My first review was straight out the box. After wearing for a month or so my opinion has drastically changed. After one wash the wig lost all shine and form. The cut is uneven so if worn straight it looks choppy. It's a very small cap even for me with a smaller head size circumference. There's large wefting combined with very little hair. I just ordered my first forever young wig and am anxious to get it to replace this one. I've bought MANY wigs and will continue to, but unfortunately, this wig is definitely a waste. Can't wait to get my new wig though… super excited! Trial and error is half the fun I suppose.
I've always gotten long wigs, but I'm just sick of putting them up in buns or braids for work. I spent hours online and tons of research trying to find a modern, human hair, realistic wig. First, when I opened the box I noticed it looked a tad shorter than in the pics. I think it's just from being in the box. When I tried it on I thought it looked like an old lady haircut, but I fluffed it out which gave it a nice slightly wind blown look. I found it easy to style. Looks great with a little headband also. I would send if back but I have to do modifications to the wigs I order do to my head size. I wish I would of realized how bad the hair before I did any modifications.
Hair quality is ok, can tell it was processed quite a bit by the random gray and blonde hairs. Knots are very visible. I am usually between a petite and average cap and this petite size was big on me. Lace was scratchy. I got the 1B, which was not a true of black but rather a medium/dark brown. I have bought human hair wigs for $300-400 with the same quality (this is definitely over priced). It's more expensive, but if you are going to dish out a lot of money (over a grand) I want quality. Ended up returning. If you are looking for a similar style look at Glamour and More by Raquel Welch. It is double the price of this one, but trust me it is well worth the investment.Cindy S.
