I used this product a couple of times for wigs but I didn't really like the after fact if it . When I used this product against my wigs it made it look synthetic . I've used this product for several years, and like it a lot. The wig shop where I bought my wig recommended it to me, and I purchased my first bottle with the wig. Since then, I've had no reason to switch brands. It seems like a small bottle (8oz), but you only use a small amount in a sink full of water so a bottle lasts a long time. (I probably average 6 months per bottle, but your mileage will vary with the length of your wig, and how often you shampoo it). My wig is synthetic BTW. This product is in my everyday haircare routine. It's an all natural ingredient shampoo and doesn't contain sulfates or silicones. This shampoo is also color-safe friendly. The shampoo itself works well for stripping product buildup, cleansing the scalp, and leaving your hair feeling clean. It lathers really well into hair. The only semi catch is that it washes and rinses better with cold water over warm or hot. The smell is amazing, I wish it was a little more potent, but if your pair this shampoo with it's conditioner in crime (as I do) the smell balances out. As should be said this product alone, like I mentioned works well, but it works best with the paired conditioner. Great size, scent is ok. ive used it twice now and the quality is not the best. It does cleanse the scalp. But it made my hair very dry and brittle afterwards. Even with the hydrating conditioner. if you have a sensitive scalp i would not recommend this. Very harsh and irritating but, ive noticed that i Dont feel as much of the build up products anymore. I used this product about a year ago. I saw it online and couldn’t resist the deal. 25 ounces of sulfate free, silicone free shampoo for about $8! What a steal! My Mother has been using Paula Young products for years. She has always had very thin hair, and has been wearing Paula Young wings for over 25 years. The wigs are well made and hold up very well. I recently purchased her another one, with more gray, as she is now 86 yrs old. I purchased myself a little topper…delicate touch..real hair. I was very excited to think that I could just pop this on my head in the morning with minimal fixing, but unfortunately not. The product is nice, great color that matches mine. But it’s made so that the majority of the hair falls to back and sides and the hair in the front ….only stays to the front. There is a definite line of demarcation and despite my playing with this, fussing, pulling my own hair through to blend it….it is obvious that it’s a hair piece. I think the design of the product needs to be redesigned. I’m disappointed.Gina
The wig that said it was called “Brooklyn” was WAY too long for me and I couldn’t remember even ordering it, nor would I have if I had known how long it was. I looked it up online and could not even find the wig (name OR number). It said there was no recognition of a wig with that name or number. I didn’t even try it on after seeing the length of it, so I’m sending it back for a refund. I WOULD like to know why you charge $9.95, taken off the refund? A wig sent that wasn’t even listed on Paula Young online! After buying from Paula Young for many years, I’m hesitant to do so in the future.Gail
I cannot yet give a review on this product, but I can give one on the refund process for a returned item. I purchased 3 clip on hair pieces( one is still on backorder) and received the other two. They were the wrong hair color and I didn’t care for one of them. I returned both items(one for exchange and one for refund). The exchange happened in a timely matter as expected, but the refund has been a nightmare. I’ve had to call on 4 different occasions, receiving different answers each time. I am still waiting for a refund, after almost a month, and was just told it will be another 26 days to receive my refund. I like their products, but their refund process along with having customer service agents on the same page needs some definite improvement. Hopefully, I will receive my refund this time. We’ll see. Not much confidence in that process at this company.Julie

I had never seen this style or color in person before and when I took her out of the box she took my breath away, I thought she was SO beautiful! Easily the lightest blonde in my collection now. I had been on a hunt for reds and decided on Harper in 130H. I have NO regrets! She is GORGEOUS! This is my 3rd Harper, as an indication of my satisfaction with this brand and style! I have one in 7H that I purchased and a 614GR that was gifted to me as well. HM fibers always feel dreamy. Harper is a long voluptuous beauty in any color with loose flowing curls/waves and beautiful movement. HM as a brand is very comfortable for me to wear, I would say they are true average (my circumference is 21.25). I have had to cinch in the adjusters on all my HM styles and the caps have wonderful stretch. I still have bio hair to cover and the caps easily cover my hair and a wig grip if I choose to wear one. I have ordered this wig before from another company and it was much thicker and the curls were more defined. This one though very soft is thin and the waves are only on bottom 1/3 of the wig almost as if someone brushed them out. Also the box came destroyed. Someone had taped over the box because original wasn't holding. Inside wig box was all smashed. But wig was intact with tags. I even wrote Henry Margu company to see if they have different qualities of the same wig and maybe sell seconds cheaper or that is even a thing. Waiting to hear backtobagojoe

The Jon Renau Shampoo is fantastic. I have used it for years now. The shampoo is gentle and compatible with any brand of synthetic wig. It has a fresh, yet not overpowering fragrance, and returns the wig to its natural softness. Just remember to rinse thoroughly so you don't leave a residue. One suggestion, perhaps apply the JR Conditioning spray, combined with the Luster Spray, to restore the original "newness" to your wig. However if you don't use the other two products mentioned, you will still be very pleased with the shampoo.Sandy T

I used this product a couple of times for wigs but I didn't really like the after fact if it . When I used this product against my wigs it made it look synthetic . This product is basically a detangler , but when I used it after doing French braid it made the braid shine very nicely . Instead of using the product for wigs try braidsedrianna.o
I've used this product for several years, and like it a lot. The wig shop where I bought my wig recommended it to me, and I purchased my first bottle with the wig. Since then, I've had no reason to switch brands. It seems like a small bottle (8oz), but you only use a small amount in a sink full of water so a bottle lasts a long time. (I probably average 6 months per bottle, but your mileage will vary with the length of your wig, and how often you shampoo it). My wig is synthetic BTW. I don't know how this product works with real human hair wigs.donw_s11

Faith was the FIRST wig I purchased 5 years ago. I was so afraid, but went for it. I NEVER looked back! Buying a wig changed my life on so many levels; I am more confident, feel prettier; and absolutely look younger. If you're on the fence, just do it. I will always be grateful to the women that helped me in the wig-shop. Now I'm confident to buy on line and I hope to get confident enough to branch out to other styles and colors.
