My Mother has been using Paula Young products for years. She has always had very thin hair, and has been wearing Paula Young wings for over 25 years. The wigs are well made and hold up very well. I recently purchased her another one, with more gray, as she is now 86 yrs old. I purchased myself a little topper…delicate touch..real hair. I was very excited to think that I could just pop this on my head in the morning with minimal fixing, but unfortunately not. The product is nice, great color that matches mine. But it’s made so that the majority of the hair falls to back and sides and the hair in the front ….only stays to the front. There is a definite line of demarcation and despite my playing with this, fussing, pulling my own hair through to blend it….it is obvious that it’s a hair piece. I think the design of the product needs to be redesigned. I’m disappointed.Gina

The wig that said it was called “Brooklyn” was WAY too long for me and I couldn’t remember even ordering it, nor would I have if I had known how long it was. I looked it up online and could not even find the wig (name OR number). It said there was no recognition of a wig with that name or number. I didn’t even try it on after seeing the length of it, so I’m sending it back for a refund. I WOULD like to know why you charge $9.95, taken off the refund? A wig sent that wasn’t even listed on Paula Young online! After buying from Paula Young for many years, I’m hesitant to do so in the future.Gail

I cannot yet give a review on this product, but I can give one on the refund process for a returned item. I purchased 3 clip on hair pieces( one is still on backorder) and received the other two. They were the wrong hair color and I didn’t care for one of them. I returned both items(one for exchange and one for refund). The exchange happened in a timely matter as expected, but the refund has been a nightmare. I’ve had to call on 4 different occasions, receiving different answers each time. I am still waiting for a refund, after almost a month, and was just told it will be another 26 days to receive my refund. I like their products, but their refund process along with having customer service agents on the same page needs some definite improvement. Hopefully, I will receive my refund this time. We’ll see. This product and brand is really awesome because of the variety of colors it presents you with. I love they have a line just for roots because I’m now struggling with some stress greys. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t dye your tub which is awesome. The reason I gave it four stars is because it’s very drying. I know dyes are drying so people keep saying how soft it left their hair so I wanted to state this. I have a darker brunette color to my hair with some blonde highlights. For what I wanted the color did great. There was a nice rose gold tint to my hair and the greys were covered. It did take three times to get desired color but my hair is darker so it makes sense. I’m getting my hair lightened soon and can’t wait to use it again to ensure it does work a little better on lighter hair. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and can’t wait to use other colors!beth.p

Love this product! Have been using for almost two years. My hair is professionally colored, so this shampoo clings to certain strands & skips others. I feel it gives me lots of control over the intensity of color simply by the length of time I leave it on. I combine purple with silver (not offered here) and get beautiful highlights. I have been using this product the past 10 years and just love it. Easy, peazy and color stays for me. I can mix a few together too and get exactly my ol' natural color.
