I mainly purchased this unit because I wanted a little more length at the top. When I first purchased the Mommy wig before it became super popular a few years ago it was constructed so much better. It's thin in the front with tracks sewn weirdly. I had my original to compare. They mostly look like rush jobs. I thought the Mommy II would be better and closer to the original. It has longer lengths on each side which is what I was looking for. However the cap is bigger than the regular mommy wig and I found it too hard to work with. I trimmed the edges and dyed it and it looked nice but I have a small head so I found it just too awkward. I will stick with the Mommy original for a short style. Its not as snug of a fit and I couldn't make it work. Not a bad wig if you have a medium to large head but not really for small heads. Though it depends how you wear it.C M.

Didn't Use It. I love the Mommy Wig but I've gotten it in 4/30, 4/24 and 4/27/30 No one has these colors, but I trust and used Ebonyline always. I ordered this hopping that the color would work. When I opened the shipping package and looked I knew it was to dark for me. Returning it was an option but the cost to ship it made that not worth itMabel C.

I absolutely looooooove this wig. I was a little skeptical about wearing a wig, in fact I said……"I'll NEVA wear a wig". OMG…..I bought the Mommy wig Aug 25th, received it about 4 days later. I made an appoint to get my hair braided in a circle, the type people get when they wear a weave. I must say…….today is October 26th, and I have worn this wig EVERY DAY, with the exception of 3 – 4 days when I just threw on a basball cap. I LOOOOOVE IT! I have naturally long hair, almost @ my bra strap, but this is a way for me to ROCK a short a cut, without cutting my own hair. I literally have people stop me and say…." I love your hair cut" this is no joke. My own sister and several friends, thought I had cut my hair, until I told them. I guess you have to know how to STYLE IT, and ROCK IT with MAD CONFIDENCE! And that's exactly what I do. _x000D_ _x000D_ Oh yeah and one more thing……My hair stylist, who I haven't been to in 2 months……Loooves it, and told me don't tell anyone in the shop about my "Mommy wig", because it will put her out of business…LOL. This wig is awful! I wanted a wig that looks like natural hair and on that point, the wig wins. Sadly, there are no other wins for it. The lace is extremely poor quality because there is no way to camouflage it. I used powder, I used concealer, I used my liquid foundation but nothing works. I wore the wig and was very embarrassed because you could see the lace at the center of my hairline. No amount of products used would hide it. Also, the hair gets puffy! The couple of times I wore it, by the end of the day, it was 'big'. I put product in it a couple of times to calm it down, but that did not seem to help. This purchase was an epic fail!! I wish I could get my money back. Run from this wig. It is horrible!Tracey B.

The wig I got came with a huge bald spot in the front. When I tried to return it for an exchange, I was told it wasn’t in new/unused condition. The only thing I did was take the wig out of the box and I still had the two cardboard pieces that cane in the box all of which I shipped back. This is the WORST service I have ever received from an online store. It obvious that customers actually being able to use the product that they payed $40 of their money for isn’t a concern to this company. I couldn’t spent that $40 on so many other things but I’ll just make sure to never buy from here again.Breanna S.

This unit mimics the softest and prettiest wand curls! There is no lace to cut, there's a comb at the front and one at the back. The unit had a medium sized cap with an adjustable strap attached. There was some shedding, but you should be cautious about brushing so as not to ruin the curl pattern(it becomes frizzy, lesson learned😂). It has a middle part. If that's not your thing, you could shift it to one side. Shifting it would mean you need to trim it so it lays evenly. I love how luscious these curls are and how glamorous this unit makes me feel!!!jewel.n

Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? Merchandise is of poor quality, cut-throat customer service. I am not happy and can't wear this wig. I refuse to exchange for a fee. I called to complain minutes it was delivered and I opened the package. Not won! Frustrating. I will not buy from this merchant again.Ruth

The color was nice on this wig, but I could not see how it would really look on me. I ordered the other mixed colored one, as well. I had to leave the cardboard attached. There is no way to see how I would look without a big piece of cardboard hanging from the wig. So, I guess I will never really know, since I returned both colors of this wig.Wynona

Well wasted my money yet again. The photo looks like a nice short wig. Once i opened it. there as a dead bug right on the top. Which means it was killed in transit. the wig has 10 times more hair than the wig in the photo. I can’t even wear it!! I Wasted my money!! Tried to trim it. it looked even worse. I loved this wig so much! I wore it with the part to the side like in the pic and I'm a natural brunette, so it was a great add to my costume. Never lost shape. And was big enough for my giant noggin! Worth the price for sure!Anonymous

I absolutely love this wig! Normally, I take off some of the length, cutting it above my shoulders. I left this one the way it is. The curls are fluffy and pretty. I will definitely be re-ordering.Robin

This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. Would probably have to thin and cut that into layers – it is very pretty but no one goes around with a big chunk of hair hanging down like that all day. All of the hair on the cap is geared to go absolutely FORWARD, not sure why. It is something that would have to be worked out with heat, water and product. 4. Cap construction – Not super comfortable. Again, this is all new to me so maybe I am doing something wrong. I am using a wig grip so not sure if that adds to my discomfort. I will say that the seams around the mono part are thick and itchy. I would rather a whole mono top or a basic cap, rather than that seamed bit. Too much going on in the cap. So – if you are a regular wig wearer, this style will probably work for you; I am just not use to all these itches and things going on my head. Sort of like a pretty but uncomfortable underwire bra – you can deal but can't wait to get it off at the end of the day – that is how it feels for me. If this had the cap of the Sincerely Yours, I would have found my piece. Again, not sure if I am returning or not, but it is so expensive for me, for them not to be spot on. I need something that looks like ME and I can wear every day and it looks like normal, non-poufy, non-shiny hair and isn't going to rub my ear or itch my head, etc. I am probably hoping for too much. 🙁LJT

Cap is so comfortable. I had to cut on the bangs a little because they went directly into my eyes. However! The color more than made up for it. The eggplant shade is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the fall season! If your bio hair is or was brown and you are looking for brown yet with a twist of pow…. Choose this color! I have yet to be disappointed with the Raquel Welch brand wigs. Thank you Wigstudio1 for always getting my orders to me in such a timely manner. Makes me so happy to know an order is heading my way. I just wish I had discovered wigs many years ago when I started losing my bio hair would have saved me many tears when I was buying every product out there to get my hair back. I‘m a huge Raquel Welch wigs fan, it’s my favorite brand. And I had my eyes on this style for a while and think the stock photo looks fabulous. But it’s my first and last style in regular synthetic. I love the True2Life HD fibers by Raquel Welch, they look and feel like human hair. But these are just extremely shiny and it has a lot of hair! The color Glazed Sand is really nice and the lace front on this style is impeccable, and as this was my first unrooted color, it’s even better and more undetectable than the rooted colors. But everyone tells me that this style looks like an old woman and I‘m just too young to look that old… 😅 Of course Wigstudio1 is not to blame, their service was first class, as always!Sarah C.

This is one of the prettiest & sexiest wigs I've bought in a long time. She's very cute & sassy. I've had wonderful responses from people I met 6 weeks ago in a therapy center I've been put in for a broken leg and will be here probably another 2 months. When you're brought in of course everyone wants to know how old you are. The average guess was 48-49. I needed a great boost at this time, going to be gone so long from home & seeing no family. Totally give this a5 star rating! I ordered a few of these in the color p613 Parting space is excellent however you may need to make more baby hairs to get that natural look! The longevity of this wig : so far I’ve been wearing it DAILY for 2 weeks I’ve experienced no shedding, no tangling at all, it’s been washed once and I’m wearing it again! It’s a must have wig for the summer, what may look like a lot of hair, really can’t feel it on my head, very breathable! It’s also a cap that would fit those with bigger heads! I give this a 5 star for sure! I have Alopecia and need to wear a wig daily! This unit is full,the waves are beautiful, it’s been 2 weeks of wearing it daily and has had a wash! No tangling! No shedding! I’ve had to spritz it with cool water only to tame down the puffiness . The only con I had was I wish there were more baby hairs, but you can always create your own! I now have 3 of these and will be ordering in other colors for the fall. This wig cap is also big head friendly for those that have a bigger size head mine is quite the small size. The wig may be full but it’s quite light weighted so it’s perfect for me in this hot summer!Lisa

I bought this in OET1B/DGREY initially. I didn't really like the color on me, but the quality of the wig can't be denied. After washing, it comes right back to style, no curling needed. I bought a second one in a better color and I'm completely happy with it.Kimberly W.
