My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. I do like the hair and most of the time you have it in stock, but it just takes too long to receive a delivery. It should not take 10 days or more to get a delivery. I think you should come up with better shipping . I know this stops me from reordering at times. If something comes up and I need it in 3 to 4 days I know I can't order from you so I go elsewhere. I just brought this at the beauty supply store, in which I paid the retail value when I could have gotten it here in the site half the price…however this peice is everything!!! I absolutely love it.. There was not any lace to cut and the part is so natural. Like it actually blends without me having to do anything. It only requires some squirts of water you do not have to soak it as the instructions say. It looked amazing straight as well. This is by far the BEST wig I've ever purchased.Joy

I am disappointed with this wig…It is nothing like the picture. The first thing wrong is that it is not as listed…right, left, and center parting…it is only center part…In order to achieve the other looks, you will have to turn the wig. Also, the density of the wig is not the same as pictured. The one I received is very thin. They need to revise their description in order to give the appropriate information to their customers. I am calling customer service to request a refund. I ordered this wig on 2/23/2020 and received it on 2/28/2020 because of the 1.99 shipping. I have ordered from this company before and have never had an issue so I hope my return wont be a problem so that I will continue to order in the future.BerindaTurk
