Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. The color of the wig is really pretty, but i was really disappointed with the density of the wig. It took a lot of customization before it looked decent to wear. Also, i didn't like how the front of the wig was sewn. This would be a great little messy bun wig, but other than that idk how i feel about it. Maybe the black one would have been better for me.K Y.

I'm an actor & I buy wigs to, obviously, change up my look. I've been looking for a decent dred wig for a while. This one is close, but, it doesn't fit well & it sheds like crazy. It would be better/more versatile without the built in head band. Also, the reason I bought/wanted a long dred wig was to be able to style it different ways. You can't do that with this one. They are sewn together to achieve the look; & if you detach them, you can see straight through to the wig cap/your scalp. I will say the price was right though.Sonja
Low quality product, wig cap is extremely small (it would not fit a child). The wig is sparse and contains very few locs. Your company intentionally misrepresented the product because it is NOT as advertised on the model. I would NOT recommend nor would I trust buying any other wigs from this company.Y

I ordered two of these wigs. I had ordered two of them last year from a different company so I knew what they should look like. The wigs I received were extremely cheap and not what was pictured online. I returned both of them and called to have the original shipping fee refunded because they did not send what I ordered. The customer service representative told me several times that it's against their policy to refund shipping fees. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor who said the same thing. I told both of them I compare it to ordering an apple from their website but they send me an orange. When I return the orange because it is not what I ordered, they keep the money I paid to have the apple shipped to me. Ultimately I was told they would refund it as a courtesy. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! Sending people items that are different from what they ordered seems to be a scam and not refunding the shipping IS A BUSINESS WITHIN ITSELF!! A SCAM!! If I had the option, I would have rated them a ZERO!Alicia
