Mission Flour Soft Tacos are definitely my favorite brand when it comes to making tacos. I love these tortillas they are always soft. They are yummy and authentic flour tortilla flavor. Theyre durable when filled to the brim, without being stiff and unappetizing. They are perfect when it comes to my dinner choice guacamole, beef, tomatoes and sour cream. There is no trans fat in these tortillas, but there is gluten. The packaging is nice and resealable so your tortillas won't dry out. I love the fact that these have no cholesterol and very few calories. The price is great and you get alot of tortillas. Definitely recommend trying!

I absolutely love these tortillas! They are so soft! As a family, we have made so many delicious meals and snacks using them! We made breakfast wraps with eggs and various breakfast meats. We have made chicken Caesar and lunch meat wraps, cheesy chicken quesadillas. We quartered them and fried them up to make nachos! Over the years I've bought a lot of tortilla wraps, all kinds, corn; wheat; & flour and many sizes, some good, some not so good, and some just terrible. But I feel have to tell you about these. These are perfect! Whether you're frying, baking, or microwaving, absolutely perfect! They're just the right size whether you're wrapping taco mix, burrito mix, sandwich makings, cheesy potatoes, diced vegetables, or fruity pie filling. I've even made a pumpkin pie pop-over with them, and they're the perfect solution for a flaky crust! When you discover the versatility you will need to buy extra, because they're going to demand an encore every time! I would like to suggest baking for you. It reduces fat consumption, but more importantly it preserves the flavors. For quick meals, roll your ingredients in wraps, preheat your oven to 400F, place your sandwiches, top up on your baking tray, switch your oven to broil, and slide your tray, on the middle rack, into the oven, allow about 8 – 12 minutes for the tops to become golden brown, then flip and brown the bottoms under the broiler in this same fashion. Of course time will vary for pop-overs, burritos and wrapped cheesy potatoes, depending on what your fillings are, and you really won't need the broiler for fruity pop-overs. No matter what you make and whether you chose to fry, bake, or microwave. I think you're going to enjoy these perfect, LARGE, 10 inch diameter flour tortilla burrito wraps, that double quite well as filo or as super thin pizza crusts. I’m so happy that I was selected for these flour tortillas I love trying out new brands of food products! What I liked about the flour tortillas is that they were soft stiff at the touch so they didn’t rip as you took them out of the package, I used the flour tortillas for a quesadilla it came out super crunchy, what I didn’t like was that the flour tortillas has an after taste to them, I don’t know if it was just me or maybe the preservatives that they use so the tortillas won’t get rotten? Not sure, I still enjoyed it. The other method I use it was for a regular meal I love my tortillas crunchy and it did deliver!! I loved that when you rip a piece out the whole tortilla doesn’t crumble I love how it stayed whole. The reheating process was quick which was nice. And what I noticed was that they don’t inflate, so I don’t think if it was just my tortillas or maybe because they were thick. The downfall about this product is that if you want a soft flour tortilla you will not get it with this tortilla it gets crunchy. Would I recommend this product yes I would recommend this product my family loved it. So, these arrived yesterday and it was perfect timing because we were already planning on doing tacos and burritos for dinner! When I first picked them up I instantly had high hopes! They felt so soft, fluffy and fresh, and that was just while in the bag still! I live in the Midwest but I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. So personally I know what REAL authentic Mexican food tastes like and I’ve come to accept the fact that it’s just not something that’s easily accessible here in the Midwest! These tortillas though were SO good! They are the closest thing to authentic I’ve found from store bought tortillas since moving out of Texas! These are not great for burritos, the very thing that they were recommended for. Far, far too tiny to fit anything inside, the best attempt I got at a burrito, looked more like a toquito. That is for the tortillas that didn't fall apart as soon as I touched them. These things are more fragile and brittle than a twitter user. Every attempt that I would make would end up tearing seams through the tortilla. I even tried heating them up for a few seconds to soften them up. Nope, still brittle. These might be okay for tacos or quesadillas, but they absolutely should not be used for creating a burrito. If you want burritos, choose bigger tortillas, and a better brand.Stinki's Arts

Another product I grew up using (probably because of the price point), that as I have gotten older and experimented with other brand I just don't like. I find these tortillas hard to work with, even when warmed up. They do not seem to ever fry evenly either, and always seem to need to completely burn the outside to get the chewiness out of the inside. They are budget friendly and get the job done, but it honestly causes me more hassle in the kitchen than is worth the money savings.amber.g
