Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. This wig is so wonderful! I literally was able to cut the extra lace off and put it on! It laid flat. The hair part looks so natural, no need for makeup unless you’d prefer a darker look. The lay of the hair is “butta” so smooth. The color is amazing, it matches so well with my skin tone. The wig has three clips; one on both sides and one in the back. The only drawback for me is it does not have a band to add more stay security. My head is a bit small, so I need that extra support. This wig turned so many heads. I originally ordered this because of a fantastic YouTube review . It didn’t live up to my expectations. Pros the hair is soft , nice and I’ve received so many compliments. It’s so long too !! Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I’ve worn real hair for years, so I’ve found that stying synthetic hair is a little different, but this Swiss lace turned out to be easy to work with & melt just fine. When I wear the 1b color people think it’s all my hair. I’m trying the burgundy and copper colors to see if I like as much as the darker tones. Minimal shedding typical for synthetic hair. Arrived via USPS in very good condition, with normal time frame for USPS. The wig was easy to put on and take off. There were instructions for all of my purchase. I lost my hair within 6 days due to chemotherapy, so the helpful instructions were appreciated. The wig was similar to the online photo, but less curly, and that was a slight disappointment. Oh my gosh. I can now stop shopping for the wig that suits me in every way as I have found it in the Jamie Lynn! I have had short hair for almost 13 years and wanted something more youthful, easy to wear and comfortable. I have always wanted hair that was a beautiful blonde (mine is more dish-water blonde) but didn't want to spend the $ or the time at the hair salon. I am tired of short hair but not 100% comfortable in long hair as I am 62 years old (at least not to wear on a daily basis – nights out perhaps). I love this mid-length style and the layers are to-die-for! Girls, it is absolutely beautiful right out of the box; all I had to do was have my hairdresser trim the bangs a bit. I purchased the Wheat Rooted and it is so natural looking with swingy layers and beautiful highlights, and the dark roots add the natural look. My sister saw it for the first time and she was blown away! I have never worn wigs before and am approaching retirement, wanted to change my look a bit and have a simpler beauty routine. My first ever wig purchase was a bust! I was hopeful that I would love them (I bought 2) when they arrived. Very professional packaging. Once I gave the wig a little shake and let everything settle,i prepared to put on. My best friend orders your wigs all the time but hers are all a light brown or blonde and she recommended getting the “rooted” colors. Mine was flame rooted so I was expecting a deeper shade of red. This is a deep brown and black at the roots, which to me looks VERY unnatural. I’ve had auburn hair most of my life but never those kind of roots! I was borderline in sizing and know now that I should have ordered a large because even after adjusting the Velcro it still did not sit well on my head. I LOVE IT!! I ordered the Jamie Lynn wig in the color Buttered Toast Rooted (code: SF10/26#6) after seeing a wig review on You Tube, and I'm so glad I did! I have nothing but positive things to say about this wig. Not only is the style adorable and the color absolutely stunning, but it's light and super comfortable! Once I put it on, it felt like I wasn't even wearing a wig. I am an average/large circumference (22 1/2 inches), and this wig fit me beautifully and even better than the more expensive wigs in my collection. The fibers are soft, silky, and natural looking. The Buttered Toast Rooted ( SF10/26#6) color is perfect and goes well with my cool skin tone and my green eyes. This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. Would probably have to thin and cut that into layers – it is very pretty but no one goes around with a big chunk of hair hanging down like that all day. All of the hair on the cap is geared to go absolutely FORWARD, not sure why. It is something that would have to be worked out with heat, water and product. 4. Cap construction – Not super comfortable. Again, this is all new to me so maybe I am doing something wrong. I am using a wig grip so not sure if that adds to my discomfort. I will say that the seams around the mono part are thick and itchy. I would rather a whole mono top or a basic cap, rather than that seamed bit. Too much going on in the cap. So – if you are a regular wig wearer, this style will probably work for you; I am just not use to all these itches and things going on my head. Sort of like a pretty but uncomfortable underwire bra – you can deal but can't wait to get it off at the end of the day – that is how it feels for me. If this had the cap of the Sincerely Yours, I would have found my piece. Again, not sure if I am returning or not, but it is so expensive for me, for them not to be spot on. I need something that looks like ME and I can wear every day and it looks like normal, non-poufy, non-shiny hair and isn't going to rub my ear or itch my head, etc. I am probably hoping for too much. 🙁LJT

I‘m a huge Raquel Welch wigs fan, it’s my favorite brand. And I had my eyes on this style for a while and think the stock photo looks fabulous. But it’s my first and last style in regular synthetic. I love the True2Life HD fibers by Raquel Welch, they look and feel like human hair. But these are just extremely shiny and it has a lot of hair! The color Glazed Sand is really nice and the lace front on this style is impeccable, and as this was my first unrooted color, it’s even better and more undetectable than the rooted colors. But everyone tells me that this style looks like an old woman and I‘m just too young to look that old… 😅 Of course Wigstudio1 is not to blame, their service was first class, as always!Sarah C.

I have a Girl Mono in color Light Bernstein Rooted. Totally in love, it's a very curly piece. You can create a lot of texture if you spritz the hair with water and then some conditioning spray, scrunch the hair and let it dry without touching it until it's really fully air-dried. I never comb this one, to keep the curls nice, but I can imagine she can easily be tamed down. I styled her a little different from the model, by pulling the bangs forward. A versatile style. I think this wig is a nice short wig suitable for girls and women of all ages. She's just cute! I have a 22.5" head, a long face and a long neck. Most wig reviewers have very petite heads/faces I noticed, so on me, she is a lot shorter than on most people I've seen on the internet, but really super cute. So even if you're not a petit headed person, I say: give this one a try!Laura
So I mainly got this wig as an alternate to my Ellen Wille Elite in Sand mix. My bio hair is naturally wavy, but sometimes I would straighten it, and I had kept it about this length bob as well. I was hoping Girl Mono could be the wavy sister to the straight Elite and I could alternate between the two without screaming "hey, I'm wearing different wigs", and they would be similar to how I would wear my bio hair, alternating between natural and straightened. I will say the cut of this wig is growing on me. Out of the box it looked a bit awkward on, but brushing out the waves and making the bangs lay better I think helped me. I like the cap construction, and it is very light, exactly what I would expect from Ellen Wille. I am disappointed in the color a bit, which is why I give this only 4 stars. I really wish they had more color options for this style. I ordered Sandy Blonde Rooted, and I knew from the description it would have a visible root, but I don't like how dark it actually is. I like the cool blonde, and it is comparable to Sand mix, I just don't like the roots being so dark. Also from the description I think champagne rooted roots are just as dark, and I didn't want a warm blonde like caramel rooted, so I guess I'm stuck with this color choice. I'm keeping the wig, and I will wear it, I'm just not fully thrilled with the color, but there really isn't much of a choice.Brittany
