If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. This item is awful! Not at all like the cute style & cut shown. Not as many layers as shown, the back was longer than shown and very uneven. Fit was terrible. Once adjusted to fit snug, the top of the wig sat well above the top of my head with over an inch of space between the top of my head the wig giving it a ridiculous puffy look on top. I should have known to not take a chance on this, but it really looked cute in the photo. I really, really wanted to like this wig. The color was perfect, loved the style and the hair was realistic looking. I don't think anyone would realize it's a wig. I put the wig on and adjusted the fit, pulling the tabs for my ears in place and getting it set with my hair line. Then I started playing with the hair and that's when I realized the crown and back of the wig weren't touching my head. I took it off and tried pulling the tabs at the nape of the wig a little tighter, didn't help. I tried to re-adjust the fit but it was where it was supposed to be, I couldn't pull it down or my forehead would be gone. I do have a small head and fine hair which is getting thinner. Hats are always too big for me. I realize this is made for the average person. Too bad this line of wigs doesn't have a smaller size option.kansascindy
To begin the hair quality is just not there at all and the styling in the front was way off and constantly in my eyes. Most disturbing was the cap size and quality… stretched out so fast I could not get a snug fit anymore, got loose and way too big for my head. Just not what I expected for the price. Will never buy that brand again. I don't know which heads they design these for, maybe for women with a full head of long hair? I would not recommend this product at all! The hair was a strange texture and the wig overall was very bulky. I had to throw it out and purchase a new wig. The photo I uploaded is when I tried to style it by pinning some pieces back. It was even worse in its natural state.giadima24

My hair has been thinning really bad on the sides and always wear my hair up, making my hair loss very visible. I don’t have money for hair implants and wanted something with immediate results and Toppiks hair building fibers was the perfect solution. It comes in a small bottle that has holes on the top, I just pour the powder into the cap and use a blush brush and brush it on the bald spots and along my hair line and it instantly looks like I have a full head of hair. I wish it came with some sort of brush but I’m sure every women has a brush they can use, I recommend a blush brush. I can’t rave about this product enough. It makes your bald spots instantly disappear and makes your hair super thick if you apply throughout the rest of your hair. This is a must have for anyone who has thinning hair , bald spots or just wants super thick hair. On a side note my brother suffers from the same problem and it worked amazing on him too. He has a shaved head like a buzz cut and I applied it along his hair line where there was recession and it instantly made me it look like he never lost any hair. Great for men & women.Ashleyk
This is my first time using this type of product so I really don’t have anything to compare to but there’s no need to try any other. This works great, matches my hair well, looks natural and is lightweight and doesn’t leave my hair stiff. There’s a variety of shades available to help you match your natural hair color. It’s better to match closer to your root if you normally color your hair. It’s applied by shaking it on thinning areas and then patting to disperse and distribute the fibers. It should be used on completely dry hair. I had a virus with high fever for days and about 6 weeks later, I started losing my hair by the handfuls. I lost about 60% of my hair. I had thinning throughout my entire scalp but it was especially noticeable around my temples/hairline at my forehead. I was frustrated and to the point of almost shaving my head because I was embarrassed. I wore hats and turbans to cover my balding spots. A person in my support group recommended Toppik. I can’t say enough good things! I feel more myself, more confident, and am no longer hiding under a hat or turban. It’s easy to apply, lasts through the day, even when sweating. Aging and prescribed medications have caused my hair to thin out, leaving my scalp way too noticeable for my liking. I have tried several different products, but none were as effective or natural looking as Toppik. Application is so simple that I was able to cover the bare spots in less than a minute. The top of the container has super tiny holes, making it simple to sprinkle as little or as much product needed to camouflage the balding areas. At first I was skeptical that it would come out when I brushed my hair, but my concern was unfounded. No matter how many times I brushed my hair, Toppik remained in place. I even rubbed my head with a white paper towel to see if the light brown color of the fibers would bleed. I am happy to say there was absolutely none of the product on the paper towel. The product remained where I had applied it until I washed my hair. The 0.42 oz container holds enough product that I will be able to reapply multiple times after washing & drying my hair. An 18th century styled wig in white with an attached tie on the back. great to use for george washington, thomas jefferson, alexander hamilton and other founding fathers. complete your patriotic costume with this wig! wig styling tips do not use heated styling tools as this will damage synthetic fiber. cool temperature styling tools, plastic curlers, and hair spray are recommended. remove wig from packaging and also remove hair net. for loose, curly and wavy wigs, it is suggested that you hold wig upside down by the cap and shape to loosen and layer the fibers. this will also add fullness to your wig. add hair spray to hold if desired. this is not recommended for wigs that are pinned or tightly styled. remove tangles with your fingers and gentle brush your wig. the only exception is wigs that are very curly – don't attempt to brush them. if your wig if frizzy or has static cling you can use a dryer sheet to smooth down the fly away hairs. care instruction fill a basin with a mix of cool water (hot water can damage can damage your wig) and mild shampoo. leave wig to soak for 5 minutes. swirl your wig around in the water, but don't rub the fibers. rinse your wig under cool running water. shake excess water off your wig and spread on a towel to dry. alternatively, you can put it on a wig stand to air dry. brush your wig when it is completely dry and it is ready to wear again.

We quickly learned to wear gloves when handling these wigs to avoid undoing the curls. They were too small to cover a grown person's head (I can easily wear child sized hats, and this did not fit me).
