My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. I have no problem putting my review up here again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. Also the wig looks like its missing hair in the front. Its clearly visible that this is a wig. Stick with buying at your local beauty stores. I was hoping for better but what do you expect when you order online.

Love this wig, no one and i mean no one knows i wear one and no one has ever commented or said anything but how amazing my hair is. Even family members who see me every day .ts been along time since i got those compliments! Looks real and feels great. Its took me buying a cople of them to be able to look after them properly but once you have the hang of them they will last you alot longer. I just wish the vouchers lasted longer as everytime i notice them in my email the time has passed so i have to pay full price. Much easier if you spend along time doing your hair. You better hope the silicone works, because with it you have no other options to make your wig stay down. Neither tape nor glue will stick to that silicone. The only option is to wear a wig band and if you do that, you will have to pull the already too long nape even further down the back of you neck. I'm also disappointed in the extremely limited amount of tips and info on cutting and caring for men's wigs. I suppose this is because the idea of men wearing wigs is still a new phenomonon, but if a site sells them, the site should strive to do better to help the customer get info on styling, cutting, etc. I have bought two of these units, and I plan to continue to buy because through much trial and error I have finally figured out how to make it work for me. This process required me to basically ruin the first wig which was expensive, but at least I figured everything out with it so I'll know just what to do with subsequent wigs. I would give this product 5 stars if the manufacturer would shorten the nape in the back, and do something else other than the thick silicone padding.Thank you.
