          I ordered two of these wigs. I had ordered two of them last year from a different company so I knew what they should look like. The wigs I received were extremely cheap and not what was pictured online. I returned both of them and called to have the original shipping fee refunded because they did not send what I ordered. The customer service representative told me several times that it's against their policy to refund shipping fees. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor who said the same thing. I told both of them I compare it to ordering an apple from their website but they send me an orange. When I return the orange because it is not what I ordered, they keep the money I paid to have the apple shipped to me. Ultimately I was told they would refund it as a courtesy.           Love the overall of the headband unjt, except for one little worry, well a big worry, that it will one day slide right on off. I dont care for the combs, they creat tension and pull on my scalp, so i dont use them. There's not enough velcro fabric to attach the sticky tape backing. Therefore, the wig is not tight enough on my head, because my head is a bit smaller than the wig cap size. May, i suggest adding more velcro fabric on the band.
