Piggy Paint Ice Cream Dream Nail polish my granddaughters loved this ! I like that nothing in the polish is toxic ! It's also very easy clean up ! These polishes are 75% water my 10 yr old granddaughter does her nails every few days rubbing alcohol can easily remove the polish to get the polish to harden its best to use a hair dryer we used my nail dryer & it worked even better ! Wow! Finally a kid-friendly nail Polish that actually goes on nicely and LASTS!! The colors are beautifully vibrant and I love that they all have a nice shimmer/sparkle to them. I used the top/base coat on my two kids (4 and 6 year olds) then alternated with the purple, green, and pink colors to their liking for both nails and toes. I really appreciate that that it doesn’t smell like chemicals! I don’t have to worry about my kids inhaling the fumes or putting their hands in their mouths (one of them likes to bite her nails). I loved the saturated color and it lasted for 2 weeks on my toes without chipping. I did experience some chipping on my fingernails after 5 days. I used Sally Hansen base and top coat with both toes and fingers. I usually use a soy based polish remover for removal all my polishes ((usually Sally Hansen, Opi and Essie). However, the polish wouldn’t come off with the soy polish remover. Luckily I had some acetone remover and was able to use that. Even with the acetone remover, it took me an hour to get the polish off my fingers! I didn’t bother trying to remove the polish off my toes. I went to a nail salon and they had to soak off the polish with acetone remover and file off the remnants of polish. They asked me if I was wearing gel polish. I had to show them the bottle. I won’t use this polish again. I get the same staying power with my regular polishes with the headache of removal.LadyCG

I hope Karma will continue to put out additional varieties of hypoallergenic, non-agitating vegan nail polish and although I do not like any face make up more of these hypoallergenic products for the face such as foundation, blush, eyeliner and mascara would allow my neighbor's child, who likes to do other peoples faces, the opportunity to experiment on me for as long as I have the patience to sit through her detailed attention. First off, the item I was given to try seems to be different from the item I'm left to review on here. Pictures of the actual product have been provided. Anywho, mine is a gold cream product that dries fast and actually leaves my nails shiny and cuticles moisturized like it promised! I totally wasn't expecting it to perform well, but I'm glad it did. The fast drying made it convenient for me to do my homework on my laptop. It peels off easily too. It has a fresh, floral, almost powder-like smell, but it's light and not overwhelming at all. The sponge tip allows for the cream to be buffed out which I liked because the alternative would've been to use my fingertips which would've made a mess. My cuticles have been dry and my gel nail polish on my thumb has gotten dinged up so it's lost a lot of its shine. After taking off the mask, my cuticles are moisturized with less cracks. The polish on my nail got some of its shine back without ruining the polish too which I'm stoked about. I recommend this product to touch up your cuticles and old polish. It makes for a fun little bonus to your spa day! I never knew nail masks existed, but I'm glad to know now through this free product to test.
This review is for Sally Hansen Revive Peel off Nail Mask. I’ve never used a nail mask before. The smell is a lovely coconut scent similar to the Colourpop SOL body highlighters. It smells like a coconutty sun screen and summer goodness. The applicator is very nice as well, it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury highlighter/contour products that come out of a spongey applicator tip. The product itself is even shimmery gold like a beautiful facial cosmetic product would be, but this is just for your finger tips and nails! I do my nails entirely at home these days, and sometimes my cuticles give it away. I noticed they looked a lot more calm, flush against my fingertips/nails, like healthy hydrated cuticles should look. The only complaints: I don’t think my sample contains the hyaluronic acid it boasts elsewhere (I’ve read and reread the ingredients list of the product I was sent and compared it to the ingredients list online), and mine wouldn’t peel off very easily. The instructions say to apply a “small amount” and “thin layer” to each nail/finger tip/cuticle, but that’s too subjective. I applied too thin and it wouldn’t peel off my nail. I got better results from applying enough product to reach the gold pigmentation of the product’s opacity, then it peeled off easier. Either way, you can just rinse it off, too. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is my absolute new favorite nail polish! I thought that it being natural would result in less durability but I was a soap wrong. Regular nail polish lasts me about a week at the most. With the Sally Hansen natural mail strengthener underneath, two coats of this polish and a quick-drying top coat from another brand, this has lasted a week and a half now and doesn’t show any sign of chipping. I love that this OPI Nature Strong nail polish is vegan, naturally derived, and uses recycled materials for the container! I was a little bit skeptical at first but OPI is a great quality brand so I was happy to try the two colors. The light peachy polish went on a little streaky but I was able to do 3 coats and it looked fine. The pink one was fine. Both applied smoothly and dried pretty quickly, which I was very happy with. I used a base coat and top coat, expecting some chipping to happen pretty quickly as I get with most polishes, but surprisingly I went nearly 6 days with no chips! And the chip I did get was very small. Super durable despite gardening, doing dishes, etc. I'm excited to buy other colors! This is definitely my fave nail polish and is better than other brands I have tried. I really like the message behind this line of nail polishes. I try to be more eco conscious with my purchases so I feel really good about buying this line vs. other nail polishes. I love this color nail polish ! It's the perfect shade 💖 The name of this nail polish is cute It's called "Knowledge is Flower " 🌸 lol how cute is that! I like that the pigment is strong so with one coat if you do it right will cover the whole nail. I only went in with two coats of nail polish but I like that it didn't show any streaks. Also fun fact is this nail polish is vegan.. like whaaat ! That's really nice. Now I bought this as a set of two and I didn't really like the lighter shade that nail polish is called "A clay in the life " It is a lighter pink shade but because the pigment is as strong it's streaky. I recently got the opportunity to try two of OPI's new Nature Strong nail polish. This polish claims it's vegan, made with 75% natural GMO-free ingredients and 20% recycled plastic. I did not realize nail polish wasn't naturally vegan, but read that some of the pigments and thickening agents can come from animal sources! Naturally I was hesitant about a "natural" nail polish, but as per usual OPI continues to impress. I used Knowledge is Flower on most of my nails, a beautiful pink/light mauve polish. This color is classic, would look good with most skin tones and went on flawlessly and smooth! I could've gotten away with one coat, but I added a second to cover up some spots I missed. I did an accent nail of A Clay in the Life, which is an ivory nude color. This one seemed a little thinner, as some nudes do, and took two coats for mostly full coverage, but could've used a third. I'm naturally fair skinned with neutral undertones and thought A Clay in the Life worked well on me, but was a little disappointed by the coverage in 2 coats. The formula on both is smooth, consistent and dried as quickly as normal OPI polish. I would happily purchase more colors of this environmentally conscious nail polish and recommend it to friends! OPI claims this polish is long lasting with up to 7 days of wear. I wore both colors with Duri Rejuvacote as a base coat and Seche Vite on top (which kind of defeats the purpose of natural nail polish!) and I started to get a few small chips on my pointer fingers by day 3. My daughter loves the polish colors and the stickers. The polish quality isn’t like an adult polish and/or polish with more chemicals. The polish chips off by the next day just from normal everyday activities, hand washing, bath. My daughter doesn’t mind but then she just asks to paint her nails every other day. Lol. I have even used the blow dryer but I don’t notice it makes the polish last any longer. I do like that the polish doesn’t smell and is non toxic and because it chips off I never have to use nail polish remover, which I like. Also the stickers never stay on more than an hour. I find them stuck in my daughter’s hair or clothes or bed sheets.jbc000
I'm not sure if I got a fluke pack or what. Based on the reviews I was excited for my daughter to try this, but within 2 hours a significant amount of the polish comes off. Even with my daughter being fairly inactive. I thought maybe I didn't do it well. So I shook them extra good, then tried 3 coats, drying with a hair dryer on a low setting in between, but still the same problem. I understand kid's polish shouldn't last as long as regular polish, but it's useless if it comes off the second the kid touches something.Amy28
You must use blow dryer after a few layers, you must use top coat (the whitish colour in the bottle -they have another product that is clear not that one, but you need the top coat). The top coat makes all the streaks go away. Of course blow dry after applying top coat. On kids it lasts a few days depending on how active they are and how much they let u blow dry . On adults without any chips 2 3 days, and then small chips. The only con is that its hard to take off after 3 days. I used reg nail polish remover and alcohol was more effective . Lotsa elbow grease and at the end I used the electic nail mani set to buff /file off the color. Obviously doesn’t last super long. This is day 2, I will try to updated when it chips and upload photo.Lana

I used good nail prep, a base coat, two coats of pure, and a top coat. I have been adding a top coat daily to try to get longer wear. I am on day 5 without any chips. My tips on my dominant hand are worn off but otherwise it is in great shape. It barely shows. It makes my nails look clean versus having a noticeable color. When I compared my painted and unpainted hand it was definitely noticeable.Me42
This nail polish is good when it's brand new but after having it even for a month or two, the quality is horrible. It's clumpy and impossible to apply smoothly. I don't think it's worth the money if you have to use it all right away. I don't have this same issue with other "17 free" polishes so I don't think it has anything to do with how it's stored. I bought this because I’m pregnant and trying to avoid all of the harmful chemicals I can. This polish is free from the 17 harmful chemicals found in all other types of polish, so I wasn’t expecting it to work very well. However, this might be the best nail polish I’ve ever used! It glides on perfectly, I only needed one coat, it dries fairly quickly and I didn’t notice a single chip until about a week later. I removed acrylics that I had for years during COVID and I have finally got my nails to grow out and I decided I didn't want to go back to acrylics. I ordered one color and the top coat of this brand. I've tried a lot of products and this polish really does work and does not chip for at least 6-7 days and more. I am now getting rid of all of my polish and replacing with this. For the people that say it streaks, the first coat can be a little streaky but the second coat goes on smooth and self levels it's self and the top coat is great. Remember to seal the edge of your nails with the top coat. I do use KUR ridge filler as the base coat though. It's a great smoothing base for your polish and I have also been using Solar Oil on my cuticles and on my entire nail on polish off days. These products have given me the best nails I've had in years. I'll never get acrylics or gels again. Highly recommend.PDRN
Lose the Tude is my favorite color for my fingernails and my 2nd favorite color for my toenails (Pacific's Mermaid Tail is my #1 favorite toenail color). It's a GORGEOUS cross between a coral and watermelon with beautiful golden sparkles. I apply several coats and top it with Deborah Lippmann's Addicted to Speed clear top coat. It's such a fun color and makes me happy (well as much as a nail color can). It has excellent staying power, too. It lasts on my fingers about 2 weeks, and it totally stays on my toes. I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! I was sick of the colours you would get from OPI or the drugstore that just felt a bit too childish – I love pink and purple but I don’t need my nails to look like a kids bedroom wall. As hypoallergenic nail treatment goes Karma is putting out pretty colors which did live up to my expectations, causing no allergic reaction whatsoever which assures me that they are high quality and earth friendly because I have had many serious and minor allergic reactions to the overwhelming majority of beauty products but Karma caused no allergic reaction whatsoever to date. I hope Karma will continue to put out additional varieties of hypoallergenic, non-agitating vegan nail polish and although I do not like any face make up more of these hypoallergenic products for the face such as foundation, blush, eyeliner and mascara would allow my neighbor's child, who likes to do other peoples faces, the opportunity to experiment on me for as long as I have the patience to sit through her detailed attention. PROS: The color is gorgeous — it's the perfect highlighter yellow without being too green or too obnoxious. No white undies needed AND it doesn't dry matte! And the formula has that plasticized finish, where after it's dry, it doesn't chip. CONS: Upon first application, the formula was smooth and easy to work with. But as I kept painting, the formula just got harder and harder to manipulate. The more you dip in and out, the stickier and gloopier it gets, until you can hardly paint one good stroke without it being so thick that it won't dry or so thin that it drags the previous layer (this is also something I noticed with Synthetic Symphony to a milder degree). This kind of neon polish also requires careful top coating and maintenance. You can see every streak, smudge, and inconsistency. Overall, the painting experience and the aftercare was so laborious that this polish isn't worth it for me. I think you could augment the formula with some thinner and also roll the polish in between each stroke to help with consistency, but that's more work than I would like to put in.Cheny N.
Being a typical Celtic redhead I have very dry skin, hair and nails. My nails in particular break low down across the nail bed, snap off at the corners and flake from the free edge. They get especially dry after I use remover (always acetone-free), no matter which brand I use and I always have to apply nail oil and cuticle serum after removing varnish to prevent further dehydration. I've tried various nail treatments from Orly and other brands over the years, but with limited success. I've also tried not using strengthening treatments at all, and just applying oil and serum, but that hasn't made any long term difference either. When I saw the on-air presentation for this product I jumped at the chance to try it, as it's specifically targeted at dry nails. So….. I applied it for just 5 days Mon – Fri, as I like to wear colour on the weekend. When I removed it to do my manicure, I couldn't believe the difference in my nails: Every flake had been 'resealed', there wasn't a dry patch on my nails and they looked plumper, smoother, pinker and overall much healthier. I've now ordered another duo on waitlist and I'm going to stock up on some Orly breathable nail lacquer, to wear with this treatment.Gwraigcymrobach
Ive had extremely thin, brittle, dry fingernails for years and have tried just about every nail strengthening formula on the market, without seeing any improvement in the look or condition of my fingernails. I was therefore hesitant to spend money on yet another nail treatment, but having read consistently very good reviews of this one on various websites from people experiencing similar nail problems as myself, i thought I'd give it one final go at restoring my nails to a decent appearance and condition. Well, im so glad i did! Within a week of applying one coat daily to my nails, they felt and looked stronger. I continued this regime for another week as advised by the QVC Orly presenter for very problematic nails. A month later and my nails are now looking and feeling great! I'm going to continue regular use of this wonderful product and hope Orly never discontinue or reformulate it. Its also the only nail treatment or indeed, nail polish ive ever used which doesnt start peeling or cracking after my regular swimming sessions. So, its really helping to protect my nails from the damaging effects of chlorinated pool water too. Orly have really "nailed it" where my once-problematical fingernails are concerned – long may the results last!

I was looking for a black nail polish and came across this brand online. I had never heard of the brand before, but I liked the colors, so I decided to order one on a whim. I ordered the color, Black Knight. It's black with a tiny bit of iridescent shimmer. I applied the nail polish as soon as I got it and I must say I am very pleased with the results. The polish goes on so evenly in just 3 or 4 strokes. It stays in place, it doesn't drip off the side of my nails. There is absolutely no odor, which is amazing! It dries quickly and looks great. I also love that it's cruelty free and doesn't contain any phthalates or parabens. I'm very pleased with this nail polish and I will definitely be ordering some of the other colors. I found this when looking for pregnancy friendly polish. Pleasantly surprised by how long this polish lasted. I used it together with the primer and top coat system. Put it to the test of household cleaning, gardening and lots of handy work for a week. It lasted a full week. Highly recommend it! I bought this for my daughter Jessica, she absolutely loves it! It is (for some uncertain reason) very difficult to find vegan and cruelty free white nail polish out of all of the colors offered, (even harder to find the most non-toxic version), so I was pleased to buy this knowing it is the safest out there and is also from a small, local business. The consistency of this is nicely done, not too thin while not too thick, very unlike some of the other nail polish we’ve owned. I am always thrilled to find a new, ecologically conscientious and vegan product and this is one is new to me because I only found it recently after trying several other vegan and hypoallergenic nail polishes. As ecologically conscientious is quite often synonymous with hypoallergenic because the basis of both philosophies is to exclude agitating toxic chemicals I am assured the Karma nail polish will not cause my highly sensitive skin any unnecessary agitation while providing me with a mind soothing manicure to realign my mood and psyche without any ill effects on the environment. As hypoallergenic nail treatment goes Karma is putting out pretty colors which did live up to my expectations, causing no allergic reaction whatsoever which assures me that they are high quality and earth friendly because I have had many serious and minor allergic reactions to the overwhelming majority of beauty products but Karma caused no allergic reaction whatsoever to date. I hope Karma will continue to put out additional varieties of hypoallergenic, non-agitating vegan nail polish and although I do not like any face make up more of these hypoallergenic products for the face such as foundation, blush, eyeliner and mascara would allow my neighbor's child, who likes to do other peoples faces, the opportunity to experiment on me for as long as I have the patience to sit through her detailed attention. The other vegan nail polish I have tried is equal in value to this and I would recommend all the vegan nail polish brands with equal confidence, including Karma, Pacifica and Mineral Fusion. They all last just as long as regular nail polish, have higher quality top coats because they are nonirritating, and a beautiful array of both playful and traditional colors. First off, the item I was given to try seems to be different from the item I'm left to review on here. Pictures of the actual product have been provided. Anywho, mine is a gold cream product that dries fast and actually leaves my nails shiny and cuticles moisturized like it promised! I totally wasn't expecting it to perform well, but I'm glad it did. The fast drying made it convenient for me to do my homework on my laptop. It peels off easily too. It has a fresh, floral, almost powder-like smell, but it's light and not overwhelming at all. The sponge tip allows for the cream to be buffed out which I liked because the alternative would've been to use my fingertips which would've made a mess. My cuticles have been dry and my gel nail polish on my thumb has gotten dinged up so it's lost a lot of its shine. After taking off the mask, my cuticles are moisturized with less cracks. The polish on my nail got some of its shine back without ruining the polish too which I'm stoked about. I recommend this product to touch up your cuticles and old polish. It makes for a fun little bonus to your spa day! I never knew nail masks existed, but I'm glad to know now through this free product to test.
This review is for Sally Hansen Revive Peel off Nail Mask. I’ve never used a nail mask before. The smell is a lovely coconut scent similar to the Colourpop SOL body highlighters. It smells like a coconutty sun screen and summer goodness. The applicator is very nice as well, it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury highlighter/contour products that come out of a spongey applicator tip. The product itself is even shimmery gold like a beautiful facial cosmetic product would be, but this is just for your finger tips and nails! I do my nails entirely at home these days, and sometimes my cuticles give it away. I noticed they looked a lot more calm, flush against my fingertips/nails, like healthy hydrated cuticles should look. The only complaints: I don’t think my sample contains the hyaluronic acid it boasts elsewhere (I’ve read and reread the ingredients list of the product I was sent and compared it to the ingredients list online), and mine wouldn’t peel off very easily. The instructions say to apply a “small amount” and “thin layer” to each nail/finger tip/cuticle, but that’s too subjective. I applied too thin and it wouldn’t peel off my nail. I got better results from applying enough product to reach the gold pigmentation of the product’s opacity, then it peeled off easier. Either way, you can just rinse it off, too. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is my absolute new favorite nail polish! I thought that it being natural would result in less durability but I was a soap wrong. Regular nail polish lasts me about a week at the most. With the Sally Hansen natural mail strengthener underneath, two coats of this polish and a quick-drying top coat from another brand, this has lasted a week and a half now and doesn’t show any sign of chipping. I love this nail polish! And I love the brush as well— the width makes application so very quick and easy! Love love love!!!!In the City

My 6.5 yr old was thrilled when we received this gift. We have used another competitors natural paint in the past and it smelled weird and chipped almost immediately so we expected the same with piggy paint. Much to our suprise it had literally no smell, the colors were perfection for my i need each finger a different color girl lol and best of all we are on day 3 will no peeling and no chips. The little nail files are just the right size for kids hands and worked well. Even my toddler boys used the "superman blue" as they called it since i knew i could trust this polish if they put their hands in their mouths. I love painting my nails, and I have 2 girls who also love to have their nails painted. As much as I loved painting their nails, I never felt fully safe using the regular nail polish with all of the harsh chemicals. Enter Piggy Paint Nail Polish! I received 8 colored nail polishes and 1 top coat. As soon as I showed my girls, their eyes lit up and they immediately had to get in and paint their nails. The colors are fabulous. They are very opaque and 1 coat sufficiently coats the nail. I love that they are non-toxic and water-based. Better yet, they literally have no smell! They dry quickly and stay on for days before chipping. This polish works even better than my high end nail polish that I've been using for a long time! The only thing we noticed was that the top coat does have a strong, unpleasant smell, but fades quickly. I love that these are hypoallergenic and made in the USA. I think I have had just as much fun as my girls with using these nail polishes. I will be switching to Piggy Paint from now on for all of my polish needs!Katy36
I've been using my Piggy Paint Nail Polish for about 2 weeks. My first impression was that the bottles were so cute, and I love that there isn't any chemicals. I hate the smell of nail polish as its so strong & the chemical smell alone is just awful. With Piggy Paint Polishes, you don't have that smell & the consistency is really nice considering the ingredients are different. Not only is the consistency nice, but after applying the first coat it dried rather quickly. I did however have to use a second coat to get the color I wanted. Plus I hate being able to see through my nails when in the light. I applied the basecoat & then used again as the top coat. My polish is still on and hasn't chipped which puts the icing on the cake for me. Overall I am very happy with Piggy Paint Nail Polishes, at least all the colors I have tried. Piggy Paint Ice Cream Dream Nail polish my granddaughters loved this ! I like that nothing in the polish is toxic ! It's also very easy clean up ! These polishes are 75% water my 10 yr old granddaughter does her nails every few days rubbing alcohol can easily remove the polish to get the polish to harden its best to use a hair dryer we used my nail dryer & it worked even better ! Wow! Finally a kid-friendly nail Polish that actually goes on nicely and LASTS!! The colors are beautifully vibrant and I love that they all have a nice shimmer/sparkle to them. I used the top/base coat on my two kids (4 and 6 year olds) then alternated with the purple, green, and pink colors to their liking for both nails and toes. I really appreciate that that it doesn’t smell like chemicals! I don’t have to worry about my kids inhaling the fumes or putting their hands in their mouths (one of them likes to bite her nails). I loved the saturated color and it lasted for 2 weeks on my toes without chipping. I did experience some chipping on my fingernails after 5 days. I used Sally Hansen base and top coat with both toes and fingers. I usually use a soy based polish remover for removal all my polishes ((usually Sally Hansen, Opi and Essie). However, the polish wouldn’t come off with the soy polish remover. Luckily I had some acetone remover and was able to use that. Even with the acetone remover, it took me an hour to get the polish off my fingers! I didn’t bother trying to remove the polish off my toes. I went to a nail salon and they had to soak off the polish with acetone remover and file off the remnants of polish. They asked me if I was wearing gel polish. I had to show them the bottle. I won’t use this polish again. I get the same staying power with my regular polishes with the headache of removal.LadyCG

First off this color is beautiful. The metallic blue shimmers beautifully in the light. The polish went on smooth and required two coats to achieve the opacity I was looking for. The brush was amazing. It had a more rounded shape which made it easy to get close to the cuticle. The polish dried fast. I did not use the Sally Hansen miracle gel top coat as I did not have it. My regular top coat worked great but wondering if the motive gel top coat would have given the polish a more gel like feel. I’ve been wearing this polish for four days now and I don’t see any chips. After having put them to the test, I can tell you that what has surprised me the most is the excellent coverage they have. With a single layer they pass perfectly but apply two to intensify and highlight the color. And make my nails look wickedly beautiful. The truth is that sally hansen has been my favorite brand for a long time. Its quality in terms of coverage and finish is impressive. As well as the speed of drying and without the need for a UV lamp. First off- ignore my gross foot in the picture. I had foot surgery a year ago and I still have a swollen foot. BUT- this polish is so cute! I love the logo (even though I never heard of The School for Good and Evil). The shade I received was “It’s better being bad” and it’s a nice dark wine color. I did have to buy the top coat since I didn’t have it and applied it right when I bought the top coat. I applied 2 coats and 2 coats of the top coat. I think my favorite thing is that it fires very quickly. That is usually my pet peeve with regular polish and why I prefer gel polish. What was also nice was that I didn’t need to use a UV Light because honestly it’s not good for your skin to constantly use the UV Light. I’ve had it on for about 6 days now and it’s going strong! I think it will last more than 8 days on toes but I don’t know just yet.gretchen .f
