Nora is a delightful fluff and go style with waves and almost curls. I got it in color 38, which is light ash brown with grey. It is supposed to be light ash brown with 25 percent grey (it seems a bit more than that;) It would be nice if Paula Young had at least one style featured in this color. The ash brown is very close to my natural color (a bit lighter) but Nora has more grey than I do personally. Nora arrived smelling absolutely wretched; I almost gagged when I opened the box. I had to wash the wig immediately. I used Paula Young shampoo. I thought I detected the (fumigant?) odor even after the wash, but when Nora dried, she no longer smelled. When I first put her on after she'd dried she was not pretty and the curls were mashed against the cap. I shook her vigorously and then took a wide tooth comb and really brought the fibers up off the cap. I wasn't rough, but I was deliberate in going over the entire wig to revive the fibers. I was able to achieve a style very similar to the catalog photo. In my photos, Nora has a more shag-like appearance, but once on she can be fluffed to the rounded silhouette of the catalog photo. Nora fits my 22.25 inch head comfortably and could be adjusted to go even a bit larger, or smaller. I find the fibers dry to the touch and just a bit coarser than my own very fine hair (although Nora's fiber does not look coarse.) Nora is comfortable to wear and an adorable style that goes with dressy as well as casual outfits. If you are prepared to spend a few moments waking Nora up after you first get her home, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at her fluff and go versatility. When this DANCE wig and COLOR ME EXQUISITE wigs arrived, upon removing them from the box they were cute, and the colors were pretty and the best thing they had going for them, However, they didn't look much like the ones the models in the pictures wore. And there is too much perma tease or "fluff" to them. They had really no style to them at all. Especially in the front, just couldn't do much with them. And didn't want to try since being careful with them is a must when trying them on. Very disappointed with these wigs. In my humble opinion they were not great and not keepers. So I am returning them and probably won't buy anymore wigs again. Sorry PY but your wigs need to be lighter weight, lay nicer, (some of us like a bit flatter style) far less perma tease or fluff, easier to wear right out of the box…Thanks anyway…Juanita
I am completely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered two of this wig because I really like the look of the style in the picture. The wigs I received will not comb into the style shown. The top is spiked and will only stand straight up and the bangs stick straight out and will not lay nicely against the forehead. I tried to tame it down with wig spray and hair gel but it won't lay down. The top hair stands straight up and the bangs stick straight out. The wig will not comb into a nice smooth pixie like the picture shows. I would not recommend a person buy this wig unless you want spiked hair that stands straight up at the top of your head and bangs that stick straight out at your forehead. This is my first wig and I love it!!! My hair was getting harder and harder to style as I got older and I just no longer wanted to spend the time each morning getting ready……nothing best being ready to go in 10 minutes…make-up and all!!! Unless I tell them otherwise……….everyone thinks I just styled my hair different and lightened it. I ordered the Shaded Sun color and with the darker roots it looks completely natural. My own Mother did not even know it was a wig!! I use the nylon wig cap and barretts to pin up the back of my hair which is about 5 inches long on my neck. The cap is light and once I get it positioned correctly it is very comfortable and airy which is important here in south Texas. I will most definitely be ordering another KRIS………………maybe this time in the dark red with the dark brown roots!!! I received my Kris wig today and could not wait to do a review because I am in love with this wig. It is so light and full of body. It is great for summer. I had seen some reviews on youtube and it looked so full of body and mine is just the same. Of course, it is thinner and lighter than my Allure wig and that is a good thing for summer. I will wear my allure wigs in Autumn and Winter and keep this cutie for summer. I do have a few Winner wigs by Raquel Welch that I do wear during summer but they are a little bit too short and the cap is too small for an average size.. I bought this wig because it was a synthetic/ human hair blend and I thought it would last longer than a regular synthetic wig but boy was I wrong. I started wearing this wig on January 17th 2022 and it didn't even last a month before the nape started getting frizzy and sticking up in the back ( total give away that your wearing a wig) I really had high hopes for this one but was horribly disappointed! The hair on the top of the wig is lovely but Envy put cheap, horrible synthetic hair at the nape. You would think they would have learned a few things by now & would put human hair at the nape. This Emma wig didn't even last as long as a regular synthetic and was much more expensive. My bio hair is very curly, so when I saw Kaitlyn I knew I had to try her out. The trouble with this style is that the curl pattern/tightness/density DOES vary from piece to piece, so if you don't like the piece you receive, send it back for a different one. I wish I could have done that with mine – it was likely a return, and I can see why: the curls are loose and droopy and sad and sporadic. Sadly, it's a closeout item, so I'm stuck with my decision. (Absolutely NO shade to WigStudio1 – they're fabulous. This is all on me.) I'm going to wash her and see if that will perk up the curl pattern, and if it doesn't, there's always headbands! Just go into your purchase knowing you may not get the wig of your dreams on the first try. Purchased in chocolate caramel as you see in the photos. I’m a natural dark brunette and it works perfect. I also have a 23 inch head and this still fit me since the cap has a nice stretch. Stays on perfect with a velvet wig grip. Love the natural looking curls, the windblown messy look, and the sort of ***** nature of this wig. The short pixie back is a little different than what I’m used to since I’ve never had a wig that is short in the back and long on top. It takes a little getting used to. Overall I can say it’s comfortable, looks natural, and is super fun. Not sure I would do this as an every day wig but with these curly wigs they are great for a fun night out, a weekend ball game, that kind of thing. Average size, but has 2 velcro adjustable tabs in case your head is a little smaller. this wig is not in the color shown in the catalog picture. the actual color is circled in blue, 18 – light ash brown. i didnt take a picture of it because it is still new in the box. but the style is allure. nwt. original box. synthetic – dont use hair dryer or curling iron or straightener. washable. these wigs dont hurt your head or make you hot, and dont blow off in the wind!

This is a gorgeous wig. The hair is divine. Beautiful color and curls. You cant help running your fingers through it. The style is a tad dated, sort of like a style out of the sixties when you ratted the top of your hair to get that all important height. Needless to say , I will wear it in all its glory and imagine myself in one of those old movies. Ahh, which one?Ellymay

I COULDNOT STYLE IT AT ALL I HAD TO SENF IT BACK, AND LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THE SHIPPING COSTS.NERY DISSAPOINTED CAUSE I HAVE TO SEND BACK AT LEAST 2 OUT OF 3 ADELIADE WIGS WHIC IS MY FAVORITE.
