Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? it’s so soft and silky, really long and as for now there’s been no tangling or shedding. doesn’t shine like at all (or not that much) and feels and looks like human hair. this is how it look straight out of the box🤯 the color #4 looks so natural it literally looks like it’s my real hair, growing out of my scalp. it’s literally giving. my only problem is that it is kinda tight?? i’ll braid my hair later and will put her on, i’ll say how it goes.Stephanie M.
My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I’ve worn real hair for years, so I’ve found that stying synthetic hair is a little different, but this Swiss lace turned out to be easy to work with & melt just fine. This wig is BY FAR my favorite wig from this collection! Not only does the scalp look SO real, but the hair texture is close to my own when it's blow dried out so it looks really natural. I did not have to do ANYTHING to it–no plucking, no make up on the lace, nada. I literally wore it right out of the box after cutting the lace. The wig is beautifulllll I was looking for a curly wig for my birthday and this was just that; perfect! It’s very voluminous and it’s giving pageant Queen lol. This is the gurl right here! Love the color. It’s very complimentary to my skin tone. Cons: you will need to pluck the hairline and I pulled out my edges because I couldn’t get the baby hairs to work. Overall I love this wig! It is giving me life! I purchased this wig in a 1b and I purchased it for $79.99. #1 thing i love about this wig is that I can slap it on my head without combing it or having to style it. It does come with baby hair in the front that was too long for my liking so I had to cut it a little bit. It comes with a 4×4 swiss lace but thing i hate about that is that the parting stop short and then the sides of the wig are just clumped together without the parting space of each box braid, making it look a little wigish but of course you can hide it. Another thing about this unit is that it's braided most of the way down but then afterwards it is twisted at the ends. You can seal the ends with hot water not not required. I would give this unit 5 stars but due to how the parting stops on the side and the way the braids are clumped together, that was a little bit of a disappointment. I hate getting my hair braided but I love the styles, so this unit was right up my alley. Quick shipping overseas. The parting space is less than 4×4. The hair is not thick/dense enough for the top knot that the model is wearing. Cap is tight enough on my big head so no need to glue down for me. Smaller heads will need gel/glue. The baby hairs are also very long and need shaving down before tweezing. Despite the flaws I'm going to make this work. It is a beautiful unit and I'm glad I got one before they sold out. I hope to get the loc'ed version when it's restocked. This is going to be my vacation hair.
I used to worry that because I have fine hair I would not never be able to get SENEGALESE twists but this wig completely resolved my issue and it exceeded my expectations. When I wear it, I honestly forget it’s a wig! It’s made with such detail as if you sat down for 6 hours to get your hair twisted! The baby hairs are perfect. I sealed the ends with hot water and always keep it lengthened on a wig head to prevent damage to the twists. I highly recommend this wig 100% and plan to purchase another in a different color. The wig I received was extremely poor quality. I wasn't expecting a top-quality lace-front, but I certainly was not expecting the low-quality wig that I got. The wig was lacking hair all over and wefts were visible throughout, in the front, you can even see where it was sewn. The lace was poor quality although very easy to cut. It was incredibly obvious in the front that I was wearing a wig, which was very very disappointing. With the price, I knew what to expect, but to receive what I got was much lower quality than what I paid for, this is very sad. I have been wearing FY wigs for years and this is honestly the WORST wig I have ever received from this brand…which is such a shame because it was one of the more expensive ones I have purchased. The color was beautiful though (Madeline Blonde). Unfortunately, I have lost much faith in FY as it seems their quality control has really gone down hill and this was the last straw for me. This could have been such a lovely wig. If you are looking for a lace-front please consider investing in one that is of MUCH better quality. Don't waste your money on this like I did…it took me three months to save up for this now COSTUME wig!

Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. The wig is full so there is no gaps or nothing like that when you wear it. I got the color 1b and it blended in very well with my own hair. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. When I took it out of the box, I was very pleased with the color. I ordered 4FS/30. The colors were blended perfectly. However, even though it is advertised as having a stretchy cap, it was really small. My head is a little bigger than average (22") and most average size caps fit me. It kept bunching up in the back as well. It was itchy only a half hour after I put it on. And hot. I loved the color, the soft texture, and the length but I probably won't wear it very much. The other issue that I had with it were the flippy sides. They look like bat wings. No matter how hard I tried, I could not style this wig.
This wig was cost reasonable and I wanted some fun but similar to my old hairstyle I had before the big chop. I gotten so much compliments on this wig. A co worker has told me she will consider actually cutting her hair to this style. One Problem: I do wish this wig came in a petite size. The wig is adjustable in the back but I still have to added a hair clip to fold the excess material to lay it down some more. Otherwise, I like the wig. Definitely a wig I will wear when I feel like having hair or making it my fall / winter wig. Giving it 4 stars for the lack of size options for petite size heads
I purchase my first wig. I have never worn a wig before and was afraid that I wouldn’t like it or it just wouldn’t look good on me. However, I purchased the Vivica Fox Bohemian Synthetic wig and it was absolutely gorgeous on me. The wig was everything that I wanted in a wig and more. The color was just as you saw it in the picture. It was soft and felt just like my own hair. I love the adjustable unit inside of the cap and it made a perfect fit for my head. I have fallen in love with my wig and has just ordered another. No one wanted to believe that it wasn’t my hair, so now I act as if it’s my own hair. This is one wig that you will be glad you purchased. It feels good on and is easy to care for. I will never travel without it.
