It had a net underneath with adjustable straps. It didn't have that fake Barbie doll hair look to it. Very little work to get it look nice and curly. I fluffed the bottom all around and just a bit on the sides. The pin curls where very soft and stayed in place. It wasn't frizzy or ratty. This wig is horrible. The quality is awful, it doesn't sit at all like the photo, and there was a huge bald spot in the very front. I purchased a different wig from the Spirit store that was less expensive and way better quality.
