If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. I ordered two of these wig styles. I wore the gray one to a mother's day brunch. As I was standing by my car, a lady called out Madia as she was passing by in her car. She thought I looked like the Tyler Perry character. I will never wear that wig again. The black one was designed with way too much hair. The hair does not fall correctly and it has too many layers. I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I recently received my Becky, and was so disappointed. The color was beautiful, but the hair was wild and straight. It looked like it had been harshly brushed out, and was very dry. I shook it , sprayed it with PY conditioner, but had to cut some bangs and wear it anyway, as I needed to return the beautiful, long Gayle, as it was too long and young looking for me at 74. I have worn PY wigs for many years due to thinning hair, and have only had a few disappointments, but lately have had with problems. I tried washing the Becky in PY shampoo, and conditioner , but the hair remained the same.Judy

If you love curls, then Becky's the girl for you! She's surprisingly lightweight and cool. She has a beautiful lace front that is not itchy at all and a mono part. I got Becky in the Swedish blonde which is a rooted color. It's beautiful and what you see in the picture is what you get. I've been a wig wearer everyday and all day for the past four years and can tell you that this is a great wig and the price is fantastic! I have a 21" circumference head so am a petite average and the fit and coverage is perfect for my smaller head!!! This makes me so happy as so many wigs are just too large for me. I would tell you to NOT comb through this wig but simply finger comb through and loosen up the curls when you first get her out of the box, otherwise you will definitely look like a "doll head." I have 3 Geneva style wigs and love them. I ordered 2 more, it the new ones are much shorter in length than my 3 older ones. Very disappointing that they are not consistent in the styling & length. Geneva rooted is by far my favorite, but the ones I just received are very pixie ish. Even my husband commented on the shortness. I did send one back &kept the other. For the fifth ( or sixth) time in the last 18 months, the wig has been of poor quality….thin, flat, choppy looking. Not like pictured, not like previous purchases. I’ve worn PY wigs for 10 years and have come to expect natural looking hair. I wear them out of necessity, so receiving these last ones has not only been disappointing, but necessitates buying new ones. I have donated several to the cancer center. They have hairdressers who can work with the wigs to make them useable for patients in need. Skills I don’t have. I can’t afford to keep donating and buying anew 😔Carolyn
The wig is lovely in the picture on the website, a little different than what came. I am sure it is the same wig, but the styling was somewhat different. I wasn't thrilled with how it looked on me. On someone else it will be pretty. The quality of the workmanship was good, and it fit really well. But no matter how you try to picture yourself with a certain hairstyle you just can't until you try it on and look in the mirror. I do wish that the website had software for virtual try on where you could upload your picture and try on the wigs before you order. I am sending this one back, just not for me.Cathy

I sent back for several different reasons for an exchange. It was to blonde and didn’t have the beautiful red color popping out that I loved, so I sent back to get a different color. The top was to flat and didn’t look like it was made right (the parting in the middle) I couldn’t get it to flip over to the other side since I assumed I should have been able to do. It wasn’t cut as shown in the picture. One side in the front as well as the back was way longer than the other side. So now waiting and hoping that the next one is better since I loved the feel and thickness of it. I have baby fine thin hair and After chemo, well I don’t have much to lose to begin with.Sebrena
I was excited to get my first “human hair” wig in hopes that it would last longer than my others. I was disappointed in how thin the wig was and despite multiple attempts to shake it out, it never framed my face like it does in the model picture. It consistently went to a “middle” part and laid very flat on my head. Disappointed to say the least!Kathy

I actually have this unit in other colors (1&1B/30) but the F2060 did it for me. When I saw the color I was a little intimidated by it online but something would not let place this order without getting another Miko in this color. I put her on and did notice quite a bit of shedding more than the other Mikos I've had in the past. I just assumed that with more color the more shedding you will have. I think its a little bit thinner made than the others but I just worked with what I had because honestly I didn't want to send her back because it's that pretty. That didn't stop me from rocking her though. If you are thinking of getting the F2060 GET HER especially with spring being here.This unit in this color is something to brighten up things as it did for me. 🙂StarLuvsBH
I love this wig. I have naturally curly hair (tighter coil) but my sister thought it was mine!! At first I shaped and thinned the hair out, but now I feel more comfortable rocking it right out the packaging! I ordered like 3 of these at the same time, and received 2 different hair textures. The original was more of a synthetic feeling, while the second felt more soft and real, kanekelon maybe? I don't have a lot of experience to give better details on texture. But they are both still lovely! I packed, or smushed into suitcase, one of the older, synthetic-feeling, ones to wear in the pool, it was frizzy and needed some tlc, but came out looking (and smelling) fabulous!! Just rinsed out the chlorine in the shower, hung it on the door knob!
