After I wash the wig I sprayed the wig not reading the directions before hand that a little goes a long way, since I sprayed too much and had to rewash it because it was too oily. After I installed the wig I use the product to keep the hair looking shiny. But the wig seem kinda worn out even tho I only had it in for a few days and only using the spray at night. With ebin, I only have to spray it once and then it lifts right after the first minute. With ghostbond, I have to let it set for a minute, then blot, then spray again. I do this 3 times. I'm honestly a little confused about this product. I got it on a whim while I was shopping for a straightening balm. I read its description and what it's supposed to do and I decided to give it a try. The price was great too! So far I've used it twice and I only wash my hair once every week just bc of how dry and frizzy it is…also hard to manage. So the results right after I blow dried and straightened my hair were great! Made my hair super smooth and smell nice…and it definitely cut down on drying time! However, my hair would start to curl again by the morning and it would become frizzy, especially in the humid weather of NC. This product definitely doesn't keep my hair smooth through 5 shampoos so I'm a little confused by this claim. If anything it only keeps it smooth for 8 hours.Lora

I'm in the military and have long, fine hair that I have to wear up in a bun. I also have bangs that I have to style in a way that keeps them from touching my eyebrows, so a strong-hold hairspray is a must for me. I've tried several other salon brands and everything I used was either too weak or made my hair flaky and gross. I've bought this over and over again and it works beautifully. It smells fantastic, too. It is a very strong hold, however, so yes…brushing it out is more difficult than with a lighter hold spray. I also use it when I blow-dry and curl my hair, both at the roots for extra volume and to tousle it to give it an un-done look. The only con is that the nozzle gets clogged frequently, but some time under some blazing hot water usually helps, but you'll do that at least a few times per bottle. The finish isn't super mattifying, but it doesn't really impart shine, so that's something to consider if you're looking for a spray that also imparts shine. It's tough to find anything with strong hold that does, though.

I’ve been having a really hard time finding the right product to keep my pixie cut style in place. I like to kind of slick it back, but not be shiny. I thought this product wasn’t going to work because honestly spray wax just sounds weird, but it blew me away! It leaves a matte finish and holds so well that even wind won’t mess it up. You do have to be careful not to use too much because then it can leave visible white stuff in your hair. A little goes a long way. I like to hold my hair in the position I want it to be in, spray it a little, and then smooth through with my hands to gently distribute until it sets. Don’t try to brush or comb it after it sets, trust me.. just don’t! It can leave some white stuff when you spray but that’s easily remedied by smoothing with hands. Reminds me of dry shampoo in that way. It is a little hard to wash out, I had to shampoo twice but I think that has more to do with having a ton of product in my hair from multiple days of re-styling. I’ve been using it after applying a pomade but I think that weighs it down so today I’m going to try just using the spray. I have no doubts, I’m sure it will work just fine. Hiiiiighly recommend for pixie cuts! Honestly none of these things deter me from using this spray, it’s the best and strongest styling product I’ve ever used.emily.c

I have used this hairspray for at least 25 years! It is THE best not only for finishing touch. I use for volume and working with my hair too. Just a couple pumps will do in my medium length hair. Then it brushes right out at night for soft hair again. I use the next day without having to rewash hair. Love it! But I can’t find it anywhere anymore! I don’t understand why!! I received the Tresemme smooth compressed micro hair spray level 2 for free from Tresemme through ChickAdvisor to give my honest review about it. I used Tresemme hairsprays in the past but I always found the bottle to big and awkward to hold also using it makes my hair stiff and hard. That`s why I love the Tresemme smooth compressed micro hair spray level 2 because the bottle is much smaller and better to hold. The mist comes out very fine. When I use it I like that it takes away some of my baby hairs but not all of them but it doesn't make my hair stiff and crunchy. My hair feel soft and looks more polish. Maybe if this formula had a little more hold may be better. I am really impressed with the new bottle and the formula! I would defiantly try out the other ones to see if I would like them. I wold recommend it since it does work. Please consider that I'm certain I recieved a defective bottle when reading my review. I have been using the Tresemme Texture Compressed Micro Mist Hairspray in Hold Level 1 for two weeks now. My first impression was that I LOVED the sleek, shaped bottle. It's so light and easy to hold while styling your hair! The scent is amazing, and the spray is quite fine. However, my bottle tends to sputter as it sprays, with large drips coming out with the fine mist, and a slow leak dripping from the base of the nozzle. I tried running the top under water, moving the spray cap around a bit, and spraying at different angles, with no inprovement. Despite my difficulty, I love the light hold this hairspray offers. I like to style my long hair into loose waves/curls, and this spray helps to hold down any frizz, and keep the curls intact while still allowing them bounce and movement. I would be willing to purchase this product again, especially at it's price point. The bottle design is a great improvement over most other hairspray bottles I have used. It has very little scent and it’s so fine that it doesn’t leave your hair feeling sticky. Have been using the Kenra volume spray number 25 and absolutely hated how the nozzle of the sprayer became so caked with gunk and it stopped working.. I was introduced to it when I used to work at a salon and it was one of the favourites among the hairstylists there. It was always the best selling hair spray there, by far. It's reasonably priced, too! It's not heavy on the hair, which is my main issue with hair products. Kerastase has the best aerosols in my opinion. This is such a nice staple hairspray that is not sticky and has a nice, but brushable hold. I love how light weight it is on my fine hair. I recommend this product and the other kerastase hairsprays!kristina.m

I live in New England which can be humid. I really like this hair spray for hold even in the heavier humid days. I also have fine hair and think it’s a little stiff hold but brushes right out. It’s just something else that’s nice to have ready to go if you need it.KarenP

couture is my absolute holy grail of hairsprays. i work in a salon and it’s been on backorder for almost 2 months so hopefully i don’t run out before it comes back in stock. i wear extensions but my natural hair alone doesn’t hold curl well, and this hairspray changes that. it does not make your hair feel crunchy whatsoever no matter how much you spray and it doesn’t have the gross normal hairspray smell. please get this stuff. it’s hold is incredible and i can’t feel it in my hair whatsoever.taylor.j
