I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. I wanted to like this wig so much but it just doesn't work for me. The bangs are so heavy and still hang in my face despite taking to it with a steamer. The overall top layer of the piece is very heavy and looks so wiggy. My biggest complaint with Envy wigs is they have no attention to detail when it comes to hiding seams and the lace is very scratchy. The one thing Envy wigs do have going for them is the fibre is very realistic. So depending on your priorities this may or may not be the right piece for you.
I’ve been wearing Maya for two years during the Spring and Summer. Fall and Winter, I wear Brianna, also by Envy. What I’ve noticed about Maya, is that it’s definitely not as curly as pictured, rather, it’s more of a beach wave only. This is okay with me and it might be for you too; the only thing I can imagine is maybe I’ve not gotten a quality batch? If this is their new trend, I wouldn’t want you to be disappointed with the lack of curl.
This is a pic of me, immediately after opening the box containing my new wig Brooke! This hair is ready to wear! My only concern is that it’s SO long, that I know, a synthetic like this will end up frizzing & snarling at the ends. So, my thought was to have it cut down, so it’s still long, but not THIS long. I’ve been searching for anyone willing to cut a wig for 10 years, & haven’t found anyone in my city that would do so. For now, I’m wearing her as she is. This color is the lighter red, which is the closest I can get to my beloved former color by Raquel Welsh, Glazed Fire. While this red, is not as WOW on me, as the discontinued Glazed Fire, I still think it’s pretty great! The lace cap is a bit larger than my other Envy wig (Brittany), but, I’m finding that both the cap, AND the hair, are oddly superior to the MUCH more expensive Raquel synthetic AND human hair wigs! I’ve come to believe that with Raquel, I was paying for the label, rather than the quality of the hair or the entire wig! I’m now firmly an Envy fan! This is also a great wig to have, (if you’re someone who switches up theirs wig looks a lot), you will not find a wig that’s sexier and as stylish as Brooke! .Liza

Out of the box this is a great ready-to-wear wig. I love that it looks like a natural part on top. The only downside is that it doesn't last long. I have alopecia and I wear this almost every day although I have a spare if I'm going to be working in the garden. After 6-7 months the curls start looking bad in the back probably from my sweat. For this much money and the fact that I take good care of it I would think it would last a year. But I probably will buy this again just shell out the extra money to buy more often.Julie
Julie I also have Alopecia totalis for the last 30 years. I'm a Cosmetologist (for 35 years) and so wigs are my reality. None of them last longer than about 5 or 6 months because I have to wear them every day and shampoo them at least once a week and I also live in the desert 6 months out of the year so the heat from my body does destroy them. It's just the way synthetic hair reacts. Wish we had another choice but since human hair is SO expensive and the colors are really basic there is really nothing better. Raquel Welch wigs and Noriko are really the best there is. Take heart………… :)……. 🙁Sandi

This is a wonderful wig. The hair is so fine and it looks exactly as the picture. I like ordering from this company because of their web site which explains everything. I like the tracking mail device – it keeps you up to date on your shipment. The description is very thorough and is exactly as it is shown – no bulkiness. Be very careful when shampooing. The first one I got did not come out good when I shampooed so I purchased another one. I shampooed according to instructions but I don't know what happened.Queen T.
I purchased this wig in the reddish-brown color (P4-30) for a Great Gatsby party and it was an enormous hit! My natural hair is thick, curly and hangs to just below my shoulders. Pin curls and a wig cap secured everything under this great wig and looked very natural. I will absolutely wear it again! I do wish it had a *bit* more volume, but believe it was an excellent value.
