This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. This is really good quality hair for this price. The lace is incredibly thin making it look like it’s coming from your scalp. Easy to install and comes with a nice elastic strap attached to the cap. The cap is well made and breathable. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the lace is SUPER delicate. Because it’s thin it’s really easy to rip so be gentle when styling. This wig is so wonderful! I literally was able to cut the extra lace off and put it on! It laid flat. The hair part looks so natural, no need for makeup unless you’d prefer a darker look. The lay of the hair is “butta” so smooth. The color is amazing, it matches so well with my skin tone. The wig has three clips; one on both sides and one in the back. The only drawback for me is it does not have a band to add more stay security. My head is a bit small, so I need that extra support. This wig turned so many heads. I originally ordered this because of a fantastic YouTube review . It didn’t live up to my expectations. Pros the hair is soft , nice and I’ve received so many compliments. It’s so long too !! I’m 5’8” and it went past my waist. It looks natural and can get it wet for the wet look with eco style gel ,but that style doesn’t last long. Cons it tangles SO MUCH not to the point where I can’t wear it but I know it’s going to be a daily issue if I wear it everyday.
