This item is an awful stink bomb! It looks nothing like Elsa's hair from the movie. Her hair is a silver blonde and this is more hay color than anything. My daughter does not have a big head or overly thick hair and even with a stocking cap on under it. Still it was to tight, it has no stretch and a hideous widow's peak to it. The braid is too short to even lay over the shoulder and stay there. It also made my kid itch, which she never does with other materials. I do not know who made this but you goofed royally. I purchased Elsa's dress (median), wig and shoes for my great granddaughter who turn 5 this month, and she just loved everything about this outfit. She had a big party and ran around with all the kids is this outfit. She was so happy being Elsa for her birthday words cannot explain how happy I really was seeing her dancing around and really enjoying herself! This was alright for dress up. This made my niece who is 3 very happy. I myself felt it did not stay together well. From taking it out of the packaging the bangs fell out of place every time I moved it. Even before she saw it, it did not look right. It is constantly coming undone in the front. The decoration fell off while trying to fix it. It would be better if the hair in the front were held up better or at least something guiding on how to get it back in to place.Gina

This wig was impossible to get on and to make stay. We ultimately never used it. I bought the child's size for my 3 yr old, and the hairline was too small for her. If I pulled it up front, hair at the nape of her neck showed. If I tried to cover the back, all of her hairline at her face showed. The lining inside was too slick, just not great for any toddler with finer hair.Jessica
