I bought this wig because it was a synthetic/ human hair blend and I thought it would last longer than a regular synthetic wig but boy was I wrong. I started wearing this wig on January 17th 2022 and it didn't even last a month before the nape started getting frizzy and sticking up in the back ( total give away that your wearing a wig) I really had high hopes for this one but was horribly disappointed! The hair on the top of the wig is lovely but Envy put cheap, horrible synthetic hair at the nape. You would think they would have learned a few things by now & would put human hair at the nape. This Emma wig didn't even last as long as a regular synthetic and was much more expensive. Take it from me ladies, I have been wearing wigs every day for the last 6 years and this wig is one of the worst I have ever had…save your money and just buy a synthetic wig.Laura S.
My bio hair is very curly, so when I saw Kaitlyn I knew I had to try her out. The trouble with this style is that the curl pattern/tightness/density DOES vary from piece to piece, so if you don't like the piece you receive, send it back for a different one. I wish I could have done that with mine – it was likely a return, and I can see why: the curls are loose and droopy and sad and sporadic. Sadly, it's a closeout item, so I'm stuck with my decision. (Absolutely NO shade to WigStudio1 – they're fabulous. This is all on me.) I'm going to wash her and see if that will perk up the curl pattern, and if it doesn't, there's always headbands! Just go into your purchase knowing you may not get the wig of your dreams on the first try. I love this wig and the part is so natural that I look in the mirror and forget it is a wig. A friend of mine who knows that I am wearing wigs (chemo) is just amazed at how natural it is. My only problem with it is that the color of the lace in the front, at the hairline is dark brown. It looks like a stripe-just awful. So I cut back the lace to where it is natural color, and the wig is now perfect. I also cut bangs, which is my style. The layered cut is very flattering, and the hair is natural looking. First time I've tried an envy wig. They have beautiful styles to choose from. I was going to order other styles from them as the hair is so nice but I was shocked at how scratchy the very small lace front is. I have a full head of hair myself but don't know what to do about the feel of the lace. I would recommend this line but only in styles that don't have a lace front. Color was not as nice as in the picture. Not a brand I would spend so much money on.
This is my wig for dressy events. It is very beautiful and everyone thinks it is my real hair. My only complaint is that like many long wigs, it tangles very easily. I would wear it more often if it didn't have this problem, but instead, I just wear it on special occasions. I wish someone would invent synthetic wig fibers that did not tangle. I have this wig in Ginger-Cream which is a lovely medium ash blond with subtle highlights. Pros Gorgeous style, Ginger-Cream color is beautiful, looks totally real Cons Tangles easily

I ordered my second Carley by Envy in Creamed Coffee. My first one was wonderful and I got so many compliments. It was starting to frizz on the ends so I ordered another. I part my hair on the right and I didn't have any problem with my first one but this one is giving me the fits. I've steamed it and clipped it down, I've washed it and let it dry with a barrette in it, I've worked with it and it still resist laying down. My first on shed pretty bad but this one is really bad. I'm going to keep working with her because she is my favorite and I can't send her back now.
I was looking for a bob similar to Noriko Alva, but without permatease. Carley has a mono top for more realism, but (at least this color Almond Breeze) has light stripes that can’t be hidden. I don’t think it’s very noticeable, though. NOTE: I did trim the bangs. The fibers are great – very silky with excellent movement. It also hasn’t tangled.Amy G.

I wanted to like this wig so much but it just doesn't work for me. The bangs are so heavy and still hang in my face despite taking to it with a steamer. The overall top layer of the piece is very heavy and looks so wiggy. My biggest complaint with Envy wigs is they have no attention to detail when it comes to hiding seams and the lace is very scratchy. The one thing Envy wigs do have going for them is the fibre is very realistic. So depending on your priorities this may or may not be the right piece for you.
I’ve been wearing Maya for two years during the Spring and Summer. Fall and Winter, I wear Brianna, also by Envy. What I’ve noticed about Maya, is that it’s definitely not as curly as pictured, rather, it’s more of a beach wave only. This is okay with me and it might be for you too; the only thing I can imagine is maybe I’ve not gotten a quality batch? If this is their new trend, I wouldn’t want you to be disappointed with the lack of curl.
This is a pic of me, immediately after opening the box containing my new wig Brooke! This hair is ready to wear! My only concern is that it’s SO long, that I know, a synthetic like this will end up frizzing & snarling at the ends. So, my thought was to have it cut down, so it’s still long, but not THIS long. I’ve been searching for anyone willing to cut a wig for 10 years, & haven’t found anyone in my city that would do so. For now, I’m wearing her as she is. This color is the lighter red, which is the closest I can get to my beloved former color by Raquel Welsh, Glazed Fire. While this red, is not as WOW on me, as the discontinued Glazed Fire, I still think it’s pretty great! The lace cap is a bit larger than my other Envy wig (Brittany), but, I’m finding that both the cap, AND the hair, are oddly superior to the MUCH more expensive Raquel synthetic AND human hair wigs! I’ve come to believe that with Raquel, I was paying for the label, rather than the quality of the hair or the entire wig! I’m now firmly an Envy fan! This is also a great wig to have, (if you’re someone who switches up theirs wig looks a lot), you will not find a wig that’s sexier and as stylish as Brooke! .Liza

This is a very cute wig — and it has the lace front and mono top — but it cannot compare to the other high-end Envy Wigs I have purchased in the past. The open weft (or what they call capless cap) is quite heavy (as compared to the hand-tied caps) and the fiber (while nice) is not nearly as silky as the Envyhair blend of 30% human and 70% top-quality, heat-resistant synthetic. So, for me, this was a nice experiment, but having gotten used to the Envy's better offerings it just didn't measure up. That said, I would still recommend this wig if you like the wispy look. It does really look out-of-the-box as it does in the photo (which cannot be said for all Envy wigs, some of which are quite heavily restyled for the photo). So I continue to remain an Envy wig fan, but I have learned that you get what you pay for.Ushi
The only problem is the color descriptions. Med grey is silver, dark grey is golden brown w/ grey hightlights. They are both really pretty, just not what you would expect. Envy hair is so silky and moves like real hair. The cap is nicely made, nothing to make your head itch (no felt). Great mono top, lies flat and lace doesn't show. Was going to return the silver med grey, but decided to keep it since it's gorgeous! The cut is just like the photos, only a little longer. My husband said it looked like real hair because of the part. Also very little permatease. Only hidden in few places for support, but not on top. Still has enough body on top, not flat, just normal. My favorite so far! Customer Service was also great when I called to return and exchange. Made things very easy as always. Great company! I've called quite a few times, never failed to get quick answers and solutions.
The side tabs didn’t match up so it made for an uncomfortable fit. The top doesn’t lay down flat to your head. And whoever did the cut on this it was not the same length on both sides in the back. This is not a cheap wig, so you would expect it to be perfect. I wear wigs out of necessity, this wig in the mixed gray was out of stock for a long time. When it finally came in I was notified and I ordered immediately because it was needed. Because I needed it I was desperate to keep it with all the flaws. I will have to think twice about ordering from your company if your price was not cheap, and you sent a product out without inspecting it. Customer puts trust in a company because we order online, that would ship quality product to their customers. I guess not. I have been shopping with wigs. Com for years. If you check your records you will know this. Very Disappointed.
