If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was necessary that I let the public know about the unacceptable customer service that I received from True Glory employee Ashley. We all know that purchasing hair is a investment and you expect a great product. I purchased my hair from True Glory all the time. This is the first time that I received a bad wig from them. They charge over $200 for this wig. I believed I received a discount on it. However I did not pay money to receive a bald spot in my closure. There is no way that I can cover it up. I requested another wig and Ashley only offered me a $50 gift card. I work too hard for my money and I feel like this is total disrespectful to send me a bad product and after reviewing the pictures of the bad product you only want to offer me a $50 gift card. That is not right. All I want is for them to give me my money back or send me a better quality wig. I hope in the future that they will review the products before shipping them out knowing that they are not going to honor their mistakes. My worse experience buying a wig , I bought this wig the Saturday and by the Monday morning the front was coming off in my hand. I called the location I bought the wig they told me they can’t take it back because it was worn.
