Very pleased with the quality of the wig especially for the price $25. I usually buy preplucked lacefronts at around $60 and so this is a great beautiful wig for learning customizing even though it doesn’t need tons but if your a novice at that like me. It’s very light weight on my head. The density and hair thickness are perfect for believeable daily wear. Now it’s synthetic shiny so it definitely needs dry shampoo. Optional foundation for the hairline and optional plucking but the hairline looks pretty darn good without it so that’s just to up it a notch to believability. I’ve enclosed pics straight from out of the box to display OP430 in natural lighting. I bought 4 packs of black and 1 pack of the deep wine, but since I have my sides and back shaved then of course I have plenty of locs left over (and I'm glad that I do). Usually I'll do my faux locs myself by starting with Senegalese twists then by rapping them which, of course, would take forever so this was my first using crochet locs. They are definitely springy, but beware because if they get tugged at the ends on accident then they will just hang and not spring back. I already had to cut some ends because of such actions. Also, I noticed some were not made as well as others, so make sure you get an extra pack. Some were "puffy" so my hair isn't hiding as well as it should be (I did individual crocheting). I do love the look though but removed a star based of said flaws. I took another star off because the website was being glitchy. I used the website via my phone and when trying to add stuff other than the locs, my whole cart would be emptied. It did this several times, so I just gave up and only purchased the locs. When I went to purchase the locs, the total jumped by $1, which is no big deal because it was just a dollar but the fact that it jumped like that concerned me. But at the end of the day, I would recommend and use this hair again. It did get frizzy and snaggy the second day but nothing major yet. Also, I noticed the deep wine holds up better than the black. The only way this wig could be any better was if it just lasted a tad longer and if the curl pattern never fell. It looks more realistic as the curls fall, but it dries at the ends and will eventually need to be straightened, perhaps trimmed or cut and then converted to bun or workout hair. In the meantime though, you get MAD compliments – many people don't even realize its not my bio hair. I wear it regularly in 1B and recently switched to OP61327 (613 Platinum blonde ombre with 1B roots and strategically placed 27 and/or 30 for dimension and shine). I absolutely love it – I'm a whole different person. Only thing that Freetress could offer any better was if this colour came in Karissa's length and density. Freetress Ramona hasn't been on the market for very long but it has already become a cult classic, and for good reason. The hairline is beautiful and undetectable, blends seamlessly with almost no effort. You can even wear it straight back and it looks amazing. Be careful not to cut too much lace off. I'm not a fan of the super bumped ends but a few wears and a couple washes should take care of that. Also a note on the #4 color, it's darker than Freetress' other #4 wigs. I would say it's more like a #2. Normally I wear a #4, but FH Sweet brown is my go to here. Will buy this again and again.Serena

Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site. I've order from here several times in the past, but it's the first I've had to return anything.C.M. H.

I purchased this same wig about four to five months ago, l liked the wig, the cap fit my head good and wasn't all big and wiggy looking So I decided to purchase another one. The second purchase same wig the cap is too big for my head, the hair is big and looks wiggy, the side do not look the same. I love Chasty and the style but I must say it will take me some time to tame her. The curl pattern looks natural which makes it a little work to get her styled to my personal style. I will plan to tighten up the curls in the back so that pieces of the bob don’t appear to stick up or out. I ordered this wig a while back and this one didn’t lay like I remember, the one I received my first time ordering was perfect and had sort of a widows peek hairline which I feel helped it lay Better when I wore a side part. This one had a lot of frays so I couldn’t really get a natural effect like I wanted from it and it shedded way more than I remember it doing the first time I ever ordered it. I got this hair on the weekend of my birthday, and next week going to make it about a month. The first week it was so beautiful long, then it started to get tangles and matted. My solution for that was, I cut it , rub some synthetic wig moisturizing spray or fabric softener between the palm of my hands, run my hands all over the hair and then brush it. Believe me, my curls stays in place and I get little to no tangles throughout the day. This hair is beautiful, you just have to work with it.Aniota L.
The hair is awesome, really soft and super long. The waves are gorgeous. Warning If you guys are going to order something from this website make sure to call them first to know if the item you are trying to purchase is in stock, also call them to let them know that you've ordered a wig and you would like to know when they are going to ship it. Cause this website is ok but if you don't call them and be on top of them you might not receive your wig on time. I'm a victim of that myself.Lynn A.
