash your hands a lot. It's also hard to remove. I scrub and scrub and the three kinds I have with shimmer in them, the glitter wants to hang on no matter what. Then there's the health of my nails. I'm pretty sure that this polish has made my nails peel at the tips so it's probably drying my nails. Ok so if you need a quick manicure this is the polish for you. If you hate waiting or just don't have time to wait this is the polish for you. I would recommended trying a base coat, which I am going to try soon, to see if it helps the issues I've mentioned.Brynn
This is some of the best nail polish I've tried, and I do home manis every week. The colors are on point, more unique than other brands which is one thing I love about this brand. This formula dries smooth and clear, and lasts. I wash my hands a lot and polish only lasts 2-3 days before I need a touch up, but it's easy to touch up and color blends smoothly. Best of all, it does dry quickly which is a huge selling point for me because I tend to paint my nails before bed while winding down and watching TV, and never seem to leave enough time for them to dry before I'm ready for bed! Two thin coats of this polish dry completely for me in 10-15 minutes. I love Essie! It's my favorite brand of polish by far.amy

This was my first time trying Essie and I am extremely impressed. It's quick dry in about a minute meaning I can do right before bed and it's not wrecked in the morning. I was also impressed with my application because normally I 'colour outside the lines' lol. But it wasn't me- it's their first ever angled brush that makes applying with your non-dominant hand a breeze. It also has amazing staying power- one coat lasted over 10 days. This vegan formula is made without formaldehyde, toluene and a bunch of other chemicals or animal derived ingredients. When I went to my local nail shop I was excited to see that they had mood gel polish. I picked out a pretty color that changes from white to purple. I like, but since it's basically summer my nails are only basic white. Plus the nail Polish chip easily. I only had my nails done for a few days and they are chipped already. This is a no chip mood color, goes from a light maroon to extreme dark. Even though, this application was done at the salon. As long as you've applied no chip manicure before, you can apply this mood color as well. Exact same steps. When your hands are warm, its the light tone, when hands are cold then it will turn dark. I am actually very excited about this nail polish since I learned it is free from 21 harmful chemicals. free from animal derived ingredients and made in the USA! Finally a non-toxic nail product I can feel good about. Eternal EtVoil is a classic collection that comes with 3 shades of pale pinks (French Kiss – French – French Chiffon), 1 opaque bright white (Blanco Tiza) and 1 clear. Beautiful colors to wear alone or to create the perfect french manicure. Application was a breeze. I first applied an Eternal Nourishing Base Coat (important in protecting your nails from staining and I believe makes your polish hold up better) followed by one coat of French Kiss and one coat of clear as a top coat. Polish glides on smoothly, had good coverage after one coat (two if you want a more opaque finish), did not streak, and dried quickly. Even though this polish is free from harmful chemicals, it does have the usual polish smell as can be expected. After a week of wear and a refresh top coat, polish is virtually chip free. I've used Revlon Nail Enamel more years than I care to admit. this has always been my "go to" polish, in shade Serene (320) for work and :play:, Once in a while I'd lighten the shade up i the summer, but always back to the favorite. No, apparently it's been discontinued and what's left around is way too expensive to even think about buying. The biggest thing I love about this polish is it didn't destroy my nails. After taking the polish off, my nails weren't dry, brittle, chipping and didn't break as much when kept polished. Tried the gel nails once, took me months to get my nails re-grown, needless to say, I went right back to a lite shade of the enamel, then back to Serene. Won't make that mistake again. Question is, what shade will work as well as that, have Totally Toffee, but it's a bit darker and I absolutely don't do pinks or weird color. Am a porcelain skinned strawberry blonde with green eyes and reds/pinks look horrible on me. Any color with a gray overtone makes my nails look like they are dead. So, unless I can talk Revlon into bringing back that particular color, anyone have any ideas on shades along that line?Gigi
I really love this polish. Beautiful colors. I really like 276 Vivacious. The color really lasts. I get 2 weeks of non chip wear. I use a base coat. This polish. 2 coats. Then I go over it with a coat of Revlons Gel Envy. It hold up extremely well. I am really pleased with this polish.Neil
