I've used this product for several years, and like it a lot. The wig shop where I bought my wig recommended it to me, and I purchased my first bottle with the wig. Since then, I've had no reason to switch brands. It seems like a small bottle (8oz), but you only use a small amount in a sink full of water so a bottle lasts a long time. (I probably average 6 months per bottle, but your mileage will vary with the length of your wig, and how often you shampoo it). My wig is synthetic BTW. After I wash the wig I sprayed the wig not reading the directions before hand that a little goes a long way, since I sprayed too much and had to rewash it because it was too oily. After I installed the wig I use the product to keep the hair looking shiny. But the wig seem kinda worn out even tho I only had it in for a few days and only using the spray at night. We have a family of five in our household with three kids from two years old to nine years old. We go through alot of clothes in one week so my wife and I will team up and work on the laundry together. I wash all the clothes and she fold them when they are done. After using this laundry detergent, I’m extremely impressed! The first thing I’m amazed with is how easy it is to pour the detergent. All I had to do to retrieve my detergent was twist the knob on the box and within seconds, liquid detergent came pouring out into the included cup. I also really appreciate the fact that a cup is included as I’m able to measure out just the right amount of detergent for the size of my laundry loads. Another notable feature about this product is how much less plastic it uses. All the detergent is contained in a cardboard box. This makes me feel much better about the impact my laundry has on the environment. As far as the quality of the detergent goes, I’m very pleased with how well the detergent cleans my clothes. I’ve already washed several heavily soiled clothing items and each one has come out super clean! The detergent also seems to do a great job with keeping my clothing soft and comfortable. I've used this product for several years, and like it a lot. The wig shop where I bought my wig recommended it to me, and I purchased my first bottle with the wig. Since then, I've had no reason to switch brands. It seems like a small bottle (8oz), but you only use a small amount in a sink full of water so a bottle lasts a long time. (I probably average 6 months per bottle, but your mileage will vary with the length of your wig, and how often you shampoo it). My wig is synthetic BTW. I bought super pink and royal purple here while I had to get racing red elsewhere. I needed to dye my wig that I wanted to use for a costume so I used this. I made sure the wig was able to handle heat before trying this and I also made sure that I had wefts of the wig I could test on. (The wig originally had a ponytail that I cut off and turned into wefts for something else) Honestly looks great considering I was starting from a pale purple shade and not white. Its not the color I expected considering I used rits website to figure out how much to use of each color to get the purple shade I liked but I also came into this knowing my wig wasn't white and that the pale purple was gonna add to the mix. The wefts also helped in seeing how long to keep my wig in for. The wig will do better with water that is at 180°F (just at simmering, not boiling) I kept the wig in the pot for 5 mins and behold a darker violet color.Purple Guy

I cannot yet give a review on this product, but I can give one on the refund process for a returned item. I purchased 3 clip on hair pieces( one is still on backorder) and received the other two. They were the wrong hair color and I didn’t care for one of them. I returned both items(one for exchange and one for refund). The exchange happened in a timely matter as expected, but the refund has been a nightmare. I’ve had to call on 4 different occasions, receiving different answers each time. I am still waiting for a refund, after almost a month, and was just told it will be another 26 days to receive my refund.
