I really thought I would like this wig, I played around with it to see if I would change my mind, but No. First of all the dark roots on a medium blonde was too drastic. I thought the roots might be lighter but they were very dark, almost black, it made me look like an unmade bed. I Never have dark roots on my own hair, it makes a person look unkept. This is a really lovely wig with a gorgeous curl pattern. Love the TOB lace fronts, and this does not disappoint. However it has a lot of permatease and was quite 'poofy' straight out of the box, but after the first wash it mostly relaxed and now looks more natural. This is the sort of style that would flatter most face shapes I think. The cap is slightly big on my petite-average head, but still fairly secure and very comfortable. For reference, my circumference is 21.5 inches and 13 inches both ear-to-ear and front-to-back. I think it would be a perfect fit for a true average head size. The colour Hot-Cocoa is a nice neutral brown with no red tones. The colour swatch is a good representation of it. If you don't mind the pillowy permatease and lack of monofilament, I recommend Isla as a fun and sassy everyday wig.S. G.

This is the most expensive wig I've ever purchased and I have learned that you really do get what you pay for. The fine hair texture feels lovely and moves beautifully. The lace front is the most natural-looking one I've ever seen but I did trim a few thin, wispy, bangs for complete confidence. The color Rooted Blonde is perfect for me. As with all blonde shades, there was a little too much sheen for my taste but it was easily dulled with a spritz of dry shampoo and a light dusting of powder.
