I ordered two of these wig styles. I wore the gray one to a mother's day brunch. As I was standing by my car, a lady called out Madia as she was passing by in her car. She thought I looked like the Tyler Perry character. I will never wear that wig again. The black one was designed with way too much hair. The hair does not fall correctly and it has too many layers. Nora is a delightful fluff and go style with waves and almost curls. I got it in color 38, which is light ash brown with grey. It is supposed to be light ash brown with 25 percent grey (it seems a bit more than that;) It would be nice if Paula Young had at least one style featured in this color. The ash brown is very close to my natural color (a bit lighter) but Nora has more grey than I do personally. Nora arrived smelling absolutely wretched; I almost gagged when I opened the box. I had to wash the wig immediately. I used Paula Young shampoo. I thought I detected the (fumigant?) odor even after the wash, but when Nora dried, she no longer smelled. When I first put her on after she'd dried she was not pretty and the curls were mashed against the cap. I shook her vigorously and then took a wide tooth comb and really brought the fibers up off the cap. I wasn't rough, but I was deliberate in going over the entire wig to revive the fibers. I was able to achieve a style very similar to the catalog photo. In my photos, Nora has a more shag-like appearance, but once on she can be fluffed to the rounded silhouette of the catalog photo. Nora fits my 22.25 inch head comfortably and could be adjusted to go even a bit larger, or smaller. I find the fibers dry to the touch and just a bit coarser than my own very fine hair (although Nora's fiber does not look coarse.) Nora is comfortable to wear and an adorable style that goes with dressy as well as casual outfits. If you are prepared to spend a few moments waking Nora up after you first get her home, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at her fluff and go versatility. When this DANCE wig and COLOR ME EXQUISITE wigs arrived, upon removing them from the box they were cute, and the colors were pretty and the best thing they had going for them, However, they didn't look much like the ones the models in the pictures wore. And there is too much perma tease or "fluff" to them. They had really no style to them at all. Especially in the front, just couldn't do much with them. And didn't want to try since being careful with them is a must when trying them on. Very disappointed with these wigs. In my humble opinion they were not great and not keepers. So I am returning them and probably won't buy anymore wigs again. Sorry PY but your wigs need to be lighter weight, lay nicer, (some of us like a bit flatter style) far less perma tease or fluff, easier to wear right out of the box…Thanks anyway…Juanita
I am completely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered two of this wig because I really like the look of the style in the picture. The wigs I received will not comb into the style shown. The top is spiked and will only stand straight up and the bangs stick straight out and will not lay nicely against the forehead. I tried to tame it down with wig spray and hair gel but it won't lay down. The top hair stands straight up and the bangs stick straight out. The wig will not comb into a nice smooth pixie like the picture shows. I would not recommend a person buy this wig unless you want spiked hair that stands straight up at the top of your head and bangs that stick straight out at your forehead. This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. Although I've never tried Raquel Welch's "Winner," Serving Style seems similar to the basic (non-Elite) version of that wig, with the addition of a lace front for off-the-face styling versatility. I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. This is a great product for what it is. It's not the highest quality so there are some issues with the latex front being uneven and the hairnet under the wig being too small, but it still worked well enough, provided a good costume for my child's living museum and would be great for any casual or Halloween costume. I disagree with the last review…I love this wig. It's the first synthetic wig that I have purchased. I now own two. I look fab it and it wears and lays well. You must know, and if you don't, you must learn to style any wig weather synthetic or human hair. Keep trying to work that wig more before you give up and give a bad review, because what doesn't work for some may work for a few. I say that because of the cut (realistic) and affordability of the wig. My only con would be that I wish that there were more auburns and blonds in the same look, style and cut. Love this wig.

Napoli was my very first wig and I love her! I get so many complements on my hair and on how natural it looks – Even fooled my family Dr. She had no idea that I was wearing a wig; even my dermatologist (who knew I was bald) was floored by Napoli. With that said, here are my thoughts after owning/wearing Napoli since November 2020… 1. I am considered "Petite" in my head measurments, so the Average size cap was a bit big on me. However, with a bit of stitching of the wefts I was able to customize it to my head without too much trouble (it would be nice if they offered different cap sizes). 2. After a month of wearing, an average of 4-5 x's/week 2-8 hours/day, I trimmed off about an inch off the length due to fraying/frizzing of the ends. 3. In February Napoli started looking clumpy, dull, frizzy and downright unpleasant to wear. HOWEVER, nothing like a good 'ol steam bath to give her new life and now feels as if out-of-the-box new! I have a feeling I'll be wearing her for months to come! 4. In comparison to "Becky by PY", Napoli is quite heavy. So if you're not used to a lot of hair, Napoli can be a bit overwhelming. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! Like the other Foxy Silver wigs she's extra shiny! Besides that the style seemed out of date. I forgot why I ordered her but I usually have something in mind . After a lot of dry shampoo and brushing I got her restyled. Here's my favorite look with her. I got color 3T34, they put silver grey on top and the 34 in back. I disagree with the last review…I love this wig. It's the first synthetic wig that I have purchased. I now own two. I look fab it and it wears and lays well. You must know, and if you don't, you must learn to style any wig weather synthetic or human hair. Keep trying to work that wig more before you give up and give a bad review, because what doesn't work for some may work for a few. I say that because of the cut (realistic) and affordability of the wig. My only con would be that I wish that there were more auburns and blonds in the same look, style and cut. Love this wig.
