I swear by biotin for anyone who has dry skin, or brittle nails and hair. I've been taking biotin for a couple years now and my hair is much thicker and doesn't break like it used to. You cannot Over Dose on this vitamin. So I take five a day and my system is working. Excellent product and the Softgels are the only way to go. This is a great supplement for healthier hair, skin, and nails. While I didn't notice supreme difference in head hair growth, my eyelashes improved greatly with far less shedding whereas before the were constantly falling into my eyes. I noticed more new hairs on bottom lashes which were almost non-existent before. As for as skin goes, my feet benefited the most from taken Nature's Bounty with a reduction in cracked heels and overall healthier foot skin. My nails benefited the greatest from these vitamins as they became less brittle and bendy on hands and feet. Also got less foot fungus on big toe nails, my hygiene routine remained the same so that's how I know it was the vitamins. Only con is that the high concentration of B vitamins caused me to feel too energetic and get insomnia because B is a Natural source of energy. so I dialed down serving size to 2 pills every other day and took a regular multivitamin on the skip day. I’ll update this review in a couple weeks after it’s been a full month. But so far it’s worked fabulously! I will disclose I’m also taking a DHT blocker, but I don’t think they do the same thing and I’m not anticipating that making a difference so early on.Some pros and consCONS:1. I think the pills being coated in a metallic pink is weird and off putting. But that is truly my only REAL complaint.2. They are a pretty solid multivitamin! But they lack iron and zinc. While that’s true with most multivitamins, Zinc and Iron deficiency can contribute to some types of hair loss, so it does seem odd for it to contain so little.PROS:1. I’m weak stomached and experienced no initial stomach upset.2. These are FDA approved and made in the US3. They are still an excellent multivitamin with most essential vitamins. Balanced enough that I don’t feel the need to supplement any more than the occasional iron and zinc.4. It appears to be working! While I don’t expect it to actually regrow hair, my hair is soft, strong, and shiny, my skin is less dry, my dandruff is gone tbh I didn’t expect that and my nails are thick and white.5. At some point with some undentified reason I started loosing hair. A lot of hair!!! I am not a person who cares too much about the way it looks. And ponny tail is my favourite. Got last 2 pills left. They are huge to swallow. I really wanted to see some dramatic change as my hair keeps shedding like no other and I got some balding spots I wish my hair would grow back. I’m in my early 30s so I had hoped to see more youthful skin. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations hoping this would be a miracle pill. But I can’t tell any difference taking these pills. I'm a 40 yo mom wife. I've ALWAYS had thick hair until maybe 3 yrs ago. now its really thin and idk why. The same thing happened to my mother in law some yrs ago and she started taking prenatal pills and a lot of her hair grew back. i think she still takes them. Anyway–I've been taking these regularly for around 4 months now and I notice A LOT of short baby hairs. My own hair also feels a tiny bit thicker. The baby hairs are about 3-4 inches long. I think it is really helping out and I'm going to keep taking these i hopes of restoring some of my regular hair volume. These don't have a nasty aftertaste.. they are little pinke softgels and they are a good size and not difficult to swallow. I prefer these to gummies because I've heard that the gummies aren't as effective as a regular vitamin, so now I just get regular vitamins and don't mess with gummies anymore. My skin has cleared up A LOT. I'm not sure if its due to new skin products (the Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%) or if its these. I think these help a lot. I've had to cut off 8 inches of my hair in a year total to repair the damage. these vitamins helped expedite the growth rate of my hair. i have loads of baby hairs all over. it does help with the thickness as well. my hair was super thin from the extensions and bleaching. it's definitely way thicker now from the help of these pills. genetics do play a huge roll in growth rate and thickness but biotin and the other vitamins/minerals can really help. yes ny hair is bleached but I'm coming from red to blonde. blonde is my natural hair color so take these pills if you want faster results.Mary

I usually like to finish a few bottles before leaving a review, but can truly say that these are a keeper! This brand/product is sooooooooo great! Love that they&#39;re in caps instead of a pill…no taste, easy to drink with whatever happens to be by me in the morning time. Not to mention the cause for this brand is so wonderful for the ocean, animals and planet. Totally recommend to everyone! For reference: I have a mix of 3A 3B &amp; 3C curly hair down to my lower back, so before taking these my curls were just….frizzy, and not well defined—no matter how many products I try…always seeming to be messy looking. After adding these into my morning routine, along with adding in some of their vitamin D3 has left my skin and hair so perfectly smooth and flowing. But…this stuff works. Sure, I can get my nails stronger if I eat gelatin every day, but my hair is the worst. The older I&#39;ve gotten, the hairier the mouse in the shower drain, and the brighter the lights reflecting off my barren scalp. I&#39;ve used this biotin supplement for a month. My nails no longer break just because I catch one on a table edge, and they are not splitting and brittle. My hair is the biggest notice! I cannot yet say it&#39;s definitely thicker, but it so much healthier!! And I&#39;ve changed nothing else- same shampoo &amp; conditioner, same meds, basically the same diet, even the same laundry detergent (I have been changing clothes).Susan H.
