Very pleased with the quality of the wig especially for the price $25. I usually buy preplucked lacefronts at around $60 and so this is a great beautiful wig for learning customizing even though it doesn’t need tons but if your a novice at that like me. It’s very light weight on my head. The density and hair thickness are perfect for believeable daily wear. Now it’s synthetic shiny so it definitely needs dry shampoo. Optional foundation for the hairline and optional plucking but the hairline looks pretty darn good without it so that’s just to up it a notch to believability. I’ve enclosed pics straight from out of the box to display OP430 in natural lighting. I’m blonde so this also is a great price/wig to try really different colors without dreading wasting big $$$. 👍🏻 love it. Worth getting.vanessa.c
I bought 4 packs of black and 1 pack of the deep wine, but since I have my sides and back shaved then of course I have plenty of locs left over (and I'm glad that I do). Usually I'll do my faux locs myself by starting with Senegalese twists then by rapping them which, of course, would take forever so this was my first using crochet locs. They are definitely springy, but beware because if they get tugged at the ends on accident then they will just hang and not spring back. I already had to cut some ends because of such actions. Also, I noticed some were not made as well as others, so make sure you get an extra pack. Some were "puffy" so my hair isn't hiding as well as it should be (I did individual crocheting). I do love the look though but removed a star based of said flaws. I took another star off because the website was being glitchy. I used the website via my phone and when trying to add stuff other than the locs, my whole cart would be emptied. It did this several times, so I just gave up and only purchased the locs. When I went to purchase the locs, the total jumped by $1, which is no big deal because it was just a dollar but the fact that it jumped like that concerned me. But at the end of the day, I would recommend and use this hair again. It did get frizzy and snaggy the second day but nothing major yet. Also, I noticed the deep wine holds up better than the black. The only way this wig could be any better was if it just lasted a tad longer and if the curl pattern never fell. It looks more realistic as the curls fall, but it dries at the ends and will eventually need to be straightened, perhaps trimmed or cut and then converted to bun or workout hair. In the meantime though, you get MAD compliments – many people don't even realize its not my bio hair. I wear it regularly in 1B and recently switched to OP61327 (613 Platinum blonde ombre with 1B roots and strategically placed 27 and/or 30 for dimension and shine). I absolutely love it – I'm a whole different person. Only thing that Freetress could offer any better was if this colour came in Karissa's length and density. I got this hair on the weekend of my birthday, and next week going to make it about a month. The first week it was so beautiful long, then it started to get tangles and matted. My solution for that was, I cut it , rub some synthetic wig moisturizing spray or fabric softener between the palm of my hands, run my hands all over the hair and then brush it. This is the best hair fiber on any wig I have ever found. It is so soft but the tangles are easy to remove with a wide tooth comb. The fiber doesn't stench out of shape when combed. I got this in the color OT 30 which has a long black root (wish this was a 4 instead of a 1 it would blend with the 30 better). The freedom part is really nothing. It's a middle part wig that you can slightly shift left or right. The ear tabs are pretty flat to your head which I think is why they say it can be shifted. These ear tabs are great if you wear glasses. It's also a light density wig. You can't see the tracks through the hair but it's pretty light which is comfortable. I love this wig… I think it is the old FAME. I normally wear my lace front wigs behind my hair line. I usually part out just a little more than baby hair and curl it using a 1/2" barrel. I sew toupee clips into my lace front wigs at the temples and the center of the forehead. I finger comb my curls into it and the edge is undetectable. _x000D_ My secindary tip is to invest in 2 gallon zip lock bags for storage.
