I ordered two of these wig styles. I wore the gray one to a mother's day brunch. As I was standing by my car, a lady called out Madia as she was passing by in her car. She thought I looked like the Tyler Perry character. I will never wear that wig again. The black one was designed with way too much hair. The hair does not fall correctly and it has too many layers. I tried it on, and it looked ridiculous. The wigs were supposed to be the exact same style, but they were not.Linda

Colour P99J/530. This was my first lace front human hair wig and I'm very pleased with my purchase. She was so soft when she came out of the box, but needed a lot of TLC after the first wear. After conditioning the wig and styling it, it's back to that baby soft feel and it's lasting more than one wear. The wig is a bit small for my head, which is on the big side, but a couple modifications and it fits perfectly. The colour and bounce are AMAZING. I get lots of compliments on this wig!Courtney M.

I was skeptical to purchase this particular 360 wig because of the price. My sister has one she paid $250.00 for. My Ebonyline 360 looks much better and she's so angry she hadn't heard about Ebonyline before her purchase from another company. She did eventually purchase from Ebonyline. I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I returned the same day I received it for a refund and I was told then it was a on sale and couldn't get a refund so not only poor quality, poor customer service. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture. Beautiful wig in GL14/22SS. This blonde shade is perfect for my natural brunette skin tone (light to medium neutral leaning toward warm). It's not too warm, nor is it too cool, and it doesn't wash me out. I discovered Gabor recently and love the hairline and softly shaded roots of the shaded shades. The hair is soft and fine. This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. Although I've never tried Raquel Welch's "Winner," Serving Style seems similar to the basic (non-Elite) version of that wig, with the addition of a lace front for off-the-face styling versatility. I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. Perfect color if you’re a brunette and you want to start going lighter and have it look natural. Will put a review on YouTube under “it’s a wonderful wig” since I love this so much. I previously purchased this item in a different color. I loved this wig and the fit. Unfortunately the new wig in different color will not fit. From front to back of crown is 1/2 inch bigger, ear tab across front to other ear tab is also 1/2 inch bigger, and crown to bottom is also 1/2 inch bigger. Wig can not be worn as it won't stay on my head. To return item costs me over $17.00, which I don't have extra funds for. It was marked as regular size, it's a jumbo!!! Have been wearing this wig for at least 8 yrs…and have tried many other styles, but this I’s my favorite and I keep returning. Have ordered MANY of this particular wig, and will continue. I recently received my Becky, and was so disappointed. The color was beautiful, but the hair was wild and straight. It looked like it had been harshly brushed out, and was very dry. I shook it , sprayed it with PY conditioner, but had to cut some bangs and wear it anyway, as I needed to return the beautiful, long Gayle, as it was too long and young looking for me at 74. I have worn PY wigs for many years due to thinning hair, and have only had a few disappointments, but lately have had with problems. I tried washing the Becky in PY shampoo, and conditioner , but the hair remained the same.Judy

If you love curls, then Becky's the girl for you! She's surprisingly lightweight and cool. She has a beautiful lace front that is not itchy at all and a mono part. I got Becky in the Swedish blonde which is a rooted color. It's beautiful and what you see in the picture is what you get. I've been a wig wearer everyday and all day for the past four years and can tell you that this is a great wig and the price is fantastic! I have a 21" circumference head so am a petite average and the fit and coverage is perfect for my smaller head!!! This makes me so happy as so many wigs are just too large for me. I would tell you to NOT comb through this wig but simply finger comb through and loosen up the curls when you first get her out of the box, otherwise you will definitely look like a "doll head." I wear claw clips to pull hair back, or headbands to change up the look and it all looks great! I've already ordered a second Becky and I'm sure it won't be my last!Cynthia

I have bought Trendsetter in gradient charcoal for some years now and have 8 of them, having the best ones for special occasions, average for every day, and the other one for work. Now I have received the ninth one, and am SO disappointed. No longer does Trendsetter have flicked up waves, it is half the thickness that it was, and it is straight with no bounce. Has anyone else had this experience? I believe they are being made more cheaply, or have been taken over by an inferior company who have no idea what Trendsetter is supposed to be. I chose Glazed Vanilla and Silver Mist. The style is very flattering and super easy to wear. You just shake it out, put it on, comb the bangs into place a go! I've been a blonde for years so enjoy the Glazed Vanilla for work. The Silver Mist is gorgeous. Since I'm all grey now, it's a fun weekend wig. The Trendsetter is very comfortable to wear. It has a light airy feel, like your own hair. I wear an average size and it's great, with easy adjustable straps if you need a tighter fit. Hi, I have been purchasing this Shannon wig for 8yrs now and have "Never" been dis-appointed! The Shannon wig is not only durable for daily wear and holds up very well wash after was it also, is my go to wig for a quick updo for special occasions!!! My color of choice is Wheat Rooted because I have fair skin and green eyes and boy does this rooted color make my eyes pop!!! For some reason unknown to doctors when I was just 24yrs old I lost all my hair over a span of 8 months and battling cervical cancer as well! As a young woman I was devastated and experiencing depression, chemo was brutal to say the least. I had a young family to raise and had to hold down a high pressure job where personal appearances mattered!!! So needless to say I was forced into buying those old fashioned bulky and ugly wigs. The "Special Bonus" is all of these wigs are "Versa Fiber Wigs" as well as Heat Friendly. This is key to all of the wigs I have mentioned being extremely durable shampoo after shampoo & conditioner to holding up so well!!! You can stick your head near the oven when cooking, take a walk on a hot and or humid day, sunbathe etc..etc and all of these wigs will hold up to all of what I just mentioned! Of course don't forget to purchase the correct wig shampoo, wig spray conditioner and wig spray found on both Wig.com and Paula Young. These accessories are really very important for proper wig care!!! Also, if you can afford it please splurge on a good wig stand and wig travel case, which are also found on Wig com. The color and style of this wig was absolutely beautiful! Great quality, great style, great price & would definitely recommend for gals that prefer darker colored hair. Unfortunately when I held this one up to my face, the color made me look completely washed out. I have started the return/exchange process for a blonde color. I have 100% hair loss and a sensitive scalp. I bought this one to wear around the house with a thick cotton liner on those days when I need a break from the adhesives I use with my 100% hand tied wigs. It's a great style. I wish it came in a 100% hand tied version WITHOUT that cone-head "bump" on the crown that's so unnatural. Since it's a wear-away-from-the-face style, the lace front should be ear-to-ear instead of just the crown. Please find a more comfortable lace because the standard is itchy. The Glazed Strawberry bills itself as a "light red" but it reads as brown. I wish more wig manufacturers offered light reds that look honestly red, not brown, not orange/ginger, but real red strawberry blonde with blonde streaks. Glazed Strawberry is nice but just too dark and too brown.Tish

Sorry for the long post. This wig is really nice and the hair with the rooted color looks just like real hair. I got the pecan delight rooted, it’s a dark brown root color with medium/light golden brown hair with some subtle golden blonde highlights blended in. Very close match to my real hair. Warning I did purchase another wig in pecan delight without the rooting and it just comes off too light, like a very light golden brown. Without the rooting I would go to the next shade darker or maybe even two. I did have two issues with the wig. They won’t stop me from buying another one. The first is that the wig I got was longer in length by a few inches and bulkier, a lot more hair, than in the photos. I did have to give the wig a trim and I did thin it out with thinning shears and it’s perfect. The second issue, which I know I played a huge contributing factor too, is that after fixing the wig to my liking, the ends are already dried out and frizzy. I did get rid of about 75% of that appearance out of the wig. I gently hand washed it and pat dried it just little so it wasn’t soaking wet. Gently combed it out with a wide toothed combed. Starting at the ends, I applied It’s a 10 leave in conditioner with a couple drops of a silicone based heat protection. I then lightly sprayed the wig with a coconut oil heat protectant spray. Gently combed through again and air dried it overnight on the open wire wig stand. I was amazed at the difference and it is holding up nicely.Debra

I wanted to love this wig but the only thing I did love was the color, Buttered Toast. I had searched for a mid length wavy wig and thot I had found it but sadly I just couldn’t get it to work. The back has tight curls but the sides were looser and the left side bangs were so long that I couldn’t do anything with it . I finally did clip it back but it just didn’t look right. I wish I hadn’t cut the tags off so that I could return it, but guess I’m stuck with it. Hopefully, I’ll figure out a way to fix the long bang, perhaps my hairdresser can help.Jeanne

The description states "Headband" while in actuality it's a scarf. It also has two combs (one in front, one in back) to attach the wig to the hair on your head. I have no hair. I would not have purchased this style had I known the correct specifications. Since I read the reviews about the poor customer service when requesting a refund I found a way to secure the wig to my bald head. That being said, the wig looks great and I love how the braids are finished with twists. The color works with my skin tone. I'm glad I was able to make it work and it will not end-up on my closet shelf.Shauna

I scarf tie is cumbersome. I thought it a stretched band and not a long loose tie. I love the braids but I don't care for the tie thing. If you were going to design it to tie consider the length.It's not long enough to wrap around and come back to the front. So there is a lot of the tie hanging down in the back. After I received my order it was apparent that the color was just not a good one for me. I had ordered two wigs, both the same color and found that in person they were just very fake and not a natural look at all. I sent them back and then after reading the instruction found that over half the amount I paid for them was to be deducted due to the various charges they put on returns. A few months ago, I ordered the "Alex" wig. I love it! I ordered a second one so that I would always have it ready. While the first one was – and stil is – perfect, the second one is straggly and sloppy looking. When I first took it out of the box and followed directions (shaking, etc,) it looked ok. I put it aside til I could get a styrofoam head. Once I put it on that, it showed itself. I cannot wear it. I have not worn it. Unfortunately, I did take the tag off when I thought it was going to be ok. Please take it back and send me one that looks like the first one.Rosemary

I received the wig in a couple of weeks of ordering..I tried it on but it kept slipping off my head. The velcro tapes were set to the tightest setting. I took the wig to my hairdresser thinking it should be cut as the style was so weird.. She told me to wash it first in fairly hot water so some of the crushing from shipping would come out.. Seriously after wearing it for 30 seconds it looked like I was a cone head!! The inside just above the bangs there is a circle of heavy knit capping.. Not the stretch lace like the rest of the wig liner is made from…This is advertised as a whisper lite wig?…My head dripped with sweat in a few minutes as it just does not breathe the same as my other wigs? My hairdresser suggested it not be cut but to somehow get it made smaller. I have Alopecia so have bought and worn wigs for some years. I have always had wigs come with a stretchy lace type liner with metal adjustable clips on the elastic straps. I live in Canada so not an option to return the wig with the high postage, tax paid and the exchange rate…. So I bought some crazy glue to cinch up the elastic tapes making them shorter.. that was a total mess as the glue did not adhere the same as my other many wigs have done when the elastic stretched out.. I then pinched the material together to sew it on each side to tighten to fit my head.. I have always worn an average size wig… This one with that hard thick cone or dome inside was something else!!! Why did I take the added expense of a hairdresser as well as buying the glue?? The color of the wig and the style now that I have the cap fitting properly suits me to no end!! I look stunning in it and it looks like my own hair. My hairdresser says it does not look at all like a wig….So I made all of these compromises! I suggest that they make this Wig in all sizes so we don't have to glue or sew our fingers trying to make them smaller than Average. I suggest that the Deluxe Soft Touch Grip be sold in a smaller size as wellBrenda

I’m always looking for a better style (I’m thinking).. just donated 23 #101 color/blonde spare-hairs. … now I’m wearing 60 color and building up my stash. Love this one. I received my Wren just before christmas and have been wearing it for about a month now. I needed to do some altering to make it wearable. It was very thick at the bottom so I thinned it abit jus from half of the lenght. I also made the part more visible by pulling out some hair. I notice this wig is very set, and not easy to style in different ways like I have done with other wigs. It has turned a little frizzy after a months wear. The color is r14/26h. I do like this color as a light brown/blonde. I do not like that there is not a slightly darker root and I do think that the alternative a root 4 is too dark for me. My solution is to make root with rootpowder. Works fine, but I would prefer a wig with root in color around 10 for this wig. All in all wig is ok, but nothing more. I will wear this wig still, but not a favorite I will reorder.Betsy

I have purchased this wig from you many times. It has always been my favorite and I have received many compliments when wearing it. So when the website said ‘final sale’, I wasn’t concerned because I was so familiar with this style. But when I put it on, it was not the usual fullness. The ends were so thin that they didn’t style! I called customer service and was told it is a different manufacturer and no return because it’s a final sale. Now I have to spend another $50.00 to get it cut and styles just so that it’s wearable. I really like this Raquel upstage wig. Lots of ways to style, love the lace front, mono top and the color I chose. Shaded ice pumpkin spice. Plus it's heat friendly. I washed it once so far and put a clip on the back wig tag and hung it upside down in my shower, it dried quickly. A personal choice for me was to use got2be in the black tube to hold also a velvet wig band to prevent slippage. I would definitely buy it again, but I'm also wanting to try Untold Story by Raquel. I also like the color firey copper. Use only products made for heat friendly synthetic wigs and a round air brush on low to style. I would give 5 stars but the lace ftont doesn't lay flat without a bit of work and got2be glue.Cathy

I absolutely LOVE Upstage Petite by Rachel Welch. It is perfect right out of the box. I won't even get bangs cut in this one (and I always wear bangs – LOL). The texture is soft and the density is just right. The color is beautiful (Iced Mocha). The cap size is very small – even for a Petite. I had to loosen the straps all the way out, otherwise it was too tight. But, I do have long hair that I wear up in a mesh wig cap – so maybe it would be OK for someone with very fine short hair.Erin W.

This was my first wig, and I now own 4 of this style! I have my own hair. It is naturally curly and I can no longer style it because of health reasons. THIS is the style I've always wanted/worked for in my blowouts followed by curling iron! I first bought it in a monochrome color (hazelnut) and didn't think it was as naturally looking as I would have liked. I then got three rooted (hazelnut and honeyed toast x 2) and absolutely loved them! Have received many compliments. I'm not positive this size is the best for me (I was remote teaching so little risk) but may size up as I "go live". I also saw slight differences in how each of my four ladies were styled! The monochromatic had the best curls. But would highly recommend all of them!Wig H.

I like this wig. I am returning it, but I like it. I got this in color GL14-22SS which is supposed to be a sandy blond with darker roots. As you can see from the pictures there really is no difference between the roots and the hair, and it is all really light colored for me. I will be getting a new one in a darker color like GL16-27SS. My other mild complaint is that for some reason the ear area fits a little weird on me, though I have a petite head. It's like the ears are slightly too high, and even when I loosened the elastic it didn't help much. Very minor, which is why I'm willing to try this is a different color.Brittany

Soft & Subtle in GL 6-30 was my first foray into beachy waves, and I love her! There's a little bit of permatease at the top, but not much, so she doesn't seem too "wiggy" for me. I wish that the curls were a bit more structured – I wouldn't necessarily wear her for a special occasion – but she's great for an unfussy, casual look. She comes across as very natural, as if I'd just stepped out of the shower and I had wavy hair that just dried that way, so I feel comfortable wearing her for day-to-day activities. I have a 21.75-inch circumference, and the petite-average fits well with just a little extra room at the crown; an average-large would definitely have been too large for me. Overall, I think she's a great everyday style for someone who is seeking a relaxed, informal look and wants to experiment with something wavy at a reasonable price point (especially with discounts).Patricia L.
