If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. I have purchased this wig from you many times. It has always been my favorite and I have received many compliments when wearing it. So when the website said ‘final sale’, I wasn’t concerned because I was so familiar with this style. But when I put it on, it was not the usual fullness. The ends were so thin that they didn’t style! I called customer service and was told it is a different manufacturer and no return because it’s a final sale. Now I have to spend another $50.00 to get it cut and styles just so that it’s wearable. I really like this Raquel upstage wig. Lots of ways to style, love the lace front, mono top and the color I chose. Shaded ice pumpkin spice. Plus it's heat friendly. I washed it once so far and put a clip on the back wig tag and hung it upside down in my shower, it dried quickly. A personal choice for me was to use got2be in the black tube to hold also a velvet wig band to prevent slippage. I would definitely buy it again, but I'm also wanting to try Untold Story by Raquel. I also like the color firey copper. Use only products made for heat friendly synthetic wigs and a round air brush on low to style. I would give 5 stars but the lace ftont doesn't lay flat without a bit of work and got2be glue.Cathy
I absolutely LOVE Upstage Petite by Rachel Welch. It is perfect right out of the box. I won't even get bangs cut in this one (and I always wear bangs – LOL). The texture is soft and the density is just right. The color is beautiful (Iced Mocha). The cap size is very small – even for a Petite. I had to loosen the straps all the way out, otherwise it was too tight. But, I do have long hair that I wear up in a mesh wig cap – so maybe it would be OK for someone with very fine short hair.Erin W.

Product was fine, good quality, nicely packaged, and arrived in a timely manner. Pricing was so reasonable for a family with limited resources. However, the suction catheters were ordered in the hope of using them for oral suctioning, but the 14s an 16s are a bit small for thick oral mucous. Thus, we could have used a larger size. Wish we had ordered large,r and with your prices being so good, it isn't worth the postage to send them back. Yankauers have been used but they are too difficult to get into the mouth due to jaw fixation. Our friend has ALS and the flexible catheters with a valve are being used both for routine oral care and to keep the mouth clear of excessive saliva.

After seeing a review on YouTube on this wig I decided to go for it and omg I love this wig. I trimmed it to fit my personal preference but otherwise she's perfect. Looks like real hair so much that even someone that know I wear wigs though it was my real hair that I just got done. She couldn't believe i was wearing a wig. The Faux scalp it great. The texture is realistic to realistic hair. The colors are so beautifully mixed and natural looking. Doesn't look like a wig does usually with highlights how they are usually symmetrical straightened across. I'm in love with this one. Definitely reccomend!Bri

I absolutely adore this wig, in fact I’m ordering another one because I love it so much. I wouldn’t pay full price for this wig ($75) but at less than $40 it’s definitely worth it. It looks so real! I get compliments every time I wear it. I will say tho, it does tangle pretty bad at the back, but very little shedding and it’s super thick and the texture is perfect.Aj
