first off shipping took 5 days which isn’t bad at all. i ordered on monday & it came on friday 🙂 it originally said thursday but that doesn’t really matter to me. the wig is super soft especially when i took it right out of the packaging. When I received her she was soft about a half inch of lace front and a half an inch lace part. The first day I wore it, it had was a bit tangled. (But I did put of lot of stiffening products to be fair) I put the ends of the hair in boiling hot water with leave in conditioner to soften the ends worked well. She lays very flat and melts well. She sheds when combing through but usually not while wearing. She frizzes but I just put a tiny drop of oil on the ends. The color was amazing I have neon orange. She’s a steal!
