Using the laser cap now to grow more hair. Using their vitamins and have added this Biotin to my diet. According to my Doctor GP , to get the best results to use a minimum of 50,000 mcg per day. You cannot Over Dose on this vitamin. So I take five a day and my system is working. Excellent product and the Softgels are the only way to go. I used only this product on my nails (twice a day) for about one month. I wanted to see if it would work. I was going to give up on it, but I started seeing results. My nails have always peeled and broken easily. My nails are now stronger, thicker, longer and not peeling. I have sensitive skin and this item did not cause any irritation like some nail products do. I have also long used a ceramic/glass file, instead of an emery board, which can separate layers of the nail. The only suggestion I have on the Vitamin Strength Serum is that I think a brush would have worked better. I also wanted to comment on the packaging of item. I like that you can see through the bottle. I have used the "Nail Growth Serum" in the dark gold colored bottle. I have used Nailtiques Formula 2 for many years. It absolutely improves the strength and look of my nails. The trick is to use it consistently and follow the directions to apply one coat daily. I make one to three applications a week to maintain the results and make sure I always have this on my nails. I don't wear color polish often but Nailtiques works great as a first coat with color polish as the second. If you are just starting out with Nailtiques I would suggest not using colored polish for the first few weeks and just use Nailtiques to give your nails a good start. I swear by biotin for anyone who has dry skin, or brittle nails and hair. I've been taking biotin for a couple years now and my hair is much thicker and doesn't break like it used to. My nails grow like crazy which is an extra bonus. I think it actually helps my skin from getting dry in the winter too. I used to get terribly dry itchy skin as soon as we turned on the heat in late fall, but not so far this year. I do use coconut oil for my skin so I cant say it's the biotin alone but I plan to keep taking it!After 1 month with a regiment of a skin suppliments such as a collagen or phyto ceramide capsule greatly increase a desired effect. It is well worth is. Though most say take a capsule 2-3 times a day, you only need one. Double the effect by taking all 3. Small price to pay for baby smooth skin from face to foot. A couple of weeks after taking it, the condition of the hair and skin improved, the skin became less dry and the hair more manageable. I currently have the following Nail-Aid products: Biotin Ultimate Strength, 10 Quick Salon Nail Hacks, 1 Minute Artificials, and Iron Shiel Top Coat. I have used all of them on my nails, most recently I used all of them as my manicure.
These products are inexpensive, and you can find them at Walmart and Amazon (amongst others). These products make your nails very strong, and protect them successfully from breaking. I have not had any breakage since I started using them. Previously I used a different nail hardener, but had breakage with that one.

As soon as pandemic hit, my nail salon closed. I let cut down my acrylics and eventually soaked them in Acetone and removed them. My nails were weak, thin, brittle and have horizontal lines and cracks. I bought Rocket Fuel in Hope's that it would help my nails. They were already grown out from the acrylic damage but were just weak, brittle and had these ridges, causing me to have to keep them very short. Used Rocket Nail Fuel for the recommended 8 weeks. No changes in my nails…still weak, brittle and ridged. Besides that about 3/4s through the bottle, the polish became very thick and hard to apply. Also, by the time I was at my third coat my nails had a blue tinge which just looked weird. I wrote customer service and was told that there was no blue tinge…"Hello, am I seeing things?" And that to remedy the thickness of the polish, I should add a few drops of Acetone. Really? I thought the whole concept behind Rocket Fuel was that it had natural, healthy ingredients. Now you want me to put Acetone into the product to thin it out? All in all, if I could give it zero stars I would. I did get a refund though, so that is the upswing. I did go to my dermatologist and he looked at my nails and the remainder of what was in the bottle of Rocket Fuel and said, it seemed I paid over $20 for a product that I could buy at the drugstore for under $5 and that by the smell of the product it smells just like any other nail polish out there and I would do best to go back to using my good old standby odor Black Jamaiican Castor Oil which amazingly cured the fungus under my toenails and does help moisturize my fingernails…and costs a fraction of what Beaute Garde's Rocket Fuel (Can you say $1 at the Dollar Tree?). Dont fall for these high price gimmicky beauty products, when there are natural things out there that cost next to nothing and do much more.
I was extremely excited when I saw the FB ad in regards to strong nails not breaking. I have very thin, peeling nails and the sides of my thumb's split so I thought this would answer my prayers. I have put three coats on over a week and a half and I had FOUR nails break on me! The cost at $23 and the product not working is totally RIDICULOUS!! My nails were all the same length and they were long and I was so looking forward to this product working and I am extremely disappointed! It made my nails extremely hard but when they started breaking over simply opening the car door that is absolutely ridiculous! I am not using my nails as tools to open packages and I'm very careful because I have thin nails. But when you're opening your car door and your nail breaks it's just ludicrous! This product does not do what it says it does! I had to cut my nails down all the way because of the FOUR breaks I had two on each hand!! I would definitely not recommend this product to anybody and unfortunately I did to a friend and she bought it but she is in Costa Rica right now and I have no communication with her right now but when she gets back I really want to know how she made out! This is a great supplement for healthier hair, skin, and nails. While I didn't notice supreme difference in head hair growth, my eyelashes improved greatly with far less shedding whereas before the were constantly falling into my eyes. I noticed more new hairs on bottom lashes which were almost non-existent before. As for as skin goes, my feet benefited the most from taken Nature's Bounty with a reduction in cracked heels and overall healthier foot skin. My nails benefited the greatest from these vitamins as they became less brittle and bendy on hands and feet. Also got less foot fungus on big toe nails, my hygiene routine remained the same so that's how I know it was the vitamins. Only con is that the high concentration of B vitamins caused me to feel too energetic and get insomnia because B is a Natural source of energy. so I dialed down serving size to 2 pills every other day and took a regular multivitamin on the skip day. Drink plenty of water when taking hair vitamins or you may find your skin breaks out. Otherwise I recommend this productmelissa.b

At some point with some undentified reason I started loosing hair. A lot of hair!!! I am not a person who cares too much about the way it looks. And ponny tail is my favourite. Wish Irwin would not soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, maltodextrin, caramel color. There other natural ingredients that they should be able to explore/experiment with for the individuals who are sensitive. It would be good to improve the formula with Keratin, B5, Ionic Minerals, Liposomal Vit C, nutritional yeast, vitamin D3. With these added ingredients, I would probably have the formula taken at supper/night in order for it to work with the body's hormonal growth restoration process. Even better, perhaps they could consider putting it into a patch formula product supplement line.

I've taken these off and on for about six months. Meaning, I buy a bottle, take the gelcaps exactly as instructed until they are gone, wait another 2 months before buying another bottle and start the process over again. New Chapter Hair, skin and nails is non gmo and vegan which is important to me because, in my opinion, supplements should be "clean". Too many companies use gelatin or cheap fillers. New Chapter supplements are fermented so your body can readily use the nutrients. I did notice my nails were a bit stronger after about a week. The bottle is a darker amber glass to protect from light and is more recycle friendly. Great product I just wish the capsule was smaller.Katz76
My nails always grow fast, but alas, not my hair. I usually avoid Biotin because it gives me a headache. I’ve been experiencing hormone and age related hairline recession and went ahead and tried this brand because it said it has absorption ingredients. IT WORKED! I had been using a different brand of general multivitamin + hair/skin/nails for about 9 months in the hope that it would eventually work. My natural nails were in very bad condition and would always flake at the ends. After only one month's supply of Perfectil Plus Nails my nails were in a much better state and my hair was noticeably longer. I had given up on hair growth a long time ago but I have just purchased the hair version of perfectil after seeing the speedy results from my first box. Don't know if this is relative to Perfectil or diet/lifestyle related but I find I have loads of energy in the morning after a great nights sleep, which is always welcome! These are amazing if you commit to them. Although they are quite big in size they are surprisingly easy to swallow.Anoirt
I have been using this for 6 days and am already seeing the results. My nails have grown noticeably and are a lot stronger, I used to have weak, flimsy nail that would flake in layers and now they seem stronger and have grown. Hope this will continue, not sure if it has helped my hair yet as it is too soon to tell but am hoping for the best 🙂imogenwd123
