I'm a die-hard Haunted Mansion fan and will generally snap up any HM merch, but this item has a lot of problems and is overall a huge disappointment. The face isn't fitted well over the inner machinery, so it looks like her face is smashed and she's chewing on her lips. The hair doesn't stay in place well and if a piece of it slips over her face it'll be there forever because you can't open the unit to fix it. Sure, she speaks all the phrases, but there are cooler, higher quality toys that do the same. But the worst part about this item is the markup. This is selling at other stores for less than a third of what Michael's is charging. (!) Do they not think that HM fans will see these on other websites? Truly love this Madam Leota crystal ball animated prop. Good size and a decent replica. If your a big fan of Disney's Haunted Mansion, then this is definitely for you, a must have really. 4 stars for small complaints, unfortunately mine seems to bite her bottom lip and one side of her hair is covering part of her face. Honestly, I'm not really impressed. It's literally made out of yarn and the yarn pieces fall off really easily. My daughter is very petite and had a tiny head and it honestly doesn't fit that well on her. She constantly has to keep adjusting it. I got this doll around Christmas time and I absolutely love it. She has such a classic chic style, her laptop is adorable too. Mine came with a lot of hair frizz which I could not fix even though I am a experienced doll youtuber and I fix their hair all the time . After washing her hair and doing everything else her ponytail looks a little thin compared to her stock photos.
