I am new to wig-wearing. My bio hair is about 75% gray, and I do have a full head of hair that I keep cut in a very short style. I decided to start wearing wigs because I wanted more variety in hair styles as well as colors. Winner was a good choice for me lengthwise to start my wig-wearing-journey. However, I wish I had been much bolder in my initial color and length range. Since then I've warmed up to taking more risks. Winner (average) is a bit large for my head. I now own three Flirt Alert wigs, this is my absolute favorite for several reasons. I wear my wigs every day, all day. I need a wig that holds up well to daily use. I find the tangling and matting of the longer wigs to be unbearable! Well let me tell you…flirt alert holds up well!! I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. Hi, I have been purchasing this Shannon wig for 8yrs now and have "Never" been dis-appointed! The Shannon wig is not only durable for daily wear and holds up very well wash after was it also, is my go to wig for a quick updo for special occasions!!! My color of choice is Wheat Rooted because I have fair skin and green eyes and boy does this rooted color make my eyes pop!!! For some reason unknown to doctors when I was just 24yrs old I lost all my hair over a span of 8 months and battling cervical cancer as well! As a young woman I was devastated and experiencing depression, chemo was brutal to say the least. I had a young family to raise and had to hold down a high pressure job where personal appearances mattered!!! So needless to say I was forced into buying those old fashioned bulky and ugly wigs. Then came the more natural looking wigs that were way over priced. All I can say is thank you Wig.com and Paula Young for making such durable cute and chic looking wigs at such affordable prices!!! I also, have purchased Avery wig and Nola wig and I'm currently deciding to purchase the new Sloane wig (if you haven't checked out any of these wigs, please do so)!!! The "Special Bonus" is all of these wigs are "Versa Fiber Wigs" as well as Heat Friendly. This is key to all of the wigs I have mentioned being extremely durable shampoo after shampoo & conditioner to holding up so well!!! You can stick your head near the oven when cooking, take a walk on a hot and or humid day, sunbathe etc..etc and all of these wigs will hold up to all of what I just mentioned! Of course don't forget to purchase the correct wig shampoo, wig spray conditioner and wig spray found on both Wig.com and Paula Young. I now own three Flirt Alert wigs, this is my absolute favorite for several reasons. I wear my wigs every day, all day. I need a wig that holds up well to daily use. I find the tangling and matting of the longer wigs to be unbearable! Well let me tell you…flirt alert holds up well!! She is soft and silky, bouncy and beautiful…the 4 inch nape keeps her from matting…I get so many compliments when I wear her. The other day, a woman got out of her car and was screaming across the parking lot wanting to know where I get my hair done because she wanted hers done like mine! LOL! I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. I've played around with a few styles, staying mostly with bobs, which was close to my hairstyle before chemo and I was comfortable with. I decided to take the plunge and go for a shorter, easier style and came upon Advanced French. Ordered in a lighter color (RL 14/22, Pale Golden Wheat) as my own hair is mostly white and a golden blonde. The wig came and it immediately seemed to brighten my face and is a very youthful style, not that at 64 yrs. I want to look like a kid, but every little bit helps. I had it on when the husband came home from work and he didn't have to say anything for me to know he approved. Its fun, easy and for a short style, has some styling options. Just received my Big Deal in Shaded Biscuit. She was out of stock for a while, so I jumped on this order when she became available again, and I'm so glad I did! The fibers are silky soft with los of swingy, natural movement. She's comfortable and can go from daytime to evening easily. Big Time and Upstage are about the longest lengths I'll wear; anything longer jus doesn't look like me. I'm petite, for reference. Also, I have only brushed this wig upside down before putting it on. I received my order I am not happy with my order! The color was supposed to be a mix! The wig is black with platinum … I ordered a blonde mix. I have tried numerous times to make contact, no luck! Finally after numerous occasionally I receive an email to return the wig with tags attached. I made the best of the wig, I’m not happy with the color at all. I really like the style the color was false advertisement. I can’t sent the wig back tag has been removed. Took forever to arrive… color wasn’t right but needed the style last weekend! I used to wear this unit regularly back in the day. I reordered for old times' sake, and since I've been wearing short hair a lot lately, but it's just not what I remembered. First of all, it's thin af. I know it's short hair but a little more density would be nice. Secondly, it has a cone shape at the crown! And I know it was the wig, my braids are small and lay flat, plus the other wig from another brand that I ordered fit flawlessly. I'm taking a loss on coins and time here (I live overseas). Disappointed with Sensationnel.

I have alopecia areata and have been wearing wigs for about a decade. I’ve worn synthetic and human, but lately I’m leaning toward synthetic because of how easy and comfortable they are. I received Willow in 8RH14 this weekend and have had some time to play around with it. My overall impression of this wig is very positive. The cap feels amazing, the lace front is incredibly well done, and this is probably the most realistic wig I’ve owned in quite some time. The Willow wig by Jon Renau is a mid-length lob with a very subtle curl pattern. It also has a very light and realistic density. I find the style is similar to Clair, but much loser waves and much lower density. To me, this is a great everyday wig because of how casual the curls are. It doesn’t look like you’ve been spending hours on your hair- it’s very natural. I think because of this, some will love it and some will dislike it. Personally I’ve been looking for a mid-length everyday style with waves, so this style is perfect for me. There is a time and place for the Heidi’s and Giselle”s, but sometimes you just want a natural, everyday look without the permatease and overly done curls. After seeing a review on YouTube on this wig I decided to go for it and omg I love this wig. I trimmed it to fit my personal preference but otherwise she's perfect. Looks like real hair so much that even someone that know I wear wigs though it was my real hair that I just got done. She couldn't believe i was wearing a wig. The Faux scalp it great. The texture is realistic to realistic hair. The colors are so beautifully mixed and natural looking. I absolutely adore this wig, in fact I’m ordering another one because I love it so much. I wouldn’t pay full price for this wig ($75) but at less than $40 it’s definitely worth it. It looks so real! I get compliments every time I wear it. I will say tho, it does tangle pretty bad at the back, but very little shedding and it’s super thick and the texture is perfect.Aj

This wig looks really good. The full lace is not the clear scalp looking lace, it is black netting. TI really like this wig. It's very curly, and l ooks different from this picture. Don't be afraid to brush those curls loose. This one has plenty of hair, so there are no gaps like the daisy has. The black netting makes it looks like your roots are black, but it would be great if it came with a lighter base (netting/lace)I really like the Lindsey. This is my favorite summer wig. It's light weight, natural looking and very manageable–just cut the lace and go. I usually order about 3 at a time because this unit can be hard to find at a reasonable price on some sites. Only con is that it doesn't last very long–you may be able to get a month of wear but that's stretching it
