I ordered two of these wigs. I had ordered two of them last year from a different company so I knew what they should look like. The wigs I received were extremely cheap and not what was pictured online. I returned both of them and called to have the original shipping fee refunded because they did not send what I ordered. The customer service representative told me several times that it's against their policy to refund shipping fees. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor who said the same thing. I told both of them I compare it to ordering an apple from their website but they send me an orange. When I return the orange because it is not what I ordered, they keep the money I paid to have the apple shipped to me. Ultimately I was told they would refund it as a courtesy. I have spent hundreds of dollars on different types of human hair wigs and this synthetic wig has gotten me the most compliments thus far. I usually wear longer hair but I needed an inexpensive wig just to wear for about a month or so until my next hair appointment so I decided to try this one out. I absolutely love it. The hair is nice and soft. It's very loose curls so not as tight as the picture but still good. I did a sew down with it so will see how long it last. The only thing I do not like about this wig is that there is very little space to change the parting so you are basically stock with the same part line. Overall it's good hair, the band are tight fitting to the point you honestly don't need to pin it down or do anything and it will stay put. Will buy again in a different color.Abby
