I have 100% hair loss and a sensitive scalp. I bought this one to wear around the house with a thick cotton liner on those days when I need a break from the adhesives I use with my 100% hand tied wigs. It's a great style. I wish it came in a 100% hand tied version WITHOUT that cone-head "bump" on the crown that's so unnatural. Since it's a wear-away-from-the-face style, the lace front should be ear-to-ear instead of just the crown. Please find a more comfortable lace because the standard is itchy. The Glazed Strawberry bills itself as a "light red" but it reads as brown. I wish more wig manufacturers offered light reds that look honestly red, not brown, not orange/ginger, but real red strawberry blonde with blonde streaks. I've been wearing this wig for two weeks now. I adore it. It was super easy to cut into layers. I have very thick coarse hair. After a relaxer, my hair and this unit are the same texture. The hair is light and flows nicely. Others have said it's very long. It is long, but ss mentioned previously styles and cuts very easy. I've had some tangling in the back, but the tangles are easily removed with a brush. I have not noticed any shedding with the hair. The combs in the front and back are lengthy and very secure. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. It was okay. It lasted for about 2-3 weeks. Didn’t really tangle up fast. I liked it better in a number 2. The 1b fits my hair color exactly, but the quality of it for some reason just wasn’t as good as the number 2 color. Idk why. Just my opinion. This piece seemed very promising but the pieces do not have much security. You will need to add Bobby pins to make it feel somewhat secure. Additionally the back piece is huge and doesn’t sit on the back of my head right. It feel like a large hat is fallIng off my head in the back. Even when I put my ponytail to the front of my head, the back piece feels so big and baggy. I just wear the ponytail and not the back piece. Luv the wave pattern, and the hair is really soft, not tangly like UD-4 or sheddy like UD-1. Good cap construction, comfy fit. I purchased in color 1 which is super black and wore with a headband since my edges are not super black (1b is more natural black). These up/down 4-n-1’s are real convenient. Love the texture of UD11…reminds me of a relaxer or press blowout – it’s real soft with body and fullness, but lightweight with a realistic sheen. When I wear the 1b color people think it’s all my hair. I’m trying the burgundy and copper colors to see if I like as much as the darker tones. Minimal shedding typical for synthetic hair. About the site: I dont think the color ‘swatches' are enough to determine color and they should provide actual full photos of each color. Or at least have a link to a universal color key. I had no idea what T4/27 even means. Can someone explain why don’t they they at least tell you what color the model has on in the photo? About the wig: I ordered several of these because I was unclear about the colors. The T4/27 is mostly a brassy gold / copper color, some dark undertones at the root, but not enough to blend with my dark brown natual hair. In general the curls were not as defined at the photo. It's a lot of hair and I had to shape mine to my face and cut it slightly. Not sure how long it will last (I suspect two weeks with daily wear) before I toss it. I normally order these bulk once a year. Because online is always cheaper and I don't have to worry about driving store to store looking for it. Could not find this wig anywhere. Since December 2019 all stores have been sold out. Decided to try this shop. I'll admit I was extremely skeptical. Especially since I never did get an answer to an email I sent them. And I noticed they have multiple business names that share the same address and marketing. I thought it may not be name brand or would otherwise not be the real Vanessa wig. But I got them today. I've been wearing this wig for two weeks now. I adore it. It was super easy to cut into layers. I have very thick coarse hair. After a relaxer, my hair and this unit are the same texture. The hair is light and flows nicely. Others have said it's very long. It is long, but ss mentioned previously styles and cuts very easy. I've had some tangling in the back, but the tangles are easily removed with a brush. I have not noticed any shedding with the hair. The combs in the front and back are lengthy and very secure. My go to. Looks so natural. Everyone thinks it's my real hair. Even when the hair starts looking rough, I put a flat iron on it and boom, back to normal. This lasted maybe two weeks wearing it everyday before I put the flat iron on it.
