This is a great supplement for healthier hair, skin, and nails. While I didn't notice supreme difference in head hair growth, my eyelashes improved greatly with far less shedding whereas before the were constantly falling into my eyes. I noticed more new hairs on bottom lashes which were almost non-existent before. As for as skin goes, my feet benefited the most from taken Nature's Bounty with a reduction in cracked heels and overall healthier foot skin. My nails benefited the greatest from these vitamins as they became less brittle and bendy on hands and feet. Also got less foot fungus on big toe nails, my hygiene routine remained the same so that's how I know it was the vitamins. Only con is that the high concentration of B vitamins caused me to feel too energetic and get insomnia because B is a Natural source of energy. so I dialed down serving size to 2 pills every other day and took a regular multivitamin on the skip day. Drink plenty of water when taking hair vitamins or you may find your skin breaks out. Otherwise I recommend this productmelissa.b

At some point with some undentified reason I started loosing hair. A lot of hair!!! I am not a person who cares too much about the way it looks. And ponny tail is my favourite. Skin, Hair & Nails don't improve overnight when one has been in poor health due to illness, chemical treatments, prescriptions, etc. Therefore, take with patience for 6mon-1yr or more before giving up. Wish Irwin would not soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, maltodextrin, caramel color. There other natural ingredients that they should be able to explore/experiment with for the individuals who are sensitive. It would be good to improve the formula with Keratin, B5, Ionic Minerals, Liposomal Vit C, nutritional yeast, vitamin D3. With these added ingredients, I would probably have the formula taken at supper/night in order for it to work with the body's hormonal growth restoration process. Even better, perhaps they could consider putting it into a patch formula product supplement line.

Generally, I don't write reviews but I don't want any to go through the scare that I went through or waste their money as I have.I read the first page of reviews regarding this product which all sounded great so I ordered it and I started taking this product without thinking there would be any side effects because Biotin is harmless, it's good for you but after taking it for almost 2 months, I ended up in the hospital.I was having tingling sensations (almost as if your hand and feet are asleep) and I had major headaches to the point where I couldn't lift my head. I thought it was just another migraine which I get maybe once or twice a year. I didn't think anything of it at first but it started to become more frequent, stronger and spreading throughout my body; mainly the left-hand side. When my face started, I knew something was wrong. The Doctor thought I may be having a stroke or possibly an aneurysm. When that was ruled out, they thought it was just migraines and stress. After a series of tests and medicines I had to write down all the vitamins and medications I was taking. I reread the label and realized that this has RICE FLOUR (ARSENIC) in it!! I also went back on Website, sorted reviews to less than 1 star and read that someone else started having joint pain, etc. possible side effects from this. I immediately stopped taking this product and within 3 days my symptoms eased up and at the end of the week, they didn't exist! Please, please be careful. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, I just wanted to put it out there. I'm so thrilled to have found this product for my hair! I waited to write a review to give Biotin time to really get into my system. Also, I'm hyper-cautious about making premature assessments of efficacy. After 4 months I can honestly say there is a big difference in the texture of my baby-fine, thin (and thinning more!) hair. It has more body and I no longer have to wash it daily to make it look thicker. I bought this product due to hair loss from telogen effluvium. I was literally losing clumps of hair and when putting my hair in a pony tail, I had very little to grab. Most of my hair loss was on the sides of my head, and I was fortunate that I didn’t have apparent patches. I still have some areas that show my scalp unless I’m strategic about the placement of my hair when tying it, however, this product reduces the amount of visible scalp and my hair feels thicker. I have more volume and I no longer have clumps of hair falling out. Naturally I do still have some strands fall out when I was my hair, but it is significantly less than before. After a number of medical procedures that involved aluminum and some environmental exposures over the course my life, I have gained quite the burden along with corresponding severe neurological deterioration. I've used difference sources and brands of silica over the years – horsetail, bamboo silica, silicon dioxide, Fiji, but nothing beats BioSil for effectiveness and portability (not lugging around litres of Fiji and wasting plastic bottles). I have used a few generic brands of OSA (orthosilic acid) but none were as effective or cost-effective as BioSil and often spoiled quickly. For aluminum detox, I aim to work up to 90mg of silica (that's 90 drops Biosil – Fiji water has 86mg/l) silica) in water, spread throughout the course of the day. I find it's great paired with low dose Lithium Orotate which has been found to be neuroprotective and has an effect on aluminum on the brain, and also Modified Citrus Pectin as a binder to "catch" the mobilised aluminum. I'm a 40 yo mom wife. I've ALWAYS had thick hair until maybe 3 yrs ago. now its really thin and idk why. The same thing happened to my mother in law some yrs ago and she started taking prenatal pills and a lot of her hair grew back. i think she still takes them. Anyway–I've been taking these regularly for around 4 months now and I notice A LOT of short baby hairs. My own hair also feels a tiny bit thicker. The baby hairs are about 3-4 inches long. I think it is really helping out and I'm going to keep taking these i hopes of restoring some of my regular hair volume. These don't have a nasty aftertaste.. they are little pinke softgels and they are a good size and not difficult to swallow. I prefer these to gummies because I've heard that the gummies aren't as effective as a regular vitamin, so now I just get regular vitamins and don't mess with gummies anymore. My skin has cleared up A LOT. I'm not sure if its due to new skin products (the Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%) or if its these. I think these help a lot. So I am going to do what my MIL did and keep taking the vitamins and be faithful to them. I really do think they ate slowly helping my hair out. It took me weeks to finally get it in the mail, but I really like this product. My nails are badly damaged from gels and acrylics. The pink color is ok but would not be my choice. It does let me see where it has worn off on the edges more easily though. My nails are easily broken and thin to begin with, so damaged they are very fragile. This is good for growing them out, and having some color helps hide the damage. I would like a shimmery nude color better, but that is personal preference.Merry B.
This is the Orly Nailtrition treatment polish and it retails for $15 at Ulta. This is suppose to be a nail strengthener for peeling and splitting nails. The formula is thick, shiny, and pink. I was hoping for something more clear. Not a deal breaker. It makes the nails appear bright and shiny. I recently wanted to take a break from getting my nails done and had the acrylic removed. My nails were peeling and thin underneath. I thought I would give this product a try and after a month, I’m really not impressed. It did not make my nails any stronger, nor did it help them grow. I really did not have any expectations of this product when I first started using it but figured it was worth a shot. I had acrylics for over a decade and then had to stop during the pandemic. My natural nails were so damaged, brittle and peeling, I had given up the idea of having nice nails again. I thought the Nailtrition at best would bind the peeling nails and prevent them from splitting but my nails are growing so well and (knock on wood) haven’t broken or split since I’ve started using this.
