This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. I waited awhile for this hair to become available. Once they sent me a link that it was available, I was able to buy it. The hair I've had before. Pretty tight fit for my fellow big headers but not unbearable. No plucking was done! Just coloring the lace. Shipping was really fast as well, especially during covid. No complaints! I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. They had a dispute with someone else & tried to make me pay. Very unfair and unjust.Johnnie
This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I returned the same day I received it for a refund and I was told then it was a on sale and couldn't get a refund so not only poor quality, poor customer service. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture. I was looking for a unit that would go with my overall Thanksgiving look and when I saw this unit in the Chocolate/Caramel color, I knew it had to be mine. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was necessary that I let the public know about the unacceptable customer service that I received from True Glory employee Ashley. We all know that purchasing hair is a investment and you expect a great product. I purchased my hair from True Glory all the time. This is the first time that I received a bad wig from them. They charge over $200 for this wig. I believed I received a discount on it. However I did not pay money to receive a bald spot in my closure. There is no way that I can cover it up. I requested another wig and Ashley only offered me a $50 gift card. I work too hard for my money and I feel like this is total disrespectful to send me a bad product and after reviewing the pictures of the bad product you only want to offer me a $50 gift card. That is not right. All I want is for them to give me my money back or send me a better quality wig. I hope in the future that they will review the products before shipping them out knowing that they are not going to honor their mistakes. So do right by your customers upfront and mail them a great product.Olivia S.
My worse experience buying a wig , I bought this wig the Saturday and by the Monday morning the front was coming off in my hand. I called the location I bought the wig they told me they can’t take it back because it was worn. Ok I decided to fixed it myself because it was my $ Hard working $350 ,I washed the wig my God that was not good idea the wig wouldn’t comb out . These hair or not the same as 5 years ago . I love this unit ,(Cornrow-Lauren – (26-28)inches tailbone length / (13*4) virgin lace frontal) it's very natural looking , the braids are neat, the wig is not heavy at all . I would definitely recommend this company in a heartbeat . Then only thing I didn't like was it took over 9 weeks for me to receive my units , I actually purchased 3 units one being GODDESS LOCS-POSH which I knew would take longer that the others , what I didn't know is they would hold the other two so they could ship all 3 units together . But Vivian took care of me in the end and the wigs are great so I will say is was worth the wait .Katrina

I was super super duper skeptical about buying a unit…especially human hair online but to my DELIGHT….this unit is soft, minimal shedding, love the curls too! When I opens the packaging I was like wait wait whaaaaa where's the rest of my length…alas after I washed it ahhhhhh yes there it is! I bought an 22" and yes it's true to length!
